Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan ingin mengkaji apakah kompetensi dan budaya kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai dimediasi oleh motivasi pada Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Sampel yang diambil berjumlah 109 orang pegawai dengan teknik purposive sampling. Selanjutnya untuk memperoleh kualitas data yang baik dan akurat, maka dilakukan metode pengujian berupa uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Sedangkan untuk memperolah nilai koefisien yang tidak bias, maka digunakan persyaratan uji analisis yaitu datanya harus normal, tidak terdapat gejala heteroskedasitas dan multikolinieritas. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode Path Analysis. Studi ini menghasilkan temuan (1). Variabel kompetensi dan budaya kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi, dan yang paling berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja adalah variabel budaya kerja. (2) Kompetensi, budaya kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, dan variabel kompetensi merupakan variable terpenting yang mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai. (3) Motivasi kerja menjadi variabel perantara hubungan antara kompetensi dan budaya kerja terhadap kinerja. Kata Kunci: Kompetensi, Budaya Kerja, Motivasi, dan Kinerja Pegawai ABSTRACT This study aims to examine whether competence and work culture affect employee performance mediated by motivation at the Department of Transportation of South Sumatra Province. The samples taken amounted to 109 employees with purposive sampling technique. Furthermore, to obtain good and accurate data quality, a testing method is carried out in the form of validity and reliability tests. Meanwhile, to obtain an unbiased coefficient value, the analytical test requirements are used, namely the data must be normal, there are no symptoms of heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity. The analytical method used is the Path Analysis method. This study yields findings (1). Competency and work culture variables have a positive and significant effect on motivation, and the most influential variable on work motivation is work culture. (2) Competence, work culture and work motivation have a significant effect on performance, and competency variables are the most important variables that affect employee performance. Abstract

This study aims to describe the validity and practicality of the learning tool of the Think Pair Share (TPS) cooperative model integrated with huyula values (cooperation). This development research implemented the ADDIE model involving 25 students in grades VIII-3, SMP Negeri 1 TAPA. The results showed that (1) the learning tools developed obtained a percentage of 3.48% with valid categories. (2) the implementation (practicality) of learning obtained a percentage of 88.98% with the "very good" category, and the response of students obtained 83.91% with the "good" category.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the problem of infidelity due to the wife's failure to provide material support in the light of Islamic law. This research also starts from a true story of a wife who in recent years complained about her husband's treatment of not having the means to provide material support for his wife or children, even though the husband was born capable of working to earn a living, so the wife was fed up with her husband's treatment. this is by cheating. Therefore, the main focus of this research is to understand the concept, essence, rights, and obligations of husband and wife as well as their implications for infidelity according to the legal perspective in force in Indonesia, be it public law (criminal), private law (civil) or Islamic law which contains sharia. – Islamic law. The research method used is a qualitative approach, which involves conducting interviews with individuals and informants considered capable in their fields to explain this problem. It is hoped that the research results can contribute to society in increasing understanding of legal aspects, livelihood obligations, and the implications of infidelity from the perspective of Islamic law and sharia.

Abstract

Abstract This observasion activity intends to determine the impact of several background aspects such as company size, audit opinion, operating profit which has a direct influence on audit report lag. The population chosen by the researcher is to take advantage of all of the property and real estate companies that have joined the IDX, in the 2017-2019 period, consisting of 61 companies. Sampling is with purposive sampling method, a final sample of 20 companies. Then perform an analysis data that utilizes multiple linear regression using the SPSS program. So the results obtained in this study conclude that company size and audit opinion basically do not affect audit report lag. However, it was found the effect of operating profit on audit report lag. If viem simultaneously the whole starting from the size of the company, opinion and operating profit have an impact on audit report lag Keywords: Audit Opinion, Audit Report Lag, Company Size, and Operating Profit.

Abstract

Product quality is one issue in business survival. One of quality strategies using group oriented is known as Quality Control Circle (QCC). The strategy of integrated quality management or Total Quality Management (TQM) can be an option to maintain and improve the quality of the products of a company's business performance. The aim of this research is to analyze the effect of the implementation of QCC and TQM to the labor productivity at PT IRC Inoac Indonesia. The objects observed in this research were employees of PT IRC Inoac Indonesia. The samples studied were 200 employees who have been involved in QCC activities in the 2019 period. The method used for data collection in this study is simple random sampling. The collected data is then further analyzed using Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) version 24 for windows. This research showes that QCC and TQM has direct effect on the labor productivity. It is known from the coefficient of determination or R2. The amount of R based on the analysis is 0.559. It can be interpreted that the application of QCC and TQM affects labor productivity by 55.9%.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of student learning outcomes for those who use the dynamic electric virtual e-laboratory on student learning outcomes for those who use PPT at SMP Negeri 1 Wonosari. This type of research is quantitative research with experimental research methods. This research was carried out at SMP Negeri 1 Wonosari, which is located at Jatimulya Village, Wonosari District, Boalemo Regency, in the odd semester of the 2024/2025 academic year. This research design is a quasi-experimental design with a pretest-posttest control group design. The research results show that there is an influence on student learning outcomes. This is based on the hypothesis testing criteria, where t-count 2.09 is greater than t-table 2.02, and it can be concluded that hypothesis testing is t-count greater than t-table

