Abstract

In 2018, the Indonesian fruit exports increased by 24% from the previous year. The surge in demand for tropical fruits from non-tropical countries is one of the contributing factors for this trend. Some of these countries have strict quality requirements – the poor level quality control of fruit is an obstacle in achieving greater export yield. This is because some exporters still use manual sorting processes performed by workers, hence the quality standard varies depending on the individual perception of the workers. Therefore, we need an intelligent system that is capable of automatic sorting according to the standard set. In this research, we propose a system that can classify fruit defects automatically. Faster R-CNN (FRCNN) architecture proposed as a solution to detect the level of defect on the surface of the fruit. There are three types of fruit that we research, its mangoes (sweet fragrant), lime, and pitaya fruit. Each fruit divided into three categories (i) Super, (ii) middle, (iii) and fruit defects. We exploit join detection and video tracking to calculate and determine the quality fruit in real-time. The datasets are taken in the field, then trained using the FRCNN Framework using the Tensorflow platform. We demonstrated that this system can classify fruit with an accuracy level of 88% (mango), 83% (lime), and 99% (pitaya), with an average computation cost of 0.0131 m/s. We can track and calculate fruit sequentially without using additional sensors and check the defect rate on fruit using the video streaming camera more accurately and with greater ease.

Abstract

Kabupaten Fakfak merupakan daerah yang memiliki kekayaan alam dibidang pertanian dan nelayan, kondisi tanah yang subur memudahkan petani untuk mengolah tanahnya. Pada tahun 2018, hasil produksi pala sebesar 1.750 ton dengan luas lahan perkebunan pala di kabupaten fakfak sebesar 17.542 Ha yang tersebar di seluruh distrik kecuali distrik Karas, distrik Tomage dan distrik Bomberay. Jika ditinjau dari segi jumlah populasi pohon pala, jumlah tanaman pala di kabupaten fakfak tidak mengalami peningkatan signifikan setiap tahunnya. Hal ini desebabkan karena banyaknya tanaman pala yang mati saat dipindahkan ke kebun serta teknik pembibitan petani masih bersifat manual. Selain itu, juga dipengaruhi oleh kondisi cuaca yang tidak menentu sehingga mempengaruhi kelembapan tanah dan menghambat pertumbuhan tanaman tersebut. Saat musim kemarau, para petani biasanya menyiram tanaman bibit pala secara manual. Hal ini menjadi kendala petani saat mereka melakukan pembibitan sebanyak ribuan pohon. Mereka harus menyiram satu persatu pohon tersebut untuk memastikan bahwa kebutuhan pasokan air dan kelembaban tanah pada bibit tanaman pala tetap terjaga. Berangkat dari permasalahan tersebut, dibutuhkan sebuah metode yang mampu melakukan automasi sistem irigasi yang dapat menjaga kebutuhan nutrisi tanah dan mengurangi tingkat kematian pohon pala akibat cuaca. Penelitian ini berfokus pada perancangan sistem irigasi cerdas berbasis Internet Of Things (IoT) dengan mengkombinasikan beberapa sensor untuk mengukur suhu tanah dan suhu udara disekitar tanaman pala. Pemanfaatan teknologi machine learning juga diterapkan pada penelitian ini, teknologi machine learning digunakan untuk memprediksi kebutuhan irigasi pada lahan pertanian menggunakan berbagai parameter penginderaan yang diperoleh dari berbagai sensor. Seperti sensor kelembaban tanah dan suhu udara lingkungan sekitar tanaman. Semua data sensor tersebut akan dikumpulkan dan diolah menggunakan algoritma SVM dalam pengambilan keputusan secara otomatis dan real-time. penelitian ini  mampu mengukur intensitas volume air dan kondisi lingkungan tanaman secara akurat yang berakibat pada peningkatan  jumlah populasi pala di kabupaten fakfak.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi yang begitu pesat membawa perubahan pada berbagai aspek kehidupan serta perilaku masyarakat dalam segala hal selalu menginginkan kecepatan, ketepatan dan efisiensi. Usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) menghadapi tantangan berat berupa kemampuannya beradaptasi di era revolusi industri 4.0. Untuk menghadapi dan memanfaatkan momentum era revolusi Industri 4.0 ini, usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) perlu berkolaborasi dengan stakeholder baik dari pemerintah dan non pemerintah perlu bersinergi agar dapat mengaplikasikan teknologi yang dikembangkan pemerintah atau stakeholder agar pelaku UMKM memiliki pengetahuan dan sarana dalam pemanfaatan internet dalam pengembangan usahanya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis proses Collaborative Governance dalam pengembangan UMKM serta mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambat proses Collaborative Governance dalam pengembangan UMKM di era Revolusi Industri 4.0 di Kabupaten Fakfak. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan melakukan observasi dan wawancara yang dilakukan pada pihak pemerintah daerah dan non pemerintahan. Proses Collaborative Governance dalam pengembangan UMKM pada era revolusi industri 4.0 di Kab. Fakfak belum dapat terlaksana dengan optimal karena belum adanya kerjasama yang berkelanjutan diantara stakeholder, Ego sektoral dan belum adanya wadah koordinasi dari masing-masing stakeholder. Faktor pendukung proses Collaborative Governance yaitu adanya komitmen untuk pengembangan UMKM yang berbasis digital. Belum adanya media informasi atau komunikasi baik, kurangnya fasilitas, kurangnya sumber daya manusia menjadi faktor penghambat proses.

