Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the Child Protection development program in dealing with victims of violence against children in Makassar City. This research uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Based on the source, the types of data used are primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through interviews with the Head of the UPT PPA, the Head of the Quick Reaction Team, the Secretary of the UPT PPA Rapid Reaction Team, Makassar City, as well as documentation and observation. While secondary data is data obtained from various literatures such as books, laws and other related sources. Processing and presentation of data is done descriptively. The results showed that the implementation of the role in dealing with women victims of violence UPTD PPA Makassar City, providing health recovery assistance to children victims of violence, providing psychological assistance to children victims of violence, providing legal assistance to children victims of violence, the role of providing psychoeducation in the environment around the victims, the role of providing social rehabilitation to victims of violence.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) untuk menemukan dan memahami program pembangunan Desa dalam meningkatkan pemberdayaan masyarakat Desa. (2) untuk menemukan dan mengetahui bagaiman penggunaan dana Desa untuk pembiayaan pembangunan Desa dalam meningkatkan pemberdayaan masyarakat. (3) untuk menemukan faktor-faktor yang determinan dalam penggunaan dana Desa untuk meningkatkan pemberdayaan masyarakat. Penelitian menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Berdasarkan sumbernya jenis data yang di gunakan yaitu data primer dan data sekunder.data primer diperoleh melalui wawancara terhadap kepala Desa, aparat Desa dan masyarakat Desa, serta dokumentasi dan observasi. Sedangkan data sekunder yaitu data yang diperoleh dari berbagai literatur seperti buku, undang-undang maupun sumber lainnya yang berkaitan. Pengelolaan penyajian data di lakukan secara deskriptif.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) bentuk program pembangunan desa dalam meningkatkan pemberdayaan masyarakat Desa Bassiang ada 4 program pembangunan Desa yaitu bidang penyelenggaraan pemerintahan Desa, bidang pelaksanaan pembangunan,bidang kemasyarakatan Desa dan bidang pemberdayaan masyarakat. (2) penggunaan dana Desa dalam pembangunan Desa dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat sebesar Rp.560.562.000 dan sisa dana yang belum di realisasikan sebesar Rp.245.783.000.(3) faktor determinan dalam penggunaan dana Desa ada 2 faktor yaitu faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat. Faktor pendukung yaitu (a) adanya dukungan dari masyarakat. (b) adanya kerja sama antara masyarakat dengan aparat Desa. (3) partisipasi masyarakat yang sangat tinggi, sampai ikut terjun langsung ke lapangan selanjut faktor penghambat yaitu : (a) adanya sedikit perbedaan pendapat. (b) adanya pandemi covid-19.

Abstract

This study aims to examine 1) The implementation of Makassar Mayor Regulation No. 51 of 2020 concerning the Implementation of Discipline and Law Enforcement of Health Protocols in Makassar city, 2) The public responses to the application of Discipline and Law Enforcement of Health Protocols in Makassar city, and 3) The determinant factors in the implementation of Makassar Mayor Regulation no. 51 of 2020 concerning the Implementation of Discipline and Law Enforcement of Health Protocols in Makassar city. The method of the study used was a qualitative research type with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques employed observation, interviews, and documentation; then, analyzed by using triangulation technique. The results of the study reveal that 1) The implementation of Makassar Mayor Regulation No. 51 of 2020 concerning the Implementation of Discipline and Law Enforcement of the Security Protocol in Makassar City has not been optimal. It is due to the implementation of communications such as socialization, monitoring, and the implementation of sanctions that are not maximized, 2) The public response to the implementation of discipline and law enforcement of health protocols in Makassar city is not all people gave a good response to the regulation. The community compliance is caused because they are afraid of sanctions, desire to maintain relationships around them, and have an understanding that what is applied to common safety. Meanwhile, people's disobedience is caused by their lack of understanding of the dangers and impacts caused by the Covid-19 virus, 3) The determinant factors in the implementation of Makassar Mayor Regulation No. 51 of 2020 concerning the Implementation of Discipline and Law Enforcement of Health Protocols in Makassar City are the supporting and inhibiting factors. The supporting factors are the cooperation of officers in handling Covid19, the support from several parties, and adequate facilities and infrastructure; whereas, the inhibiting factors are the socialization does not reach all levels of society, the implementation of sanctions are still selective, and the use of new terms that is difficult for some people to understand.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and examine the occurrence of a single candidate for Regent and Deputy Regent in the general election for the regional head of Gowa Regency in 2020. This study uses a qualitative research type with a descriptive approach. Based on the source, the types of data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through interviews with community leaders, religious leaders, youth leaders in Gowa Regency, the chairman of the Gowa Regency KPUD, and members of the Gowa Regency DPRD as well as documentation. While secondary data is data obtained from various literatures such as books, journals, laws and other related sources. Processing and presentation of data is done descriptively. The results of the study show that the occurrence of a single candidate for Regent and Deputy Regent in the general election for the regional head of Gowa Regency in 2020 is caused by several factors, including: a). the couple Adnan Purrichta Ichsan and Abdul Rauf Mallagani were already known to most of the people of Gowa Regency before, b). There was a role or involvement of a number of figures, c). inseparable from the performance and achievements of Adnan Purrichta Ichsan and Abdul Rauf Mallagani in the previous period, d). and the absence of other candidates who appeared against the pair Adnan Purrichta Ichsan and Abdul Rauf Mallagani either from the political party line or from the individual line.

