Abstract

The problems of the research were as follows: how about legal correlation between a Notary as a public official and a Bank, how about a Notary’s right and obligation in a cooperative agreement between a Notary and a Bank for notarial service, and how about the implementation of a cooperative agreement between a Notary and a Bank concerning a Notary’s independency. The result of the research shows that the relationship between a Notary and a Bank is based on contractual relation, a contract which is signed underhandedly which is called “Cooperative Agreement on Notarial Service”. The right and obligation of both parties is that the Bank has the right to get Notarial services in drawing up authentic deeds while the Notary has the obligation do his job according to the Bank’s interest. In its implementation, this agreement violates Article 16, paragraph 1, letter a of UUJN and Article 3, paragraph 4 of Notarial Code of Ethics, which make a Notary is not independent and takes side with the Bank Keywords: Cooperative Agreement, Notary, Bank

Abstract

Skincare is currently important because of the many problems that occur in the skin. Some of the problems that occur have caused a reaction from the community by using several skin care products that are believed to be able to overcome these problems. One of them is Niacinamide. This review aims to summarize the relevant literature on the role and potential of Niacinamide in various skin problems and to compare the results of studies from several articles. We summarize 21 articles obtained from PubMed and NCBI using several keywords. The review results show that Niacinamide is a substance that has particular benefits in the field of skin care product development. Based on literature studies from various studies show that Niacinamide has good potential in overcoming various problems that occur in the skin.

Abstract

Pangan Jajanan Anak Sekolah (PJAS) memiliki kontribusi penting terhadap pemenuhan kebutuhan energi harian siswa, namun juga berpotensi menimbulkan risiko kesehatan apabila tidak memenuhi aspek keamanan pangan. Anak usia sekolah merupakan kelompok rentan terhadap paparan kontaminan biologis maupun kimia akibat rendahnya pemahaman tentang higiene dan keamanan pangan. Kondisi wilayah pesisir dengan suhu lingkungan yang relatif tinggi dapat mempercepat kerusakan pangan dan meningkatkan risiko penggunaan bahan berbahaya, seperti formalin, pada makanan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa SDN 1 Soropia, Kabupaten Konawe, Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara mengenai pemilihan jajanan yang aman, sehat, dan higienis. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi tahap persiapan, pre-test, edukasi interaktif, dan evaluasi melalui post-test terhadap 38 siswa kelas IV dan V. Materi edukasi mencakup pengenalan jajanan sehat, pentingnya mencuci tangan sebelum makan, bahaya jajanan terbuka dan kotor, risiko penggunaan pewarna berlebihan, pengenalan formalin, serta pentingnya membaca label pangan melalui konsep Cek KLIK BPOM. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan siswa pada seluruh indikator, terutama terkait bahaya formalin pada makanan dan pentingnya membaca label pangan. Selain itu, siswa mulai mampu mengenali ciri jajanan yang aman dan memahami pentingnya perilaku hidup bersih dalam mencegah penyakit akibat pangan yang tidak aman. Kegiatan edukasi berbasis sekolah terbukti mampu meningkatkan pemahaman siswa mengenai keamanan pangan serta mendorong perilaku konsumsi yang lebih sehat pada anak usia sekolah di wilayah pesisir.
