Production at Zentha Meubel is experiencing constraints due to the availability of wooden planks and the time spent making cabinets and tables. Meanwhile, the company wants to get optimal profit. To solve this problem, this study aims to utilize a linear graphical method program to optimize production profits at Mr. Andarias' Zentha Meubel. This research is a qualitative research type of phenomenology. The process carried out in optimizing the production is collecting data by interview and observation. Furthermore, a mathematical model is made and then optimizes the production profit using the graphical method. The results with the graph method show that production at Zentha furniture will achieve optimal results if it produces 15 units of cabinets with a profit of Rp. 18,750,000. The results of the optimization calculation using the graph method will increase the profit of Rp. 2,250,000.

The purpose of this research is 1) to know and identify the mistake of the most (dominant) student of grade X of Catholic Senior High School Rantepao in solving the comparative problem of trigonometry based on criterion of Watson's error, 2) to know the factors causing the student to make mistake in solving the problem comparative tales of trigonometry for each category of Watson's error. The research is descriptive qualitative research using Case Study method. The results of this study indicate the type of error that most students do when working on the problem of trigonometric comparison is the error category above other/ao with the percentage of 21.28%, then the next error is the error category appropriate data/id with percentage 19.1%, followed by error the response rate conflict / rlc category is 17.02%, then the wrong category/ip error and the undirect manipulation/um error with the same percentage, ie 12.8%, then the error type which also has the same percentage rate of 8.5 % is omitted data/od category error and omitted conclusion/oc category error. Factors for each type of error are presented in the discussion and conclusions.

The independent curriculum emphasizes the achievement of competence in attitudes, knowledge and skills. The implementation of the independent curriculum is expected to increase students' learning motivation, because this curriculum is basically student-centered. The teacher is only a facilitator and mediator as well as a motivator for students, so that students are enthusiastic in learning and get good results. Mathematics learning is one of the main subjects found at all school levels. In mathematics, there are subject matter that are interrelated with one another. The existence of rewards is expected to provide high motivation and discipline, so that in the teaching and learning process, activities in the classroom can provide high learning motivation, so that students' academic achievement can be improved. This research will be conducted in class X in one of the high schools in the city of Kediri. The activity is carried out in the odd semester of 2022/2023 in August. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The form of reward given is in the form of verbal and non-verbal rewards, reward rewards and value rewards. The impact of giving rewards given by teachers to students in learning mathematics has an impact on students' learning motivation. Pelatihan Penggunaan Media Pembelajaran Berbasis Teknologi Bagi Guru merupakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilaksanakan secara online pada bulan Februari 2023 dengan peserta dari Kabupaten Tabanan, Provinsi Bali. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi, yang masih banyak dihadapi kendala seperti keterbatasan akses dan pengetahuan teknologi serta kurangnya dukungan dari pihak sekolah. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan guru dalam penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan upaya untuk terus meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam menghadapi tantangan perkembangan zaman yang semakin cepat.

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of applying the Learning Cycle model in learning mathematics in class XI students of SMA Negeri 6 Surabaya in the odd semester of the 2022/2023 academic year with the experimental unit being class XI IPA 2 with a total of 28 students consisting of 11 boys and 17 woman. This type of research is a pre-experimental study with The One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The sampling technique in this study was by means of Multistage Sampling. The research instruments used were learning achievement tests, student activity observation sheets, and student response questionnaires. Data analysis used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. Analysis of the results of the study showed that: (1) the average score of students' mathematics learning outcomes before the Learning Cycle model was applied was 23.75 and was in a very low category with a standard deviation of 8.204. Meanwhile, the average score of students' mathematics learning outcomes after the model was applied Learning Cycle was 77.21 with a standard deviation of 9.359 where the lowest score was 54 and the highest score was 92. From these results it was found that 25 students or 89.29% achieved individual mastery and 3 students or 10.71% did not achieve individual mastery. This means that classical mastery is achieved with a normalized gain value of 0.70 in the high category. (3) student activity is in the good category. (4) the student response questionnaire shows that the student response to learning through the Learning Cycle model is positive. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that the application of the Learning Cycle model is effective in learning mathematics in class XI IPA 2 SMA Negeri 6 Surabaya.

