Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh ekspektasi kinerja, ekspektasi usaha, faktor sosial, kondisi yang memfasilitasi dan dukungan manajemen terhadap minat pemanfaatan SIPKD, serta menguji interaksi antara dukungan manajemen dan ekspektasi kinerja terhadap minat pemanfaatan SIPKD. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh dinas dan badan daerah di Kota Kupang yang berjumlah 40 OPD dengan perwakilan 1 orang tiap OPD kecuali Badan Keuangan Daerah diwakili oleh 31 responden, sehingga berjumlah 70 orang. Dari 70 kuesioner yang disebarkan, 67 kuesioner yang kembali dan dapat dijadikan data penelitian. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi berganda dan Moderate Regression Analyse (MRA) yang dibantu dengan program SmartPLS 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ekspetasi kinerja dan dukungan manajemen berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap minat pemanfaatan SIPKD. Sebaliknya ekspekatasi usaha, faktor sosial, dan kondisi yang memfasilitasi tidak berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap minat pemanfaatan SIPKD.Sedangkan interaksi antara dukungan manajemen dan ekspektasi kinerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap minat pemanfaatan SIPKD.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the accountability services of building permission at the public of Investment and Integrated Licensing Service One Door of Ogan Ilir Regency. This type of research is qualitative research. The focus of the researched is the indicator of the accountability according to Dwiyanto (2012: 55). Data collection techniques used are by interview, observation and documentation. Data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive technique consisting of data reduction phase, data presentation and conclusion. The results of this study indicate that the accountability of building permission license services at the Public of Investment and Integrated Licensing One Door of Ogan Ilir Regency has not been fully accountable in providing services. Seen from the service reference is in accordance with the relevant local regulations. But in the implementation there are irrelevancy such as the length of service time and there's still an extra cost which must be spent by service users also the convoluted service requirements. Whereas seen from the service solutions provided by officers there have been improvements such as responses and better attitudes to the service users compared to previous years. Last seen from the interests of service users has been continuously made innovations towards service improvement such as with the surveys of services and management of feedback from service users is good enough. But it needs to be fixed is the action or development of new policies that need to be made so the service optimization could be achieved.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan rasa bersalah mantan pengguna narkoba. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif menggunakan metode studi kasus. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah empat orang mantan pengguna narkoba. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui wawancara dan observasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunujukkan gambaran rasa bersalah yang berbeda pada masing-masing subjek di antaranya adalah: 1) subjek pertama merasa tertekan; 2) subjek kedua meminta maaf kepada orang terdekat hingga menyalahkan diri sendiri; 3) subjek ketiga menarik diri dari lingkungan; dan 4) subjek keempat lebih mendekatkan diri kepada Tuhan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut perasaan bersalah dapat timbul dalam berbagai bentuk pada mantan pengguna narkoba.

Abstract

In line with the health development strategy to realize a healthy nation by 2025, improving health status is one of the focuses of development in the health sector to create a healthy society, development in the health sector is directed at all levels of society to realize the Vision of Healthy Indonesia 2025. The role of health workers is obliged to facilitate in achievement of that goal. Therefore, an assessment of health problems was carried out which took place from January 25, 2021 to February 9, 2021, which was held in Kemang Indah Village. The purpose of this activity is to analyze or see the picture of public health in Kemang Indah Village in 2021. Based on 272 families that got several problems, namely 1% of families do not have latrines available, 47% of people do not do physical activity at least 30 minutes per day, 17% of people do not consume vegetables and fruit, 64% of people do not have a health check in 6 months, 35% of people still smoke at home, and 72% of people who do not manage stress.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menguji secara empiris pengaruh kecanggihan teknologi informasi, partisipasi manajemen dan kinerja individu terhadap efektivitas sistem informasi akuntansi (studi empiris pada PT. Sinar Mas di Kempas Jaya). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang ada pada PT. Sinar Mas di Kempas Jaya. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan cara purposive sampling, dari 50 kuesioner yang disebar diperoleh 49 responden yang sesuai kriteria. Teknik analisa data menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan pengujian kualitas data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas dan uji reabilitas. Uji asumsi klasik yang digunakan adalah uji normalitas,uji multikolinearitas dan uji heteoskedastisitas. Uji analisa yang digunakan adalah uji-t, uji F dan uji koefisien determinasi (R2). Statistik deskriptif digunakan untuk membantu menganalisis data dengan mendiskripsikan data yang telah terkumpul. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Kecanggihan Teknologi Informasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap Efektivitas Sistem Informasi Akuntansi, Partisipasi Manajemen berpengaruh terhadap Efektivitas Sistem Informasi Akuntansi, sedangkan Kinerja Individu tidak berpengaruh terhadap Efektivitas Sistem Informasi Akuntansi. Nilai R2 atau nilai koefisiensi determinasi sebesar 0,883 yang berarti variasi atau perubahan variabel dependen hanya mampu dijelaskan oleh variasi dari ketiga variabel independen , sedangkan 11,7 % dijelaskan sebab-sebab lain diluar model atau tidak diteliti

