Abstract

CV.Tiara Bakery adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang penjualan roti di Semarang. Pengadaan bahan baku memiliki peranan penting dalam proses produksi dan membutuhkan ketelitian yang baik dalam memilih bahan baku. Kriteria yang digunakan meliputi waktu pengiriman, kualitas, kuantitas, harga, garansi, merek. Dalam menggunakan metode Topsis untuk sistem pendukung keputusan pengadaan bahan baku roti, dapat digunakan untuk rekomendasi pengambilan keputusan dan dapat diterapkan di perusahaan. Bahasa pemrograman PHP dapat diimplementasikan dalam pembuatan DSS untuk pengadaan bahan baku roti. Dari hasil penilaian ahli atau ahli dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil validasi ahli menunjukkan nilai 3,8 yaitu antara 3,26 – 4,0 yang tergolong kategori sangat valid. Sedangkan hasil penilaian dari pengguna dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil validasi dari pengguna menunjukkan nilai 3,0 yaitu antara 2,51 – 3,25 yang tergolong kategori valid.

Abstract

Calculation of Cost of Production is one of the important aspects in carrying out business activities. Cost of Production is one of the determinants of the selling price of a product. Besides the cost of production can indicate a company's profit. But the activity of recording the cost of production at PT Semeru Karya Buana still uses a manual method that is using excel. This causes ineffectiveness in time, the resulting information will take longer because they have to look for the components one by one. Not to mention the data generated is most likely an error in the calculation. This research is intended to study the system that is already running. And later it will produce a program to calculate the cost of production as a determinant of the selling price which is implemented with the PHP programming language and MYSQL database. The calculation method uses the Job Order Costing Method where the price of the product to be given to consumers is calculated by dividing all costs incurred to produce a product by the number of orders. So the benefits of each product can be directly calculated. The more accurate the data produced, the better the company is in carrying out the buying and selling process.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The use of mobile devices with the Android operating system which are used as supporting media and supplements in improving learning outcomes combined with demonstration methods and discovery learning or demon-disco learning is needed to help students improve learning outcomes in hydroponic plant cultivation vocational competency subjects at SMK. Kristen Terang Bangsa, because the use of android-based applications can provide new experiences regarding the use of information and communication technology, as well as provide opportunities for students to be able to learn more independently. The concept chosen as a learning medium is to present material about understanding, introduction to parts, types, and quizzes containing questions about hydroponic cultivation of plants. This research uses the Research and Development (RnD) product development method, using 6 out of 10 research stages, namely potentials and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design improvement, product testing. The result of this research is to produce learning media in the form of android-based applications. The validity value of the media expert is 2.6 which is declared feasible, while the validity value of the material expert is 3.6 which is declared feasible, and is able to increase the average value in the hydroponic plant cultivation vocational competency subject at the Terang Bangsa Christian Vocational School which Initially 67 (with 13 students who had not reached the KKM) to 80 (with 4 students who had not reached the KKM).

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problem of lack of motivation and attention of students in following the teaching and learning process in the classroom because teaching and learning activities still use conventional methods. This makes students have difficulty in understanding the material being studied so that basic competencies and KKM are not achieved. This study uses the Research and Development (RnD) product development method, using 6 out of 10 research stages, namely potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design improvement and product testing. In this study, researchers used multimedia with the Mind Map method as an interesting learning medium by using a computer that can display text, images, video, and audio so that the learning process is more enjoyable for students. The results of this study are multimedia-based learning media using the Mind Map method. The validity value of media experts is 3.6 which is declared feasible, while the validity value of material experts is 3.8 which is declared feasible, and increases students' understanding and interest as users from 61% initially to increase to 86.11%.

Abstract

This study generally aims to design an information system that can handle problems in putting and sorting goods into warehouses at CV. Sekar Intan KIC Gatsu, Semarang. In terms of using the Information System, CV. Sekar Intan KIC Gatsu, Semarang. In the transfer and sort of goods in the warehouse still using a manual system when the implementation, warehouse employees must take and place the goods to the warehouse that has been determined each - each type of item, so employees must calculate the number of items when the goods take place, here various problems occur, because it requires some HR to manage the warehouse performance process at CV. Sekar Intan. To support the research, researchers used Research and Development (R & D) research methods through the microcontroller-based moving robot design simulation design stages that have been tested by experts declared valid with Valid validity levels and final product development design simulation prototypes carried out. goods transfer robot uses Arduino IDE development software that is integrated with Arduino Mega 2560, 6 pin line sensor, dc motor, motor driver, servo motor, motor driver, lcd, and has been tested in the field by General Adv. Administration and HRD as users / users and stated to be very effective. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that the robot design system developed can overcome the problems in the old system on the CV. Sekar Intan KIC Gatsu Semarang, so as to produce a system that can facilitate work processes and parking processes for employees to be more effective and efficient.

