Abstract

The Data Collection System for Prospective Citizens and Residents (Trainers) in the Setia Hati Brotherhood in the Pekanbaru Branch still uses a manual system. Where paper becomes a means in data collection and data information sources. The rapid development of technology in the current era of globalization that can facilitate all respects, including data collection of information that can make data collection more effective and efficient. PSHT Pekanbaru Branch corrects the problem in this data collection to make data collection faster because the system has not been computerized. The data collection in the PSHT Pekanbaru Branch requires a new system so that the system can be improved. As for the system carried out by the writer who discusses structured development systems using the waterfall method, as well as analysis and design tools using the Unified Modeling Language (UML). As for the implementation, some software is published using the framework framework , the code editor uses Atom, the PHP package uses XAMPP version 3.2.4 (PHP 7.3.9, Apache web server 2.4.7 and MySQL database version 5.0.12) and which the last web browser using Google Chrome

For help in handle problem damage Transformer distribution , then one is needed branch from Knowledge computer that is System Expert . System Expert is system based computer that uses knowledge , facts , and techniques reasoning in solve problem , which usually is only can completed by one expert in field certain . (Putri, 2020). The method used in research _ This is Certainty Factor. Study This apply certainty factor method For role in diagnose damage to electricity . Based on results discussion on with choose one _ damage namely P1 ( Oil transformer go out from the transformer body ) on the study case obtained decision level accuracy that is as big That's 5.650198%. means system expert certainty factor method can overcome damage and deliver results diagnosis good at damage electricity

Abstract

Abstract Recording invited guests in registering guests is one of the potential physical contacts that can increase the spread of the virus, especially Covid-19, whether it is at wedding receptions, aqiqah, or counseling events, where guests write attendance data in a limited guest book using a pen that each other and cause queues. Therefore, researchers conducted research by creating a web-based online guest book which is expected to help reduce physical contact between invited guests who are present when the queue is filling out the guest book and those who hold an event are also easy to mark the presence of invited invited guests. This online guestbook application is built on a web-based basis and applies qr code technology using the PHP Native programming language. This application is designed using UML, and the database is MySQL, as well as for the testing method used the blackbox testing method. The application was successful in testing and implementation, where the results were that the application could help the invited guests in filling out the guest book, no need to write names manually, only by bringing a smartphone/mobile phone to scan the qr code the invited guests were able to fill in the guest book. The application can minimize the occurrence of physical contact between invited guests which can reduce the spread of the Covid-19 virus. Abstract

In the era of digital communication, sentiment analysis on social media platforms provides businesses with valuable insights into public perception. This research aims to classify public sentiment toward CGV cinemas in Indonesia through tweets collected from Social Media X using the Naive Bayes algorithm. A total of 4,000 tweets were preprocessed through a series of text normalization techniques, including tokenization, stop word removal, and stemming. Text features were transformed using the TF-IDF method. The Naive Bayes classifier was trained and evaluated using an 80:20 train-test split. Experimental results showed an overall classification accuracy of 38.05%, with the model performing significantly better on positive sentiments (F1-score: 0.538) than on neutral and negative ones. These findings highlight the capability and limitations of traditional probabilistic classifiers when dealing with short, noisy textual data in multilingual social contexts. This study contributes to applied sentiment analysis and offers a baseline for future comparison with more sophisticated models

Abstract

The growing integration of social media into consumer behavior has amplified the need to understand the mechanisms behind purchase intention. This study explores how Social Media Marketing influences consumer decision-making through two parallel psychological routes: the affective route, driven by trust, and the cognitive route, shaped by brand image. Although various conceptual models have been proposed in previous studies, the mediating roles of trust and brand image remain theoretically fragmented. To address this gap, a bibliometric–thematic review was conducted using 227 peer-reviewed journal articles published between 2014 and 2025. Co-word mapping was performed using VOSviewer software, followed by manual thematic synthesis. The analysis revealed six main thematic clusters: platform engagement, influencer credibility, digital trust mechanisms, e-commerce integration, brand image formation, and value perception. These clusters support the construction of a dual-route framework in which trust amplifies emotional assurance and brand image influences cognitive evaluations. Both work together to connect digital marketing activities with consumer purchase decisions. This framework offers new insights into the dual psychological mechanisms of digital persuasion and provides marketers with a strategic guide to enhancing consumer engagement through emotional and rational content design.