Abstract

PT J&T Express is a service company engaged in the delivery of goods. Decreased employee performance can be seen from the decreased ability of employees to meet delivery targets which is influenced by inefficient communication among fellow employees and the lack of a leader's role in motivating employees to work more optimally. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach, this type of research is descriptive quantitative. Methods of collecting data were interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis method used is multiple regression. The population and research sample amounted to 157 employees of PT J&T Express. The results of research on communication and leadership style simultaneously and partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT J&T Express. The leadership style variable has a more dominant influence than communication in improving employee performance. Finally, the magnitude of the coefficient of determination is 0.587. This means that 58.7% of employee performance can be explained by Communication and Leadership Style while the remaining 41.3% is explained by other variables.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the financial performance of PT Aneka Tambang Tbk as seen from the financial ratio in the form of profitability ratio. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The data used is secondary data derived from the financial statements of PT Aneka Tambang Tbk for the period 2016 to 2019.  The data analysis showed an average four-year operating profit margin ratio of 3.48%. Analysis of the ratio of gross profit margin for four years of 13.57%. The four-year ROE analysis averaged 2.75%. Analysis of the average basic earning ratio produced is 2.17% . The resulting average ROA analysis is 1.60% . And for the analysis of the ratio of employee ability to average profit generated by 193.95%. It can be concluded that the financial performance of PT Aneka Tambang Tbk is in a bad condition, this is due to a decrease in profitability ratio.

Abstract

Kawangu Village is one of the areas in Pandawai District which has a large agricultural land. However, until now there is no information about the state of soil chemistry on agricultural land. Knowledge of soil chemical properties will provide important information in the context of managing an agricultural land. This study aims to analyze the chemical properties of soil on agricultural land in Kawangu Village, Pandawai District, East Sumba Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province. This research was carried out in May-June 2022 at Kawangu Village. The research was conducted by survey method and sampling and the samples were analyzed in order to obtain the results of the analysis. The chemical properties observed were available N, available P, available K, cation exchange capacity (CEC), and base saturation (BS). The results showed that the content of N elements ranged from 0.11-0.66% (low to high status), P elements ranged from 15.58-57.78 ppm (low to high status) and P elements ranged from 15.58-57.78 m.e./100g (moderate to Very high status). The condition of the soil CEC ranged from 34.56-39.65 m.e./100g and the soil KB ranged from 72.72-95.71%.Kawangu Village, soil chemical properties

Abstract

Saat ini diseluruh dunia masih terjadi pandemi covid-19. Penyakit yang disebabkan oleh virus dalam proses penyembuhan pada umumnya mengandalkan kekuatan pertahanan tubuh, sehingga diperlukan suatu senyawa yang dapat meningkatkan kerja sistem imun atau lebih dikenal imunostimulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian banyak tanaman obat yang berkhasiat sebagai imunostimulan salah satunya kumis kucing atau nama laiannya Orthosiphon aristatus. Selama ini kumis kucing terkenal dan banyak digunakan sebagai diuretik serta peluruh batu ginjal. Masyarakat belum banyak yang tahu bahwa kumis kucing memiliki potensi sebagai imunostimulan. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan upaya sosialisasi dan pelatihan potensi tanaman kumis kucing sebagai imunostimulan meliupti penjelasan khasiat, penanaman dan pengolahan pasca panen. Sosialisasi dilakukan pada paguyuban jamu manunggal kota cimahi dan umumnya pada masyarakat melalui video. Dari hasil sosialisasi, pemahaman para peserta paguyuban jamu manunggal tentang potensi tanaman kumis kucing sebelum diberikan materi dan pelatihan adalah 44 % dan sesudah diberikan materi naik menjadi 100 %. Pada kegiatan ini dilakukan pemberian bibit tanaman kumis kucing hasil kultur in vitro, bibit ini merupakan pengembangan hasil penelitian di Fakultas Farmasi UNJANI. Sosialisasi harus terus dilakukan pada skala lebih besar melalui video edukasi yang dibagikan pada media sosial.
