Abstract

This research is motivated because there is a problem that there are many students whose interest in learning is lacking, especially for textual learning. Students prefer to learn instantaneously using internet facilities. done by the teacher. Whereas on the other hand, there is a problem of students not daring to express their opinions in class because of the lack of knowledge of the students themselves. This research uses qualitative methods. data using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses qualitative data analysis techniques. The results showed that the implementation of e-books in PAI learning at SMP Negeri 1 Muara Telang ran smoothly because it was supported by communication and interaction factors between individual students and teachers well established, the characteristics of teachers and students who had the ability to use e-books, attitudes and the mindset of the teacher and students to work together towards progress together and the financial situation of parents who support, the good habits of parents, students and the environment from the socio-cultural aspects and a conducive school climate cooperate with each other for school progress. The obstacles in implementation are the unprepared attitude of students and the state of equipment that is not supportive.

Abstract

Penelitian ini didasarkan pada kasus kompetensi guru Madrasah lebih umumnya guru pondok pesantren secara kompetensi tidak sebaik guru yang ada di sekolah umum. Khusus dalam penelitian ini yaitu kompetensi guru yang ada di Madrasah, dimana secara kelembagaan madrasah, mampu menghasilkan alumni-alumni yang berkualitas, namun jika diamati lebih dalam guru-guru yang ada kompetensi pendidikannya masih belum pada kualitas yang seharusnya. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis kompetensi tenaga pedidik madrasah yang ada di Madrasah. Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian lapangan (field research). Adapun metode penelitian adalah metode kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dari keseluruhan pemaparan bahwa para tenaga Pendidik di Madrasah masih mempunyai sisi lemah di bidang pengembangan kurikulum/Silabus dan rancangan pelaksanaan pembelajaran serta pemanfaatan sarana teknologi bagi guru-guru usia lanjut serta sistem mengajar yang harus dirubah, tidak lagi di dominasi dengan sistem satu arah namun harus sudah dua arah, dimana santri sebagai mitra belajar. Kompetensi akademik/profesional guru Madrasah belum begitu menguasai penelitian, sehingga penelitian yang bisa dilakukan hanya sebatas penelitian tindakan kelas. Kompetensi kepribadian tenaga pendidik sudah baik, hal ini dikarenakan, faktor lingkungan Madrasah yang mempengaruhi kepribadian tenaga pendidik untuk bersikap arif dan bijak, kemudian latar belakang tenaga pendidik yang pernah belajar di Madrasah waktu sekolah, tentu sudah membentuk karakter yang baik bagi pribadi tenaga pendidik. Kompetensi sosial sudah bisa dikatakan memiliki kompetensi sosial yang baik, hal ini tidak lepas daripada kompetensi pribadi guru, yang sebagian memiliki kemampuan di luar mengajar, yaitu bisa sebagai pendakwah, guru pengajian dan lain-lain, sehingga sering kali guru atau tenaga pendidik di Madrasah juga menjadi tokoh agama atau masyarakat di tengah masyarakat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui karakteristik Pesantren pada Perguruan Tinggi Keagamaan Islam Swasta di Sumatera Selatan. Penelitian ini merupakanpenelitian kualitatif, dengan menggunakan model penelitian fenomenologi. Subjek penelitian dalam tulisan ini adalah perguruan tinggi agama islam swasta pada (PTKIS) Berbasis Pesantren Di Sumatera Selatan (Studi Di STITQI  Ittifaqiyah, Ogan Ilir, IAI Al-Azhar Lubuk Linggau Dan STIQ Annur  OKI). Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui metode dokumentasi, observasi dan wawancara mendalam. Sedangkan teknik analisisnya melalui proses reduksi, verifikasi, display, dan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah karakteristik manajemen di perguruan tinggi berbasis pondok pesantren, suasana pembelajaran yang meliputi pola interaktif, metode, bahan ajar, media pembelajaran, struktur organisasi memiliki dua sayap di perguruan tinggi, serta memprioritaskan para alumni yang memiliki kompetensi dalam ha lilmu Al-Qur’an, menyelenggarakan pembelajaran yang lebih mendalam mengenai ilmu Al Qur’an menjadikannya sebagai cirri khas perguruan tinggi berbasis pesantren yang memiliki visi mencetak kader-kader calon ulama.

