Abstract

This research was intended to test the instrument’s validity with data using exploratory factor analysis (EFA) using SPSS 23.0 to determine the structure and explore the factors in the indicator Learning Culture Variable. Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) First Order was carried out to verify the factorial validity of the Learning Culture construct and to determine the nature of Learning Culture in the context of Islamic Boarding Schools in Jambi City. By using random sampling, a total of 162 samples were taken to test the quality of the instrument from 534 main respondents, namely teachers at Islamic boarding schools in Jambi City who were involved in the main research. This quantitative study used a cross-sectional survey design to analyze the factor structure of the Learning Culture variable. Quantitative data were analyzed using exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) using SPSS 23 and AMOS 18. The findings of this study are that EFA produces a similar structure from previous studies and this study. The CFA approach verified that the Learning Culture Variable questionnaire was satisfactory for Islamic boarding school teachers in Jambi City, Indonesia. This study explains that establishing validity is an important step for developing a scientific scale for measuring the questionnaire. The construct validity has substantially increased over time and through many previous studies. This scale requires further adjustments to increase the reliability and the ability to explain differences associated with constructs measured in different contexts, cultures and conditions.

Abstract

This study aims to develop and prove that the music media as relaxation for students who are carrying out their final project (thesis) in the program study Guidance and Counseling FKIP Jambi University. This study uses a type of R D (Research Development) research, namely researching, designing, producing, testing, the validity of the products produced using the ADDIE model (Analysis Design Development Implementation and Evaluation). The population in this study amounted to forty-six people, and the sample was divided into three groups, including: the first, a individual groups of four people, the secend, a small groups of ten people, and the third, a large groups of thirty-two people. Data were analyzed in two ways, the first qualitative analysis to interpret the responses of experts, lecturers and students, and the secend quantitative analysis using the percentage formula. Based on the research results, it was concluded that: the first development of relaxation music media products is produced through five stages, that is Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation, The secend The resulting product is declared suitable for use in providing relaxation music therapy for students who are carrying out their final assignments, the third Music media developed according to peers is in the "very good" category with a percentage of 90.4%, and the fourth The large group trial obtained an average percentage of 94% in the "very good" category.

Abstract

Sekolah merupakan Lembaga Pendidikan formal yang di dalamnya terdapat tiga kegiatan yaitu; Intrakurikuler, Ekstrakurikuler, dan Korikuler. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti meneliti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler pramuka. Tujuan dari Penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh minat siswa terhadap ekstrakurikuler pramuka. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Ex Post Facto. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh minat siswa terhadap pemilihan ekstrakurikuler pramuka yaitu dengan nilai determinasi dilihat dari tabel Model Summary, nilai R Square 0,734 dan nilai R 0,857. Berdasarkan kriteria penafsiran minat siswa berada pada kriteria tinggi dengan nilai persentase 78,19% dan untuk pemilihan ekstrakurikuler pramuka berada pada kriteria tinggi dengan nilai persentase 74,67%. Pada penelitian ini terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara minat siswa terhadap pemilihan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler pramuka.

Abstract

The first communication that will occur in the family environment means Family is very, very influential on the formation of a person's communication patterns in the future. The child in the family will not be separated from the dilemma, especially if both parents decide to live life or divorce, then the child will have a different parenting style. This is the beginning where single parents must be able to establish good communication patterns for children. Character in a person is generally in line with their behavior. The most important thing in family communication is to establish a good and effective communication relationship between parents and children, so that children can understand the gist of the concept even though they have different backgrounds. Because of these things, the author is interested in discussing the issue of single parent communication patterns in shaping children's personal character, where the author uses qualitative research methods. This method shows people's lives, behavior, organizational functionalization, social movements, and kinship relationships. Qualitative research uses a natural setting with the intention of interpreting the phenomena that occur and is carried out by involving various existing methods.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of student delinquency which is increasingly prevalent in schools, various forms of student delinquency ranging from mild delinquency such as truancy to delinquency that causes victims from other parties such as fighting, brawls, and extortion. This is the basis for the purpose of this study, namely to find out (1). How big is the level of delinquency that causes physical victims at Ferdy Ferry Putra High School, Jambi City?, (2). How big is the level of delinquency that causes material victims for other people at Ferdy Ferry Putra High School, Jambi City?, (3). How big is the level of social delinquency that does not cause victims from other parties at Ferdy Ferry Putra High School, Jambi City?, (4). How big is the level of delinquency against one's own status at Ferdy Ferry Putra High School, Jambi City? The type of research used is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The population and sample in this study were students in class X and XI at SMA Ferdy Ferry Putra, Jambi City, with a total of 82 students. using total sampling technique. To find out the accuracy and validity of this instrument, a percentage test was carried out and with the help of the SPSS 24.00 program. The results showed that the delinquent behavior of students at SMA Ferdy Ferry Putra, Jambi City, was 82.37% at a high level, if you look at the data description indicators as follows (1). Delinquent behavior that causes physical casualties with a total percentage calculation of 80.69% at a high level, (2). Delinquent behavior that causes material victims to other people with a total calculation of 84.14% at a high level, (3). social delinquency that does not cause victims from other parties with a total calculation of 81.89% at a high level. (4). Student delinquency behavior on indicators of delinquency against one's own status with a total calculation of 83.78% at a high level.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of students whose social interaction skills are low at school and have not been maximized in social interaction in the school environment. This study aims to reveal the quality of over protective, the quality of social interaction skills and to reveal the effect of over protective on the social interaction skills of XI grade students at SMA N 9 Jambi City. The ability of social interaction is the ability of an individual to have a reciprocal relationship between individuals and individuals, groups with groups, and between individuals and groups. treatment Over protective is excessive protection that will close the opportunity for children to learn from the environment so that he does not know how to respond to environmental conditions wisely because the only one in their mind and heart is themselves. This type of research is quantitative with the survey. The data collection technique is using a questionnaire, to determine the accuracy of the instrument validity and reliability tests are carried out. While the data analysis technique used the formula C formula, normality test, linearity test, and simple regression analysis with the help of the SPSS Statistics 24 application. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a sample of 86 students. The results showed that the effect of over protective on the social interaction skills of a XI students at SMA N 9 Jambi City was at a percentage of 24.5% or 0.245 with a fairly strong classification. Thus, the higher the over protective, the lower the social interaction ability of class XI students at SMA N 9 Jambi City. Guidance and counseling teachers should pay attention and provide assistance to students who have low interaction skills to be able to grow and improve students social interaction skills.

