Organizational culture is a common perception held by members of theorganization into a system of shared meaning that visits of factors ofinnovation and risk taking, attention to detail, results orientation, teamorientation, aggressiveness. While the work motivation is the provision of thedriving force that creates the excitement of a person's work, so that they wouldwork together, to work effectively and integrated with all its resources toachieve the satisfaction that visits of factors physiological needs, safety, social,respect and self-actualization.The method used is the kind of explanatory research-analytic approach studyof 107 employee as samples served in Dinas Kesehatan KabupatenPegunungan Bintang Provinsi Papua and analytical test data analysis pathdiagram / confirmatory factor analysis of Structural Equation Model (SEM).The results showed organizational culture positive and significant effect onwork motivation (CR =10,552 & p = 0.000), factor aggressiveness have astrong effect on organization culture and factor physiological need , social,respect and self-actualization have a strong effect on work motivation.Keywords: Organizational Culture, Work Motivation, and Structural EquationModel(SEM).

Pada hakikatnya suatu kebudayaan akan selalu mengalami perubahan seiring dengan perkembangan zaman. Kebudayaan dapat berkembang dan menyesuaikan diri dengan keadaan yang baru, jika kebudayaan tersebut dapat terbuka terhadap pengaruh-pengaruh budaya lain. Setelah negara Indonesia terlepas dari penjajahan Belanda, wayang kulit purwa tetap dapat bertahan tanpa adanya gubahan-gubahan yang signifikan. Akan tetapi generasi wayang kreasi atau yang disebut juga sebagai wayang kontemporer (non-pakem) mulai lahir dan berkembang di Indonesia sebagai bentuk karya seni yang terpengaruh dampak modernisasi serta tujuan-tujuan lain yang melatarbelakanginya. Studi ini adalah sebuah eksplorasi terhadap material dasar dalam penciptaan wayang kreasi yang menggunakan plastik sebagai material pengganti kulit. Hasil penciptaan diharapkan dapat menjadi model penciptaan alternatif wayang kreasi.

Wayang adalah warisan budaya yang wajib dilestarikan agar keberadaannya tidak mudah hilang termakan modernisasi zaman. Namun kenyataannya, saat ini minat, perhatian, dan apresiasi generasi muda terhadap kesenian wayang sudah sangat menurun. Semakin hilang dan berkurangnya minat serta antusiasme generasi muda terhadap cerita dan pementasan-pementasan seni wayang mengakibatkan terancamnya eksistensi dan perkembangan wayang dimasa mendatang. Berdasar kepada permasalahan inilah maka penulis menempatkan objek wayang sebagai dasar penciptaan bentuk font yang berbasis budaya tradisi. Penulis menciptakan Font wayang dengan dasar pertimbangan bahwa font merupakan salah satu media yang sangat sering digunakan dalam proses berkomunikasi melalui tipografi.

Wayang sebagai produk perkembangan seni rupa Indonesia pada zaman Hindu, merupakan proses pengembangan nilai-nilai tradisi pada masa sebelumnya. Nilai-nilai keindahan wayang bukan semata-mata karena aspek seni rupa yang telah melalui evolusi yang sangat panjang hingga perupaannya nampak sempurna hingga disebut sebagai karya seni yang adiluhung, karena adanya sisi spiritual yang melingkupi dan menghasilkan seni perlambangan sesuai dengan tuntutan budaya saat itu yang dikaitkan dengan peradaban agama yang melatar belakangi. Berdasar kepada ketertarikan inilah maka penulis menempatkan objek wayang kulit sebagai dasar inspirasi dalam membuat wayang kulit Glow In The Dark.

ABSTRAK Peneltian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerimaan dari elemen-elemen Quadruple-Helix terhadap ajakan kolaborasi dalam membangun ekosistem bisnis startup digital di Kota Makassar oleh DILo Makassar dan hal yang mempengaruhi penerimaan tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerimaan Quadruple-Helix terhadap ajakan kolaborasi oleh DILo Makassar dalam membangun ekosistem bisnis startup digital di Kota Makassar cukup baik. Penerimaan ini dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat. Faktor-faktor yang mendukung antara lain yaitu (1)DILo Makassar sebagai sumber (2)untuk mempersiapkan bibit digitalpreneur (3)untuk memajukan Kota Makassar, sedangkan faktor-faktor yang menghambat antara lain yaitu (1)kurangnya pengenalan (2)belum memenuhinya ekspektasi oleh DILo Makassar. Kata Kunci : Tingkat Penerimaan, Quadruple-Helix, Kolaborasi, Ekosistem Bisnis, Startup Digital, DILo Makassar ABSTRAC The aim of the research was to determine the admission of Quadruple-Helix elements on collaboration request in building digital startup business ecosystem in Makassar City by DILO of Makassar and the things affecting the admission. The result of the research indicate that the admission of Quadruple-Helix elements on collaboration request by DILO of Makassar in building business ecosystem in Makassar City is good enough. The admission is affected by several supporting and inhibiting factors. The supporting factors are (1) to point DILO of Makassar as the source, (2) to prepare digitalpreneur seedlings and (3) to advance Makassar City, while inhibiting factors are (1) the lack of recognition and (2) the non-fulfilment expectation by DILO of Makassar.

