Abstract

The research about  identification insects at duku (Lansium domesticum Corr.) plantation was conducted at Serigeni Lama Kayuagung village on  September till October 2014. The objective of this research was collect insects at duku. This research utilited the direct observation method during two moon. This method used insecting net, light traps and fit fall traps. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe report result about fishs inventaritation in Lematang river at RambangDangku district South Sumatera Province. The research to study fishs at Lematang river at Rambang Dangku district South Sumatera Province. The research was conducted between Januari-Februari 2011. This research utilited the direct observation method during two week. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe research was conducted at The Laboratory of MIPA Graduate SchoolPGRI University from January to June 2011. The objective of this research was recognize the effect of leaf part sources Sansevieria trifasciata. The research utilized the Completely Randomized Design with five level treatment and six replications. The treatment are level consentration of fertilizer complex are 0 g/1 water (K0), 0,25 g/l water (K1), 0,5 g/l water (K2), 0,75 g/l water (K3), 1,0 g/l water (K4). The result showed that level consentration fertilizer give good effect to time of steam growth and length of steam Sanseviera trifasciata.Key words : fertilizer complex, Sanseviera trifasciata

Abstract

ABSTRACTResearch of inventaritation of peat swamp vegetation after forest burned was conducted at Talang Sepucuk village in Pedamaran Timur Ogan Komering Ilir, Sumatera Selatan Province on Maret 2006. The objective of this research was Plant was grouth in swamp vegetation after forest burned. This research utilited the direct observation with transect in vegetation growth type during one week. Abstract

Telah dilakukan penelitian tentang  klasifikasi jenis- jenis ikan di Sungai Komering Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir (OKI) Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Juni-Juli 2010 di Sungai Komering Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir (OKI) Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pengamatan langsung. Survei lapangan. Data jenis-jenis ikan yang ditemukan diidentifikasi dan diklasifikasikan di Laboratorium  Biologi FMIPA Universitas PGRI Palaembang. Hasil yang didapat yaitu  6 ordo; 18 familia; dan 40 spesies ikan.

Abstract

Inventarisasi serangga serangga pada perkebunan gambir (Uncaria gambir Roxb.) dilaksanakan di Desa Toman Kecamatan Babat Toman Kabupaten MusiBanyuasin pada bulan Desember 2009. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untukmenginventarisasi serangga serangga pada tanaman gambir. Metode yang digunakanadalah observasi langsung selama 1 minggu menggunakan insecting net, light trapsdan fit fall traps.Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan 6 ordo, 11 familia, 11 genus dan 11spesies.

Abstract

Research of  zooplankton community structure in a retention pond Kambang Iwak Palembang was held in May 2016 until June 2016 in the retention pond Kambang Iwak Palembang, aims to determine the community structure of zooplankton.  Zooplankton samples were taken from five stations. Subsequently the samples were identified and analyzed include abundance, dominance and diversity index. Results showed that the composition of zooplankton in the retention pond Kambang Iwak Palembang City composed of 10 species are Astasia sp, Cyclops sp, Moina weismenni, Scopholeheris mucronala, Philodina sp, Retatoria, Alona sp, Branchionus falcatus, Daphnia pulex, Leptodora sp. Abundance highest total in five stations owned by Cyclops sp species, amounting to 9.38 ind / l. The highest dominance index has a value of 0.29, so it can be said there is no species that dominate the waters of the lake. Diversity of zooplankton in five stations categorized as Low to Medium with a diversity index of between 0.86 to 1.41Keywords : zooplankton, retention pondABSTRAK Penelitian tentang struktur komunitas zooplankton di kolam retensi Kambang Iwak Kota Palembang telah dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei  sampai Juni 2016 di kolam retensi Kambang Iwak Kota Palembang, untuk mengetahui struktur komunitas zooplankton yang terdapat di sana. Sampel zooplankton diambil dari lima stasiun , selanjutnya diidentifikasi dan dianalisis meliputi kelimpahan, dominansi, dan indeks keanekaragamannya. Hasil Penelitihan menunjukkan bahwa komposisi zooplankton di kolam retensi Kambang Iwak Kota Palembang terdiri dari 10 spesies, yaitu Astasia sp, Cyclops sp, Moina weismenni, Scopholeheris mucronala, Philodina sp, Retatoria, Alona sp, Branchionus falcatus, Daphnia pulex, Leptodora sp. Kelimpahan total di lima  stasiun tertinggi dimiliki oleh species Cyclops sp, sebesar 9,38 ind/l. Indeks dominansi tertinggi memiliki nilai 0,29, sehingga dapat dikatakan tidak ada species yang mendominasi perairan danau. Keanekaragaman zooplankton di lima stasiun dikategorikan Rendah sampai Sedang dengan indeks keanekaragaman antara 0,86 – 1,41Kata kunci : zooplankton, kolam retensi

Abstract

Research of  Inventaritation     of   Fish  at  Rawas  river   Ulak Embacang  village Musi Banyuasin regency   South Sumatera Province. on  September –Oktober   2016. This research  utilited  the direct   observation  method  by collecting fish samples which were caught by fisherman along Rawas  river.  The result of the research geted 3 order, 12 family, 16   genera and 19 species. Key words: Rawas  river, Classification,  Inventaritation, species ABSTRAK Telah dilakukan penelitian tentang Inventarisasi  Jenis Ikan di Sungai Rawas  Desa Ulak Embacang Kecamatan Sanga Desa Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan September- Oktober  2016. Pengambilan sample dilakukan   survei lapangan dengan mengumpulkan ikan hasil tangkapan nelayan. Abstract

The Sungkai plant has become a trending topic lately because of its benefits, which are believed by some people to be used in preventing the transmission of the COVID-19 virus by boiling some of its leaves using water. The purpose of this research was to examine the active ingredients contained in sungkai leaves (Peronema canescens Jacks) which were extracted by infundation (water solvent) and extracted by maceration (methanol solvent). The method used in this study is a qualitative chemical analysis. Phytochemical screening in this study, namely the alkaloid test (using Mayer, Wagner, and Dragendroff reagents), flavonoid test, tannin test, saponin test, steroid test, terpenoid test. Based on the results of the study, the results of the phytochemical screening of the methanol extract of sungkai leaves by maceration showed that all of the active compounds contained were positive, while the positive infundament extract contained flavonoids, steroids, terpenoids, tannins, saponins, but negative alkaloids.

Abstract

The manufacture of herbal medicine must pay attention to sanitation and hygiene so that it is free from bacterial contamination. The presence of bacteria that exceeds the threshold set by BPOM RI can have a negative effect on health. This study aimed to analyze the total plate count and Escherichia coli contamination in herbal medicine at KM 5 Market, Kemuning District. This study used a survey method by making direct observations accompanied by sampling at the herbal medicine seller and continued with laboratory examinations. The results showed that the total plate number in herbal medicine gendong 1 was 41.5 x101 colonies/ml which was still below the threshold limit, herbal medicine gendong 2 was 185.5 x 105 colonies/ml and herbal medicine gendong 3 was 21.5 x 105 colonies/ml. above the threshold. Three samples of carrying herbal medicine tested negative for E.coli bacteria.