Abstract

Implementasi Program Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter Di SMPN 3 Bontomarannu Kabupaten Gowa. Penelitian ini bertujuanuntuk mengetahui: (i)implementasi program penguatan pendidikan karakter di SMPN 3 Bontomarannu Kabupaten Gowa;(ii) faktor pendukung dalamĀ  implementasi program penguatan pendidikan karakter di SMPN 3 Bontomarannu Kabupaten Gowa;dan (iii) faktor penghambat dalam implementasi program penguatan pendidikan karakter di SMPN 3 Bontomarannu Kabupaten Gowa.Penelitian menggunakanjenis penelitiankualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif.Berdasarkansumbernya,jenis data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan sekunder. Data primer diperoleh melalui metode wawancara terhadap guru dan siswa serta dokumentasi dan observasi. Sedangkan data sekunder yaitu data yang diperoleh dari berbagai literatur seperti buku, undang-undang maupun sumber lain yang berkaitan. Pengolahan dan penyajian data dilakukan secara deskriptif.Hasilpenelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (i)Implementasi Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter di SMPN 3 Bontomarannu sudah berjalan namun pelaksanaannya belum maksimal. (ii) Faktor pendukung dalam mengimplementasikan penguatan pendidikan karakter di SMPN 3 Bontomarannu adalah adanya kompetensi guru, kerjasama yang baik dari wali peserta didik, kurikulum sekolah yang sudah baik, serta pengawasan intens dari kepala sekolah. (iii) Faktor penghambat dalam mengimplementasikan penguatan pendidikan karakter di SMPN 3 Bontomarannu adalah sarana dan prasarana, kualifikasi akademik guru yang tidak sesuai dengan mata pelajaran yang diajarkan, adanya karakter yang berbeda-beda pada peserta didik serta kedisiplinan peserta didik yang masih rendah.

Abstract

This study aims to describe (1) hospital waste management by the Regional Environmental Service in a socio juridical study reviewed through several legislation regarding environmental management, especially hospital waste; (2) barriers faced by the South Sulawesi Regional Environmental Service; (3) efforts conducted in handling obstacles; (4) legal arrangements regarding hospital waste management by the South Sulawesi Regional Environment Agency. This type of research is qualitative research with a phenomenological approach, where the type of research is carried out by observing the subjects and objects to be studied based on the facts that exist. The facts found are described in depth. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed by triangulation techniques. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Hospital waste management by the South Sulawesi Regional Environmental Service has not proceeded as expected due to the lack of facilities in the management of medical waste, and the lack of guidance and supervision of hospitals that still deviate from established rules marked by the absence of hospitals that have passed the company performance rating assessment program in environmental management. (2) Obstacles faced in hospital waste management are the lack of facilities especially incinerators and supervision as well as guidance for hospitals related to hospital waste management. (3) Efforts made by adding facilities related to hospital waste management and providing guidance to hospitals in South Sulawesi (4) Legal arrangements referred to by the South Sulawesi Regional Environment Agency refer to the three main legislation used as guidelines and the legal basis in the implementation of waste management, namely the legislation governing environmental protection and management as well as the legislation governing the management of B3 waste.