Abstract

The Madukoro gas station is one of the gas stations in Semarang where the payment and refueling systems are still done manually. In general, the manual payment and filling system has many obstacles, resulting in long queues because the service is not fast and effective, also triggering the exchange of counterfeit money because payment uses cash. The application of e-money technology based on microcontrollers is made to make a payment system using electronic money instead of cash that is integrated with fuel filling, this system aims to reduce the long queues that occur and also prevent the amount of counterfeit money circulating at gas stations and make services more fast and easy. The method used in the design of this system is to use the method of Research and Development (R&D) theory from Borg and Gill, starting with gathering information by interviewing Madukoro gas station supervisors and field surveys then designing and developing systems to overcome the problems obtained in research. The system design uses a microcontroller as a data processor that will retrieve data from a database that was previously inputted from the VB.Net application and e-money reader and outputs to instruct the pump to remove fuel from the tank in accordance with the calibration of fuel output per second. As information on the rest of the fuel in the tangka, this tool uses the help of a load sensor that will be displayed on the LCD. In general, this system will make services faster and easier, thereby reducing the number of long queues, but also to avoid the circulation of counterfeit money in gas stations Madukoro, Semarang.

Abstract

In realizing accessibility and equalizing of high-quality education and relevant to community interests for progress, independence, and prosperity. The government is obliged to increase access and learning opportunities at universities and to prepare intelligent and competitive Indonesian people. There is no term “poor children are being banned fromschool or college” in this country. Those who are less able and have achievements, must continue to advance to higher education through the Indonesian Smart College Card or KIP- College from the Government. This research is to create a decision support technique in determining KIP-College recipients using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method so that it is right on target. Besides that, it is also to assist operators in determining KIP-College recipients, especially in processing and selecting data for parents who are truly from underprivileged economic classes.

Abstract

Information technology can be used in various human lives, one of which is in the business field. In today's era, it is undeniable that computers with accounting information system equipment are components that must be owned by companies to help ease the task of company performance. One of them is BKM which is specifically aimed at poverty alleviation and community development. UPK itself is a non-profit organization or an organization whose main objective is to support an issue or matter in attracting public attention for a non-commercial purpose, without any attention to things that are for-profit. The allocation has also been divided according to their respective portions. This study aims to simplify the presentation of profit budgeting at BKM which is still not structured and does not provide clarity about the results of the funds that should be used as the allocation of community activities. Profit budgeting is also not carried out periodically and is still manual in recording so that profits cannot be known in detail. In overcoming the problems above, by using a programmed system with the a posteriori method, the institution can easily record every operational budget to the profit budget so that it can allocate funds for community activities in a structured manner

Abstract

Inventory Information System in a retail trading business plays a fairly important role, especially if the goods sold consist of various types and with a fairly high turnover rate. One of the problems that often arise in an inventory system is that the number and condition of goods available in the warehouse cannot be known with certainty. This can result in goods being stored in the warehouse for too long, excessive, lacking or even running out of inventory. Besides, the use of a good inventory system is expected to reduce the risk of loss or misuse of inventory, because each type of goods has been classified regularly and allows it to be checked at any time. In short, management will be able to quickly and easily find out the existence and changes in the inventory of goods in the event of a purchase and sale of goods.

Abstract

Permasalahan umum yang terjadi dalam pelaksanaan Bantuan Sosial Masyarakat yang bersumber dari Pemerintah dalam implementasinya menentukan atau memilih masyarakat penerima Bantuan Sosial Masyarakat tidak begitu tepat sasaran sesuai kriteria-kriteria penerima. Program Bantuan Sosial Masyarakat dilakukan karena adanya dampak pandemi Covid-19 yang mengharuskan Pemerintah mengalokasikan dana untuk bidang penanggulangan bencana, darurat dan mendesak untuk menangani dan menanggulangi dampak dari pandemi Covid-19 terhadap perekonomian masyarakat dalam hal ini pemerintah membuat kebijakan berbentuk Bantuan Sosial Masyarakat yang pelaksanaannya supaya tepat sasaran di masyarakat. Supaya dalam penyaluran bantuan Sosial Masyarakat tepat sasaran maka perlu adanya perancangan sistem dalam menentukan pendukung keputusan dengan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process. Kata Kunci: Bantuan Sosial Masyarakat, Pendukung Keputusan, Analytical Hierarchy Process.