Fine motor is one aspect of motor development that must be developed in early childhood education. Fine motor has a vital role in child development because fine motor is the child's ability to show and master beautiful muscle movements in coordination, agility, and dexterity in using hands and fingers. To develop fine motor skills, a teacher must be able to sort and choose the suitable media to build it optimally and as expected. This study used qualitative research methodology. The research subjects were 20 students and two teachers from RA Lampung Timur, while the research object was the development of children's fine motor skills. The approach used is qualitative with descriptive research methods; the author describes or describes the findings systematically and accurately using a series of words or sentences so they can be understood. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that applying collage media to develop children's fine motor skills could be successful. This study aims to determine the effect size of mind mapping learning model on students' multiple intelligence. This research is a meta-analysis. The sample came from 15 national and international journals. The process of searching for data sources in this study through Google Scholar, ScienceDirect, Wiley and ProQuest. The inclusion criteria used are journals or proceedings indexed by Scopus, SINTA, DOAJ and Web of Science; 2) Has mind mapping and multiple intelligence variables; 3) The type of research is experimental or quasi-experimental; 4) has mean, standard deviation and t value data. Data collection is done by direct observation and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by calculating the effect size value and standard deviation with the help of JSAP application. The results of this study show that the average effect size value is 0.871 with high criteria. This finding shows that mind mapping learning has an influence on students' multiple intelligence in learning. Mind mapping learning helps students better remember the learning material that has been learned.

The challenge that is a community need is the availability of multi-competent and resilient teachers. In addition, teachers who are always ready to learn and hone their competencies following regulatory changes and developments in science and technology are needed. This is the basis for the need to provide training to prospective teachers before plunging into the community and serving in the world of education. The purpose of this service is to increase the competency of prospective teachers with the help of education practitioners who have had a lot of experience in dealing with everyday techniques in schools. The competencies that need to be formed are about how to manage schools and their scientific development. With the target participants being prospective teachers, there is great hope to hone their competence. The method of implementing online training with participants from 3 universities. This training service activity helps prospective teachers to improve their competence with school management projects. In addition, competence in the scientific field also increases insight and skills. Through joint practice with given problems on the assignment to increase the participants' skills and abilities.

The purpose of this research is to investigate and describe student representation in solving integer operations. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research method. The subjects in this study were 15 of 31 junior high school students. Each of them is 9 Iconic Subjects (SI), namely subjects whose settlements use Iconic Representations and 6 Symbolic Subjects (SS), namely subjects whose settlements use Symbolic Representations. This study found that there are two types of Representamen in students' semiotic processes in solving Integer problems, namely types of iconic Representamen and symbolic Representamen. Iconic representation types are sign types that have a similar relationship with the object they represent, while symbolic representation types have a convention or rule relationship with the object they represent.

Pedampingan pengabdian adalah proses atau aktivitas yang melibatkan bantuan, bimbingan, atau pendampingan kepada seseorang atau kelompok yang menjalankan proyek atau program pengabdian kepada masyarakat atau instansi tertentu. perlu untuk memberikan pendampingan pada siswa-siswa kelas X yang baru saja menempuh tahap belajar pada jenjang sekolah menengah atas. Tujuan dari kegiatan pendampingan ini adalah untuk memberikan wawasan dan gambaran tentang pelaksanaan P5 pada tingkat sekolah menengah atas, memberikan pembimbingan untuk memberdayakan pola piker yang berkembang cepat dan tanggap pada kalangan siswa sebagai pemebri sumber informasi yang relevan dan tepat. Metode kegiatan melalui hybrid system yaitu dengan online dan offline. Hasil dari kegiatan siswa untuk lebih peduli dan menumbuhkan serta menguatkan karakter siswa pancasila, khususnya iman, bertakwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, akhlak mulia, bergotong royong, mandiri, berkebhinekaan global, berpikir kritis, dan kreatif. Selain itu, siswa meningkatkan kesadaran dan kepedulian terhadap lingkungan mereka serta cinta tanah air. P5 memiliki potensi untuk meningkatkan semangat usaha dan kerja sama siswa.