Abstract

This study is based on the existence of student anxiety phenomena that will happen to worsen and add specific problems in the world of education where there is a wide variety of anxiety experienced by students, anxiety experienced by students in school demanding properly penetrated by teacher guidance and counseling with the relaxation technique can reduce anxiety. The purpose of this study is to know the number of student anxiety condition of IX E grade in SMP Negeri 19 Jambi City before the group counseling service with relaxation techniques, knowing the steps of counseling group with relaxation techniques to reduce anxiety in the class IX E Student in SMP Negeri 19 Jambi City, knowing the number of student anxiety class IX E SMP Negeri 19 Jambi city is not a group counseling with relaxation techniques. This type of research is research service (PTL) subject of 8 students SMP country of 19 Jambi city with gender 5 women and 3 men. This study is a student who is experiencing anxiety caused by fear, anxious, thoughts too long so that it can disrupt the child's thinking skills will be afraid of not passing. This research is conducted with four cycles, each cycle consists of, planning, implementation, evaluation, reflection. To see the results of the cycle it performed with observation data collection, interview. The results of this study indicate that the anxiety of student SMP country of 19 Jambi City could be reduced by using relaxation techniques which obtained an increase of 85%. The first cycle with a percentage of 38%, obtained cycle two with a percentage of 44%, obtained a third cycle with 82% percentage, obtained a 4 cycle with a percentage of 85%. These results are expected to help teachers guidance and counseling in reducing student anxiety.

Abstract

Academic procrastination is the tendency to delay assignments by doing other things that are considered more enjoyable and done on purpose so that assignments are not completed. Based on the results of researchers' observations on December 12 2021 at SMP Negeri 10 Jambi City class VIII, 10 students were found to be experiencing academic procrastination. Using self-management techniques in group guidance services can reduce academic procrastination behavior that students experience. The purpose of this research is to reduce students' academic procrastination using group guidance services using self-management techniques at SMP Negeri 10 Jambi City. This type of research is service action research (PTL). Sampling criteria (research subjects) namely purposive sampling with a total of 10 class VIII people. This research was conducted in 3 cycles and each cycle consisted of 1 action and this research consisted of four competencies for each cycle, namely planning, implementing, evaluating, and reflecting. The results of this study indicate that students' academic procrastination can be reduced by using self-management techniques. From the results of the initial questionnaire before the implementation of the cycle, a percentage of 91.8% was obtained and the final questionnaire after completing cycle III obtained a percentage of 44.6%. These results indicate a reduction in academic procrastination in students. While the results of the observation per cycle percentage obtained: Cycle I overall percentage was 46%, cycle II was obtained with a percentage of 64%, cycle III was 88%. These results indicate that there are positive changes in students and the results of this study are expected to help counseling teachers in improving students' low prosocial behavior in the aspects of sharing, cooperation, helping, donating and honesty.

Abstract

The study is backed up by a large number of parents who are so busy with work that they do not provide learning support for their children, ata high school in the country of 4 cities, there is a high point in students' lack of learning motivation because their parents' average job is self-employed and fail to provide incentive for their children. The purpose of this study is to look at the relationship between the home guidance system and the student's motive for studying at sman 4 jambi city and the number of 81 students. Sampling withdrawal techniques using random sampling techniques. The result of research on parental guidance relationships with the motivation for student studies at sman 4 cities is categorized in a moderate correlation. Based on the results of angket processing Shared by researchers. It is known that the Pearson correlation value and product correlation analysis of the formula is 0.413.

Abstract

Kenakalan remaja merupakan salah satu perilaku menyimpang yang perlu adanya perhatian khusus serta pemahaman yang baik serta penanganan yang tepat terhadap proses penyelesaiannya karena merupakan faktor penting bagi keberhasilan remaja di kehidupan selanjutnya, mengingat masa transisi remaja merupakan masa yang paling menentukan. Adapun beberapa peran yang dapat dilakukan orang tua dalam mengatasi kenakalan remaja meliputi proses pembinaaan dan bimbingan yang dilakukan oleh keluarga. Orang tua berusaha menciptakan keluarga yang harmonis, komunikatif, dan nyaman bagi remaja serta membantu remaja dalam proses penyesuaian diri dan sosialnya. konseling keluarga sebagai proses pelatihan yang difokuskan kepada orang tua klien selaku orang yang paling berpengaruh menetapkan system dalam keluarga. Hal inidilakukan bukan untuk mengubah kepribadian atau karakter anggota keluarga yang terlibat akan tetapi mengubah keluarga melalui pengubahan perilaku orang tua. Apabila perilaku orang tua berubah maka akan mempengaruhi anggota-anggota dalam keluarga tersebut.
