Abstract

High blood sugar levels in DM can inhibit wound healing and increase the risk of infection. Diabetic ulcer therapy with commercial anti-inflammatory drugs is relatively expensive and has side effects. VCO and diamond leaf extract have the potential as an alternative therapy with anti-inflammatory effects, but further research is needed regarding the right dose. This study aimed to analyze the impact of VCO administration with supplementation of diamond leaf extract (Azadirachta indica L.) on IL-6 levels in wound healing of type 2 DM model rats. This research is a true experimental research with a post-test-only control group design. This study used 25 male mice which were divided into five groups, namely: group P1 5% Intaran leaf extract, P2 10% Intaran leaf extract, P3 15% Intaran leaf extract, negative control (NaCl 0.9%), and positive control (Povidone Iodine). Data were analyzed using the Shapiro-Wilk statistical test, followed by the One-Way Anova test, the confirmation test, and the LSD test. The results showed a significant difference in IL-6 levels between the treatment groups, as evidenced by the One Way ANOVA statistical test results. Considerable value was obtained in the test of IL-6 levels on day 4 Sig. 0.003 and day 14 Sig. 0,046. It can be concluded that the treatment group giving VCO supplementation with intern leaf extract at a concentration of 10% affects wound healing with a decrease in IL-6 levels on day 14. This study provides an important contribution to DM wound healing efforts by using affordable natural ingredients with low potential side effects.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the values that contribute to divorce and to examine its impact on children involved in the process. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach using a case study method, in which the researcher conducted direct fieldwork through observation and in-depth interviews with seven families who had experienced divorce in Kampung Tegal Selagalas, Sandubaya District, Mataram City. The findings reveal that divorce among the respondents was influenced by various value-related factors, with social and economic values being the most dominant. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that maintaining a balance of values within marriage is essential to prevent divorce and that special attention should be given to children affected by it.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan: pengaruh media film animasi terhadap perkembangan moral anak kelompok B di TK Jannatul Hazni. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen, dengan design penelitian one group pretest-posttest. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan dokumentasi. Selanjutnya teknik analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji t dengan bantuan SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) versi 27. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah anak kelompok B sebanyak 40 orang di TK Jannatul Hazni Turida. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah kelompok B2 dengan jumlah 21 orang anak. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, sebelum treatment diperoleh nilai rata-rata presentase pretest 34,70%. Setelah dilakukannya treatment memperoleh peningkatan nilai rata-rata presentase posttest menjadi 46,99%. Hasil dari perhitungan penelitian ini ialah nilai t tabel pada taraf signifikansi 5% yaitu 2,086. Diketahui bahwa t hitung > t tabel yaitu 50,900 > 2,086. Oleh karena itu, hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima dan hipotesis nol (H0) ditolak. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh media film animasi terhadap perkembangan moral anak kelompok B di TK Jannatul Hazni.
