Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to determine the influence of skills and work experience on the development of career in the regional division BULOG of SUMSEL-BABEL. The population in this study is the all-employees of the regional division of SUMSEL-BABEL, which amounted to 45 people. The sample in this study amounted to 45 respondents which were taken from all the employees of the regional division of SUMSEL-BABEL. The data that is researched is the survey data of the Perum BULOG regional of SUMSEL-BABEL. Data analysis is performed using the quantitative method of SPSS for Windows version 23 Program. The results of the research can be noted that there is a significant influence between skills and work experience both partially and jointly towards the development of careers in the regional division of BULOG of SUMSEL-BABEL. Result coefficient of determination obtained adjusted value of R2 in the determination of R Square (R2) of 0.782 which means that 78.2%. Career development influenced by skills and work experience variables. While the remainder of the study, 21.8% were donated by factors of another factor that were not researched. Keywords: Skills, Work Experience, Career Development ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keterampilan dan pengalaman kerja terhadap pengembangan karier pada perum BULOG devisi regional SUMSEL-BABEL. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Pegawai perum BULOG devisi regional SUMSEL-BABEL yang berjumlah 45 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 45 responden yang diambil dari seluruh pegawai perum BULOG devisi regional SUMSEL-BABEL.Data yang diteliti merupakan data kuesioner pegawai Perum BULOG regional SUMSEL-BABEL. Analisis data dilakukkan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif Program SPSS for windows versi 23. Hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara keterampilan dan pengalaman kerja baik secara parsial maupun secara bersama-sama terhadap pengembangan karier pada perum BULOG divisi regional SUMSEL-BABEL. Hasil koefisien determinasi diperoleh nilai adjusted R2 sebesar determinasi R Square (R2) sebesar 0,782 yang berarti bahwa 78,2 %. Pengembangan karir dipengaruhi oleh variable Keterampilan dan Pengalaman Kerja. Sedangkan sisanya dari penelitian, 21,8 % disumbangkan oleh factor faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Kata Kunci : Keterampilan, Pengalaman Kerja, Pengembangan Karier

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to know the influence of work communication on employee performance, the effect of working environment on employee performance and the effect of jointly working communication and working environment on employee's performance at the office of Camat Air beetle Banyuasin. This research uses quantitative methods. Data collection techniques in research are on the questionnaire, observation and documentation. The data analysis techniques in this study used multiple regression analyses treated with the SPSS software method with multiple linear regression equations Y = a + b1X1 + b2X2 + e. Based on the results of research and discussion that has been outlined in the previous chapter, it can be concluded as follows (1) Partial work communication is significantly significant to the performance of office staff Camat Air beetle Banyuasin. Through the results of calculations that have been obtained a significant level of 0.013 and smaller than 0.05 and T count (2.601) > T table (1.685) meaning hypotheses accepted, (2) in partial work environment significantly affect the performance of office officers Camat Air Beetle Banyuasin, through the results of calculations that have been obtained significantly the level of 0.000 and smaller than 0.05 and T count (3,918) > T table (1.685) means the hypothesis received , (3) together (simultaneous) work communication and the working environment is positive and significant to the performance of office Camat Air beetle Banyuasin. Through the results of calculations that have been obtained a significant level of 0.001 and smaller than 0.05 and F count > F table (8.819 > 3.156) means the hypothesis was accepted. Keywords: Work Communication, Work Environment, Employee Performance ABSTRAK Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Komunikasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dan Pengaruh Secara Bersama-Sama Komunikasi Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Camat Air Kumbang Banyuasin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian teridiri atas kuisioner, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini digunakan analisis regresi berganda yang diolah dengan metode perangkat lunak SPSS dengan persamaan regresi linier berganda Y = a + b1X1 + b2X2 + e. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan yang telah diuraikan pada bab sebelumnya, dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut (1) Secara parsial Komunikasi Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kantor Camat Air Kumbang Banyuasin. Melalui hasil perhitungan yang telah di lakukan diperoleh taraf signifikan sebesar 0,013 dan lebih kecil dari  0,05 dan t hitung  (2,601) > t tabel (1,685)  artinya hipotesis diterima, (2) Secara parsial Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja pegawai Kantor Camat Air Kumbang Banyuasin, Melalui hasil perhitungan yang telah di lakukan diperoleh taraf signifikan sebesar 0,000 dan lebih kecil dari  0,05 dan t hitung  (3.918) >  t tabel (1,685) artinya hipotesis diterima, (3) Secara bersama-sama (Simultan)  Komunikasi kerja dan Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Camat Air Kumbang Banyuasin. Melalui hasil perhitungan yang telah di lakukan diperoleh taraf signifikan sebesar 0,001 dan  lebih kecil dari  0,05 dan f hitung > f tabel (8,819> 3,156)  artinya hipotesis diterima. Kata Kunci : Komunikasi Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai

Abstract

This study aims to test the hypothesis of the influence of work ethics and work environment on work quality. The research method used is associative quantitative. The population of this study were all employees, totaling 126 people at the Directorate of the Ministry of Maritime Affairs, Class 1 Navigation District, Palembang. Sampling technique using saturated samples. Sources and data collection techniques for this research are primary data by distributing questionnaires to respondents and secondary data by collecting documentation and literature relevant to the research. The data analysis technique used is a multiple linear test, correlation coefficient test and determination coefficient test (R2). The hypothesis test used is the t test and F test. The results of the t test were obtained at a significant value of the work ethic variable of 0.00, and the work environment variable was 0.00, so it was partially concluded that it could have an effect. While the results of the F test are sig. on the variable quality of work of 0.00, the work ethic and work environment influence simultaneously or simultaneously on the quality of employee work