Abstract

Sampah adalah salah satu penyebab masalah lingkungan yang paling signifikan dan dapat merusak keseimbangan ekosistem. Kelurahan Sukajadi salah satu wilayah yang banyak ditemui sampah organik. Banyak masyarakat setempat yang masih belum paham pengolahan sampah organic. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada ibu rumah tangga bahwa sampah organik dapat berbahaya jika tidak diolah dengan benar. Pada Desa Sukajadi, ibu rumah tangga diberi pelatihan langsung tentang cara membuat eco-enzyme dari sampah organic yang tidak bernilai. Masyarakat, terutama ibu rumah tangga, akan belajar cara membuat eco-enzyme. Eco-enzyme yang berhasil dibuat ditandai dengan coklat dan bau fermentasi yang khas. Selanjutnya, eco-enzyme diproses untuk menghasilkan produk pewangi ruangan.

Abstract

Indonesia, as an archipelagic country, of course, sea transportation is the main supporting element in facilitating the transfer of people or goods from one place to their final destination. Optimizing sea transportation services is something that must be done by the government and the private sector if they want to create a reliable and competitive transportation ecosystem. This article reviews the factors that influence sea transportation services, namely sea transportation human resources, sea transportation facilities, and sea transportation infrastructure, a literature study on transportation management. The purpose of writing this article is to build a hypothesis of the influence between variables to be used in further research. The results of this literature review article are: 1) Sea transportation human resources influence sea transportation services; 2) Sea transportation facilities influence sea transportation services; and 3) Sea transportation infrastructure influences sea transportation services.

Abstract

Transformasi pembelajaran IPA menuntut keterpaduan antara pendekatan teknologi digital dan kearifan lokal untuk menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang kontekstual, bermakna, dan adaptif terhadap tantangan zaman. Namun, sebagian besar guru masih menghadapi kendala dalam merancang pembelajaran yang mampu mengintegrasikan kedua pendekatan tersebut secara efektif. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas pedagogik dan profesionalisme guru IPA melalui edukasi berbasis kearifan lokal dan teknologi digital. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 1 Tapa, melibatkan 21 guru dari MGMP IPA melalui pendekatan partisipatif dan diskusi kolaboratif. Metode pelaksanaan terdiri atas sosialisasi konsep dan praktik penggunaan media digital (seperti PhET, Canva, Game maker, Smart Apps Creator/SAC, Doratoon, Genially), serta pengembangan perangkat ajar berbasis kearifan lokal Gorontalo. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan kuisioner dengan 13 indikator yang mencakup aspek materi, fasilitator, dan dampak pelatihan terhadap praktik mengajar. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas peserta memberikan respon positif, dengan capaian tertinggi pada aspek penyampaian materi dan partisipasi fasilitator. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan yang menggabungkan teknologi dan kearifan lokal secara efektif dapat meningkatkan kompetensi guru serta mendorong lahirnya model pembelajaran IPA yang inovatif, reflektif, dan berakar pada konteks budaya Gorontalo.

Abstract

Computational Thinking (CT) emerged as a crucial competency that bridges digital literacy and scientific problem solving in the context of achieving Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 4 on quality education. However, the model of integrating CT in science learning is still poorly explored, hindering progress towards SDG Targets 4.4 (technical skills) and 4.7 (scientific literacy). This study is the first bibliometric analysis to map the trends of CT research in science learning (2021–2023) through Scopus. The novelty lies in the identification of global collaboration patterns, knowledge gaps, and research priorities that are aligned with the 2030 Agenda. Three research questions were guided: (1) Publication distribution, (2) Dominant journals and subject areas, (3) Keyword dynamics/co-occurrence networks. Data retrieved from Scopus using the strings TITLE-ABS-KEY("Computational Thinking" AND "Science Education/Learning") (47 articles, open access, 2021–2023). Analysis techniques include: Performance analysis (publication/citation metrics), Science mapping (author affiliation), Network analysis (keyword grouping via VOSviewer). Key findings show: (1) Peak publication in 2022 (19 articles), (2) Education Sciences (Q1) as the top journal (7 articles), (3) Dominance of Social Sciences (43 articles) and Computer Science (21), (4) Most cited articles: Lodi & Martini (2021; 43 citations), (5) Main keywords: Computational Thinking (27 appearances), Computer Science Education (15), (6) US-led geographic contributions (>20 publications),  (7) Co-occurrence analysis reveals that Scratch (a block-based application) is a less researched CT tool (3 occurrences) than technical languages such as Python. CT integration improves science literacy but is constrained by teacher training gaps (SDG 4.c) and access to resources. The scarcity of research on gamified tools like Scratch signals a critical innovation gap. This study provides an evidence-based roadmap to prioritize teacher professional development, scale accessible CT tools (e.g., Scratch) for science education, and direct future research toward SDG-aligned classroom-based practices.
