Abstract

Indonesia dilalui oleh dua jalur gempa dunia yakni Jalur Sirkum Pasific (Circum Pacific Belt) dan jalur Trans Asia (Trans Asiatic Belt). Kondisi ini menunjukan bahwa Indonesia merupakan daerah yang rawan terjadinya gempa bumi. Akhir-akhir ini daerah-daerah di Indonesia dilanda gempa bumi yang banyak menelan korban jiwa dan menghancurkan rumah penduduk dan gedung.Pada penelitian ini penulis menitikberatkan pada analisis denah bangunan tidak simetris dalam memikul beban dengan menggunakan SAP2000. Tipe struktur yang dianalisis adalah rumah sederhana bertingkat 2 yang berbentuk tidak simetris baik pada sumbu x maupun pada sumbu y. Uuntuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh bentuk denah terhadap kemampuan dalam menerima beban gempa, dalam hal ini dilakukan analisis dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak SAP2000.Dari hasil perhitungan dengan menggunakan SAP2000 untuk bangunan dengan denah tidak simetris dimana terjadi gaya torsi hampir pada semua elemen struktur (kolom dan balok). Pada bangunan tidak simetris gaya torsi yang terbesar terjadi pada daerah pertemuan struktur bangunan pada arah sumbu x dan y. Alternatif penanganan dalam rangka mengurangi gaya torsi yang terjadi pada struktur diatas adalah dengan memisahkan secara struktur bagian pertemuan dari bangunan pada arah sumbu x dan y.

Abstract

To overcome congestion in the center of Bandung Pasupati and Kiaracondong Flyover arebuilt. In the relation with that conditions this research has main purpose to investigate the trafficpattern after the Flyovers are operated and the investigation concern with the prediction of trafficpattern for the next 5 years and therefore the best solution can be found out.In this reseach basic model was assumpted of conditions of 2005. Developing the roadnetwork is first step in TFTP 97 Program, it should be suitable real field condition, include certainof centroid that are start and end of the journey. Input land use in TFTP 97 Program in this model isused trip generation data showing the number of journey demand, and next step is to run the roadnetwork.

Abstract

Every day fenomena at Tuanku Tambusai Street (Kumu), there some public transport still take or drop passanger at the unsafe place, that, while the road capasity is decrease, this can be disturbing the other vehycle that trought that road. Beside that the survey at buzy road, there are shop, campus and other lokation that can create high traffic rise and pull. To solve this problem, have to analize the condition of the road now and 5 year later, is the road capacity still under the alowed tolerance or it’s execceded.This research used Survey Method, that put some surveyor at road that want to survey to count vehicle that trought the road in 1 hour, with 5 minuttes interval. From the data obtained and analyzed primarily related to the performance of the road on existing condition and the next 5 years.From the analysis, where the value of the degree of saturation at 0.24 which is still far from the value of tolerance limits required by MKJI 1997. So for the current conditions of road are still able to accommodate traffic flow that occurs.

Abstract

Parking problem at Muara Rumbai Market is there are no special place to parking, just used the street around the market. And the consequently, visitor will park they vehicle at the street, that will constricting the street. If this not anticipate from now on, will make traffic jam at the street. To solving this problem, have to do some analysis for parking problem around the market.This research use survey method, which place some surveyor at the parking location around the market at the peak hour to recording the vehicle license plate numbers of motorcycles and passenger cars at the survey form for 4 hours with 5 minutes interval. From the data carried out, analyze how much parking accumulate, parking indexes and turn over at the parking location.From the analysis can found that the accumulate parking is passenger cars with 41 vehicles and 296 motorcycles. The low number of turn over passenger cars are couse by the most vehicle parking at this market is belong to marketeer. The turn over number of the motorcycles is 1.2 motorcycle/parking lot, this show the parking lot use by motorcycle is high enough

Abstract

Transportation issues in Simpang Kumu is still public transports pick and drop passengers aroun the crossroad. This occurs both in the Muara Rumbai roads as well as on the Tuankau Tambusai road. This condition will certainly disrupt the smooth flow of traffic around the crossroad, especially related to the safety of road users. To overcome this problem needs to conducted an analysis of this crossroad, the crossroad capacity is still below the limit of tolerance is allowed or has passed the legal limit.The method used in this research is survey method, namely by placing the surveyors for each arm of the crossroad. Survey carried out at peak hours with an interval of time every five minutes. Task surveyors noted the number of vehicles entering the crossroad of the arms such as motorcycles, passenger cars and trucks on the paper survey forms. From the data obtained and analyzed primarily associated with the crossroad of performance such as capacity, delay and probability of the queue. Simpang Kumu performance analysis carried out on existing and forecast conditions in 2013.

Abstract

SSK II airport in 2007 has a capacity of 1.8 million passengers per year with an area of terminal building are 6700 m2. Airport with an area of 6700 m2 should have a capacity of approximately 800 thousand to 1 million passengers per year. This means that the condition of SSK II Airport Pekanbaru is not suitable for use as this will impact on the quality of passenger service at the Sultan Sharif Kasim II airport.For that condition, analysis needs to be done to get the models arrival and departure passengers at the existing condition. The independent variables used in this study are: amount of population (X1), PDRB (X2), number of moderate and large industrial companies (X3), number of students (X4), number of lecturer (X5), export (X6), imports (X7), number of hotel rooms (X8), number of foreign tourists (X9).

Abstract

Based on data from Statistics Indonesia from 1999 to 2010, where the number of passenger airports in Indonesia is likely to increase. This increase in the number of passengers when not accompanied by an increase in airport facilities would have caused problems in the next few years, mainly related to the comfortable of passengers at the airport.For that analysis needs to be done to get the models arrival and departure passengers at the existing condition. Independent variables used in this study is a population (X1), PDRB (X2), hotel occupancy (X3), the number of foreign tourists (X4), PMDN (X5), PMA (X6), the number of students (X7), number of lecturer (X8), exports (X9), import (X10), the number of large construction companies (X11), the number of workers (X12).

Abstract

Generally the condition of roads at transmigration area in Rokan Hulu is still not on the asphalt, which indirectly this will affect accessibility to this area. This thing will make problems for road users, particularly related to vehicle operating cost.In this study, the researcher create a model of vehicle operating costs, especially for trucks. Where the vehicle is used by local residents for transporting farm crops in this area is to be brought to the factory. This model is influenced by the independent variable speed trucks.From the results obtained by the analysis of vehicle operating cost model trucks: fuel consumption model Y = 7,68E-6 V3 – 0,001 V2 + 0,032 V – 1,35 with R2 = 0.728 and the value of F = 5.361, lubricating oil consumption model Y = 4,62E-7 V3 – 5,6E-5 V2 + 0,002 V – 0,12 with R2 = 0.689 and the value of F = 4.431 and tire usage model Y = 5.46E-7 V + 9.72E-5 with a value of R2 value = 0.423 and F = 5.876