Abstract

Along with the times, human development has also increased, not only the environment and needs, but also has an impact on the level of education. If in the past our parents' education only reached high school or college because of economic limitations, access to transportation, and access to information, then it's different from now where we can easily get all of these accesses, besides that there's no word not being able to continue our education. to a higher level because at this time the opportunity to get a scholarship is very wide open. For this reason, education is the main thing to deal with the current rapid development of the times and technology. In addition to providing quality education in accordance with competence, Higher Education also provides additional knowledge to improve competence by pouring it into the form of scientific work. Scientific work is very important for teachers, because it can function as an addition to insight or disseminate knowledge. Writing scientific papers helps teachers become more productive in reading and writing, practicing integrating various references and presenting them well, broadening knowledge, and providing intellectual satisfaction. Therefore, the level of professionalism of teachers needs to be increased and teachers can carry out their duties in a trained manner. With scientific work it is expected to increase competence so that teachers become professional in carrying out their duties and responsibilities. Furthermore, teachers who can improve their professional quality must be rewarded with promotions/grades. SD Inpres Dulanpokpok is one of the schools that really supports increasing teacher competence in making scientific work, the location of this school is approximately 7 km from the center of Fakfak city but does not close itself to synergizing with the Fakfak State Polytechnic to carry out teacher competency development. However, the distance that can be said is quite far so that the service activities carried out by the Fakfak State Polytechnic and surrounding universities did not reach SD Inpres Dulanpokpok.

Abstract

Today's information systems are inseparable because they demand a company to create an integrated system that allows others to access the information they need from the company. The Student Activity Unit or UKM organization and the Departmental Student Association (HMJ) are two that are affected, making it simpler for students to obtain information, which is one of the most crucial requirements that must be met. Numerous student organizations are supervised by the Fakfak State Polytechnic and are grouped under the Student Activity Unit (UKM). Student activity units and major student associations at the Fakfak State Polytechnic currently do not have an integrated information system that explains management profiles, vision and mission, and work programs. This has an impact on the lack of information obtained by students and the public regarding UKM and HMJ at the Fakfak State Polytechnic. Therefore, efforts are needed to build and improve an information exchange system in the form of a website-based application for student activity units and departmental student associations that can manage information from each organization in an integrated manner to be able to overcome these problems. The information system that will be built and developed is a web-based application that makes it easier for users to access information and also acts as a promotional medium.

Abstract

Buku yang berbasis digital dapat menunjang proses pembelajaran untuk mengurangi tingkat abstraksi materi. Penggunaan buku saku hardcopy menyebabkan terjadinya abstraksi dalam proses pembelajaran. Hal ini terjadi karena buku saku Al-ma’tsurat rentan untuk sobek dan hilang.  Dengan media pembelajaran baru, dapat membantu adik-adik SMP IT Assalaam Fakfak untuk lebih mudah belajar hadist di rumah tanpa harus meminjam buku, karena membaca dan mendengarkan lebih mudah jika dilakukan di smartphone yang bisa dibawa kemana saja, kapan saja. Selain itu, juga mempermudah orang tua untuk bisa melihat perkembangan hafalan anak tersebut. pada kegiatan PKM ini, tim telah melakukan beberapa capaian yaitu: 1) membuat buku saku Al-ma’tsurat berbasis digital. Dalam implementasinya, buku saku tersebut telah disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan sekolah. 2) melakukan pertemuan bersama wakil kepala sekolah bagian kurikulum untuk memberikan masukan terkait tulisan atau harakat yang salah dari aplikasi yang telah dikembangkan. 3) Setelah pembuatan Al-ma’tsurat berbasis digital, guru dilatih untuk mengoperasikan media tersebut. Setelah dilatih, semua guru dibiasaan untuk menggunakan media tersebut dalam pembelajaran. 4) setelah itu, tim PKM melatih siswa dalam menggunakan aplikasi tersebut. Luaran yang dihasilkan dari kegiatan ini berupa aplikasi Al-ma’tsurat berbasis digital. Selain itu, guru dan siswa dilatih menggunakan aplikasi tersebut agar mampu memonitor progress hafalan masing-masing siswa.