Abstract

Implementation of religious values ​​towards children in kindergarten includes three fields, namely the field of faith, the field of worship, and the field of morals. This study aims to analyze the role of the teacher and its implementation as well as the impact of instilling religious values ​​in children in kindergartens in the Sukarami District of Palembang. This research is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The results showed that the inculcation of Islamic religious values ​​in kindergarten age children was carried out by the teacher by using the play method, the habituation method, the story method, the tour travel method, the exemplary method, the demonstration method, and the question and answer method, so that the teacher delivered the teachings of religion, Islam, to students can know about the existence of Allah SWT, know the existence of angels, know the existence of prophets and apostles, know how to do the prayer, know about the laudable morals and despicable morals, even though students have not been organized, are not focused and the practice of worship is still not clear.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis Implementasi Strategi pemasaran jasa pendidikan pada masa pandemi Covid-19 serta menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi Implementasi Strategi pemasaran jasa pendidikan pada masa pandemi Covid-19 di SMK Muhammadiyah. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kegiatan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini berupa sumber data primer dan sumber data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi strategi pemasaran jasa pendidikan pada masa pandemi covid-19 di SMK Muhammadiyah Pagaralam yang difokuskan pada kegiatan positioning menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kegiatan positioning di SMK Muhammadiyah pada masa pandemi covid-19 telah diterapkan dengan baik dalam keadaan pandemi covid-19. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari terpenuhinya beberapa indikator dalam implementasi strategi pemasaran jasa pendidikan pada kegiatan positioning yakni: pertama, lembaga pendidikan menyediakan atribut pemasaran atau media pemasaran, lembaga mendeskripsikan prospek bagi lulusan serta memberikan informasi yang valid terkait pembiayaan pendidikan pada kegiatan positioning. Adapun faktor pendukung kegiatan positioning pada masa pandemi covid-19 ini yakni: latar belakang pendidikan. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa pendidik dan civitas akademik memiliki latar belakang yang relevan dengan bidang yang kerjakan, selain itu SMK Muhammadiyah juga memiliki sarana dan prasarana yang memadai hal lainnya yang menjadi faktor pendukung adalah letak sekolah yang strategis dan mudah dijangkau oleh konsumen pendidikan. Sedangkan faktor penghambat adalah penetapan harga atau biaya pendidikan yang harus mampu bersaing pada masa pandemi covid-19, penawaran produk pendidikan juga mengalami kesulitan pada masa pandemi covid-19 dikarenakan keterbatasan akses untuk melakukan kegiatan promosi.

Abstract

The background of this research is (1) the majority of students have gadgets, (2) students spend more time playing gadgets than reading the Qur'an, (3) students have various social media applications and games but rarely have Al-Qur'an applications' an digital, (4) lack of student awareness in reading the Koran, (5) the need for guidance and motivation by teachers in reading the Qur'an with digital applications. The purpose of this study is to analyze the application of digital Al-Qur'an applications to gadget addicted students and to analyze how to overcome students addicted to gadgets using digital Al-Qur'an applications. Furthermore, this study uses qualitative research using a case study approach. The research subjects were 10 students who were addicted to mobile phones in the learning process at SMP Negeri 3 Tanjung Batu. Data collection uses observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using analysis refers to the concept of Miles and Huberman interactive models, namely: Data Collection, Data Reduction, Data Presentation and Drawing Conclusions. The results showed that the application of digital Al-Qur’an applications in the learning process of reading Al-Qur’an can help direct students to use their cellphones on positive things, and want to change to prefer using their cellphones to read Al-Quran.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of interest in learning and learning motivation on student learning outcomes in Fiqh subjects after the Covid-19 pandemic in class XI MIPA 1 MAN 2 Palembang. This study used quantitative research methods, with a population of 37 respondents, and made a research sample using convenience sampling techniques, the data collection techniques used were questionnaires and tests, then analyzed by simple linear regression and multiple linear regression hypothesis tests. Based on the results of simple linear regression hypothesis analysis, student interest in learning obtained a value of R = 0.257. While the contribution contributed by student interest in learning (X1 ), to student learning outcomes (Y) = 0.066 = 6.6%, Furthermore, student learning motivation obtained a value of R = 0.149. While the contribution contributed by student learning motivation (X2 ), to student learning outcomes (Y) amounted to = 0.022 = 2.2%, this shows that student interest in learning and student learning motivation there is a positive and significant influence. The meaning of positive and significant is that between the variables of student interest in learning (X1) and student learning outcomes (Y) are unidirectional, the meaning of unidirectional here is that the more student interest in learning (X1) increases, the more student learning outcomes (Y) increase, on student learning outcomes in Fiqh subjects after the Covid-19 pandemic in class XI MIPA 1 MAN 2 Palembang. Then the results of the multiple linear regression hypothesis analysis obtained a value of R = 0.0.318. Contributions made by Both of these variables on the variable (Y) amounted to = 10.1%, it can be concluded that, there is a positive and significant influence together (simultaneously) between student learning interest (X1) and student learning motivation (X2 ) on student learning outcomes (Y) in Fiqh subjects in class XI MIPA 1 MAN 2 Palembang.

Abstract

Drug abuse is a way of straying alienated from society. Every drug addict who completes the rehabilitation period still avoids rejection of the insurance he has and impacts others as his social environment. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to describe the application of pedagogical concepts in the application of the self-concept of children who use drugs in the Pondok Ar-Rahman Islamic Boarding School in Palembang. This type of research is qualitative with a case study. The informants of this study were students of former drug users, teachers, and students. Data collected using observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using case study data analysis. The results showed that the self-concept factors of ex-drug user students felt a sense of approval and were easily fooled by friends. Regret and desire to improve themselves create an image supported by the support, family, and teachers. Contrary to self-concept is a matter of learning, the feeling of fear of being bullied, and not yet free from feelings of guilt. Positive self-concept of students is also supported by approval, motivation, and acceptance of assistance and school attendance to self-actualize through religious discussions, a strong willingness to overcome memories of his past through positive activities of performing five daily prayers, reciting, listening to lectures, and exercise and take part in sports extracurriculars at school.