In the globalization era, Investment becomes something that should be prepared to face the future. Investment instruments in Indonesia were initially conventional. With its predominantly Muslim population, Indonesia must have investment instruments in accordance to sharia principles. In line with the demands of globalization, sharia investment instruments also developed including investment instruments in Indonesia such as sharia-based investment. Sharia stocks in Indonesia show growth. It can be swon bythe sharia stock market capitalization that continues to increase throughout the year. But behind it, there are many things that should be observed. Such as the fundamental factors of the company and what macroeconomic factors affect the growth rate of Sharia stocks. This study aims to analyze and obtain empirical evidence about the influence of fundamental factors and macroeconomic factors on Islamic stocks listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index. Sample is chosen by using purposive sampling method. Companies that become sample as many as 22 companies listed in JII in the second quarter period 2015 until second quarter of 2016. The regretion analysis is used and the hypothesis is tested by t-test, f-test and r-square. The results show partially only debt to equity ratio that significantly influence the stock price, while return on assets, inflation and Bank Indonesia interest rates has no effect on stock prices. Simultaneously all variables affect the stock price. The proportion of indepen variables influence on the stock price is 48.5%, while 51.5% is influenced by other variables that not examined in this research. So, the investor in JII should be concern with fundamental factor of company's share stock especially of debt to equity ratio. This Purpose of research is to analyze the relationship between The Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG), Inflation and Rupiah Exchange Rate (KURS) with NAV of Stock Mutual Funds. This research used 4 samples of Stock Mutual Fund Products registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) during the period January 2015 – December 2019. By Purposive Sampling method obtained from the official website of the Financial Services Authority (OJK). The analysis technique used in this research is the regression of panel data. The results of the study using random effects found that the Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) positively affect the NAV of Stock Mutual Fund while Inflation and Rupiah Exchange Rate (KURS) had no effect on the NAV Stock Mutual Fund.

Strategi pembelajaran sangat mempengaruhi hasil belajar yang ingin dicapai oleh seorang guru.Untuk memperoleh hasil belajar siswa yang tinggi, salah satunya ialah penerapan strategi pembelajaran Small Group Work. Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Strategi Pembelajaran Small Group Work Terhadap Prestasi Belajar IPS Siswa Kelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Peusangan Siblah Krueng, Kabupaten Bireuen” ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh strategi pembelajaran Small Group Work terhadap prestasi belajar IPS siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Peusangan Siblah Krueng, Kabupaten Bireuen. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis penelitian eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Peusangan Siblah Krueng yang berjumlah 40 siswa dan terdiri 2 kelas. Sampelnya adalah siswa kelas VIII.2 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas VIII.1 sebagai kelas kontrol yang masing-masing terdiri dari 20 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan test dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) reduksi data; (2) penyajian data; (3) verifikasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang diperoleh kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dari pada kelas kontrol, dimana nilai rata-rata dari kelas eksperimen adalah 78,75 sedangkan kelas kontrol adalah 66,5 sedangkan analisis berdasarkan nilai test individu di kelas eksperimen terdapat 15% siswa yang tidak tuntas dan 85% siswa yang tuntas, sedangkan di kelas kontrol 75% siswa yang tidak tuntas dan 25% siswa yang tuntas. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penggunaan strategi belajar Small Group Work terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pada pembelajaran IPS.Kata kunci: strategi pembelajaran, small group work, prestasi belajar

Animated music video does not only act as a spectacle, but it can function as an informative as well as persuasive media campaign. As a product of visual culture, animated music videos have the potential to build a visual perception of the topic presented. Visual culture has now become a daily part of human activity, because visual technology allows various information, meanings or pleasures needed by humans to be fulfilled instantly through audiovisual language. This study discusses the animated music video "Sabda Alam" by students of the Raden Umar Said Vocational High School, Kudus, Central Java, which campaigns for the protection of endemic birds in Indonesia. This animated music video is interesting to study because it conveys campaign messages indirectly through 2D animated visual narratives. This study uses a combination method to analyze the visual language that shapes the audience's perception. Qualitatively, the discussion uses a social perception approach to analyze the basics of perception formation. Meanwhile, quantitatively, a survey was conducted on 150 viewers randomly to find the elements of perception formed, based on the product position target segmentation guidelines. The results showed that this animated music video was able to form perception of message content, perception of animated visualization, perception of narrative, perceptions of music, perception of environmental knowledge, perception of wildlife care, and perception of causal factors of endemic birds extinction. It is hoped that the results of this research can become an academic reference, especially in the field of visual communication design, and become an inspirational and communicative media campaign model in product design development in the creative industries sector. The results showed that this animated music video was able to form perception of message content, perception of animated visualization, perception of narrative, perceptions of music, perception of environmental knowledge, perception of wildlife care, and perception of causal factors of endemic birds extinction. It is hoped that the results of this research can become an academic reference, especially in the field of visual communication design, and become an inspirational and communicative media campaign model in product design development in the creative industries sector.