Abstract

AbstractThe development of human potential is greatly facilitated by education, which enables individuals to enhance their abilities through acquired learning experiences. However, a prominent issue within the Indonesian education system is the considerable cost associated with academic activities. In response to this challenge, the Fakfak Regional Government has implemented a financial assistance program, providing support to 1,500 students pursuing education both within Fakfak Regency and in external locations. Currently, the application and administration procedures for these educational grants are managed manually by the Welfare Department. This conventional approach, encompassing tasks such as the verification, archiving, and validation of documents, is notably time-consuming, primarily due to the large volume of accumulated data. This research has two main objectives: firstly, to simplify the process used by local governments in managing education fund assistance, thereby promoting greater transparency and accountability; secondly, to enhance the security of the online platform against cyber threats. For the website development, a waterfall methodology was adopted, with security enhancements implemented through the utilization of the Damn Vulnerable Web App (DVWA) framework, considering cost-effectiveness and temporal efficiency. The application's resilience was rigorously evaluated through a series of penetration tests. These assessments involved examining the efficacy of the Web Application Firewall (WAF) in both active and inactive conditions, as well as simulating various cyber-attacks, including SQL injection, Cross-Site Scripting (XSS), command injection, and brute-force exploits. The results obtained from this research indicate that the integration of a WAF significantly enhances the application's resilience against cyber attacks. It was observed that vulnerabilities that could be successfully exploited in the absence of an active WAF, such as SQL Injection and XSS, were effectively identified and mitigated once the WAF was enabled. Further analytical examination, utilizing frameworks such as attack trees, has substantiated the WAF's capacity to provide comprehensive protection against various attack methodologies targeting web-based applications. Therefore, the web-based portal designed for the Fakfak Regional Government's education assistance initiative is expected to simplify the experience for prospective grant recipients, enabling them to access relevant information and submit their applications with greater ease. AbstrakPendidikan merupakan suatu cara bagi manusia untuk mengembangkan potensi dirinya melalui proses pembelajaran yang diperolehnya. Namun salah satu permasalahan dalam dunia pendidikan Indonesia adalah biaya pendidikan. Pemerintah Daerah Fakfak memberikan bantuan dana pendidikan kepada 1.500 mahasiswa baik yang kuliah di luar Fakfak maupun yang kuliah di dalam Kabupaten Fakfak. Proses pengajuan dan pengelolaan dana bantuan pendidikan saat ini dilakukan secara manual oleh bidang Kesra yaitu pengecekan, penyimpanan, dan validasi berkas yang memakan banyak waktu karena penumpukan data. Penelitian ini memiliki 2 tujuan utama: 1) untuk memudahkan pemerintah daerah dalam mengelola bantuan dana pendidikan secara transparan dan akuntabel. 2) Untuk menjamin keamanan website dari serangan.  Metode yang penulis gunakan dalam pengembangan website adalah waterfall, optimalisasi keamanan menggunakan  Damn Vulnerable Web App (DVWA) cost dan metric time. Untuk mengukur ketangguhan aplikasi, dilakukan beberapa kali pengujian yaitu melakukan eksploitasi dengan kondisi Web Application Firewall (WAF) nonaktif/aktif, eksploitasi sql injection, eksploitasi XSS, command injection dan eksploitasi brute force. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa WAF secara signifikan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan aplikasi terhadap serangan. Eksploitasi yang berhasil dilakukan saat WAF nonaktif, seperti SQL Injection dan XSS, terbukti dapat dideteksi dan dicegah ketika WAF diaktifkan. Analisis lebih lanjut menggunakan kerangka kerja seperti attack tree mengkonfirmasi bahwa WAF memberikan perlindungan yang efektif terhadap berbagai model serangan yang pada aplikasi web. Aplikasi penerimaan bantuan dana pendidikan PEMDA Fakfak Berbasis Web dapat memudahkan calon penerima bantuan pendidikan untuk menerima informasi dan mengajukan bantuan pendidikan dengan lebih mudah.

Abstract

Different types of attendance systems are used in various settings such as schools and companies, namely web-based systems that can be used as a substitute for absenteeism. Another attendance system being developed is a QR Code based attendance system which requires user verification using RFID fingerprint or voice command. It is necessary to develop an attendance system that uses RFID sensors at universities as a technological adaptation.Currently, lecture attendance at the Fakfak State Polytechnic College, especially in the Informatics Management Department, still uses a manual attendance system, namely taking attendance of students using an attendance book every class hour. Running absenteeism creates a problem, namely that it is impractical. The impracticality of this system can be that it takes a lot of time to register students one by one, thereby cutting into course hours. Not to mention the phenomenon of leaving absences which usually takes advantage of lecturers' negligence to sign the absences of friends who are unable to come. You can also directly sign attendance from the first meeting to the last meeting. So the author conducted research on making student attendance tools that use RFID, and can monitor student attendance data by lecturers via a website. Based on these problems, an attendance system based on RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) using NodeMCU is expected to be able to solve these problems.
