To prove which zodiac sign is effective in multimedia learning, we have conducted a series of scientific publication studies on several books and other scientific literature that actively discuss issues related to the effectiveness of multimedia in learning Covid paste. The study involved a data coding system, evaluation, and conclusion to get a valid answer to this hypothesis—the data search we did electronically on several kinds of literature released ten years ago. After a series of studies and discussion of the results, we can conclude that multimedia-based learning is one of the innovative learning because it involves a variety of relevant media for elementary school learning for elementary school children. Abstract

This study aims to describe the history learning process in class XI IPS 6 at SMAN 1 Sindangkasih by implementing the heroic values of Iwa Kusumasumantri in learning. Iwa Kusumasumantri is a national hero who was born in Ciamis, West Java, and is known as a freedom fighter, politician, and intellectual who played a role in the development of the nation. The heroic values discussed include social concern, love for the homeland, discipline, honesty, a love of reading, creativity, and curiosity. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with a qualitative case study research design. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The data sources used were primary and secondary data sources. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research results showed that the implementation of Iwa Kusumasumantri's heroic values in history education using the PBL (Problem-Based Learning) model had a positive impact on students. As a result, students become more socially conscious in discussion interactions, disciplined in arriving on time, honest in collaborating, enthusiastic about reading to gather necessary information or data, creative in developing their work, and highly curious. Implementing the heroic values of Iwa Kusumasumantri as a local figure also enhances students' historical awareness

Abstract

This study aims to develop a local wisdom-based organizational culture model through a Grounded Theory approach by examining the internalization of Galuh cultural values: Silih Asah, Silih Asih, Silih Asuh, and Silih Wangi. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, non-participant observations, and document analysis involving employees, organizational leaders, and students at Universitas Galuh. The analysis followed systematic Grounded Theory procedures, including open coding, axial coding, and selective coding, supported by constant comparative methods and iterative analysis until theoretical saturation was achieved. The findings indicate that the internalization of Galuh values fosters knowledge sharing, strengthens empathetic interpersonal relationships, supports mentoring practices, and enhances professional and ethical behavior. These elements collectively contribute to the formation of a harmonious, adaptive, and sustainable organizational culture. However, the degree of internalization varies across individuals due to differences in perception, background, and organizational commitment, highlighting the dynamic nature of cultural adoption. Furthermore, while these values help reduce interpersonal conflict, they do not eliminate it, but instead provide a constructive framework for conflict management. This study contributes to the literature by proposing a substantive model of organizational culture grounded in local wisdom, offering a strategic framework for integrating cultural values into organizational systems to improve employee behavior, organizational effectiveness, and long-term sustainability.
