<![CDATA[Every day fenomena at Tuanku Tambusai Street (Kumu), there some public transport still take or drop passanger at the unsafe place, that, while the road capasity is decrease, this can be disturbing the other vehycle that trought that road. Beside that the survey at buzy road, there are shop, campus and other lokation that can create high traffic rise and pull. To solve this problem, have to analize the condition of the road now and 5 year later, is the road capacity still under the alowed tolerance or it’s execceded.This research used Survey Method, that put some surveyor at road that want to survey to count vehicle that trought the road in 1 hour, with 5 minuttes interval. From the data obtained and analyzed primarily related to the performance of the road on existing condition and the next 5 years.From the analysis, where the value of the degree of saturation at 0.24 which is still far from the value of tolerance limits required by MKJI 1997. So for the current conditions of road are still able to accommodate traffic flow that occurs.]]>

<![CDATA[Parking problem at Muara Rumbai Market is there are no special place to parking, just used the street around the market. And the consequently, visitor will park they vehicle at the street, that will constricting the street. If this not anticipate from now on, will make traffic jam at the street. To solving this problem, have to do some analysis for parking problem around the market.This research use survey method, which place some surveyor at the parking location around the market at the peak hour to recording the vehicle license plate numbers of motorcycles and passenger cars at the survey form for 4 hours with 5 minutes interval. From the data carried out, analyze how much parking accumulate, parking indexes and turn over at the parking location.From the analysis can found that the accumulate parking is passenger cars with 41 vehicles and 296 motorcycles. The low number of turn over passenger cars are couse by the most vehicle parking at this market is belong to marketeer. The turn over number of the motorcycles is 1.2 motorcycle/parking lot, this show the parking lot use by motorcycle is high enough]]>

<![CDATA[Transportation issues in Simpang Kumu is still public transports pick and drop passengers aroun the crossroad. This occurs both in the Muara Rumbai roads as well as on the Tuankau Tambusai road. This condition will certainly disrupt the smooth flow of traffic around the crossroad, especially related to the safety of road users. To overcome this problem needs to conducted an analysis of this crossroad, the crossroad capacity is still below the limit of tolerance is allowed or has passed the legal limit.The method used in this research is survey method, namely by placing the surveyors for each arm of the crossroad. Survey carried out at peak hours with an interval of time every five minutes. Task surveyors noted the number of vehicles entering the crossroad of the arms such as motorcycles, passenger cars and trucks on the paper survey forms. From the data obtained and analyzed primarily associated with the crossroad of performance such as capacity, delay and probability of the queue. Simpang Kumu performance analysis carried out on existing and forecast conditions in 2013.]]>

<![CDATA[SSK II airport in 2007 has a capacity of 1.8 million passengers per year with an area of terminal building are 6700 m2. Airport with an area of 6700 m2 should have a capacity of approximately 800 thousand to 1 million passengers per year. This means that the condition of SSK II Airport Pekanbaru is not suitable for use as this will impact on the quality of passenger service at the Sultan Sharif Kasim II airport.For that condition, analysis needs to be done to get the models arrival and departure passengers at the existing condition. The independent variables used in this study are: amount of population (X1), PDRB (X2), number of moderate and large industrial companies (X3), number of students (X4), number of lecturer (X5), export (X6), imports (X7), number of hotel rooms (X8), number of foreign tourists (X9).]]>

<![CDATA[Based on data from Statistics Indonesia from 1999 to 2010, where the number of passenger airports in Indonesia is likely to increase. This increase in the number of passengers when not accompanied by an increase in airport facilities would have caused problems in the next few years, mainly related to the comfortable of passengers at the airport.For that analysis needs to be done to get the models arrival and departure passengers at the existing condition. <![CDATA[Generally the condition of roads at transmigration area in Rokan Hulu is still not on the asphalt, which indirectly this will affect accessibility to this area. This thing will make problems for road users, particularly related to vehicle operating cost.In this study, the researcher create a model of vehicle operating costs, especially for trucks. Where the vehicle is used by local residents for transporting farm crops in this area is to be brought to the factory. This model is influenced by the independent variable speed trucks.From the results obtained by the analysis of vehicle operating cost model trucks: fuel consumption model Y = 7,68E-6 V3 – 0,001 V2 + 0,032 V – 1,35 with R2 = 0.728 and the value of F = 5.361, lubricating oil consumption model Y = 4,62E-7 V3 – 5,6E-5 V2 + 0,002 V – 0,12 with R2 = 0.689 and the value of F = 4.431 and tire usage model Y = 5.46E-7 V + 9.72E-5 with a value of R2 value = 0.423 and F = 5.876]]>

<![CDATA[Air sungai Batang Lubuh digunakan sebagai sumber bahan baku air minum bagi PDAM begitu juga air sungai Pawan merupakan sumber air bersih bagi PAB. Sedangkan pada kenyataannya Sungai-sungai tersebut tidak terlepas dari pencemaran lingkungan sekitarnya, baik itu dari limbah domestik maupun limbah industri. Sekitar sepuluh tahun terakhir banyak industri-industri besar maupun kecil dibangun disekitaran sungai Batang Lubuh dan hampir setiap saat air pasang besar limbah-limbah pabrik ini meluap ke batang air sungai Batang lubuh, hal tersebut tentu saja berakibat membuat kualitas air menurun. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada dua stasiun monitoring pada sungai Batang lubuh dan satu pada sungai pawan. Data yang digunakan adalah data hasil penelitian laboratorium dari BLH dengan Parameter berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah No. 82/2001 tentang Pengelolaan Kualitas Air dan Pengendalian Pencemaran Air sungai. Kemudian menentukan tingkat cemaran dengan menggunakan metode Indeks Pencemaran (IP). Dari hasil analisa data didapat dari 14 parameter terukur secara keseluruhan air sungai Batang Lubuh dan Sungai Pawan masih dalam ambang baku mutu namun ada beberapa parameter yang melebihi ambang baku mutu air kelas I sampai air kelas IV. Berdasarkan Permen Lingkungan Hidup No.115 Tahun 2003 tentang pedoman penentuan status mutu air dengan menggunakan Metode Indeks Pencemaran didapat nilai IP kedalam tingkat tercemar ringan.]]>

<![CDATA[Pertama kali wabah COVID-19 terdeteksi di Indonesia yakni pada bulan Maret 2020. Wabah COVID-19 ini menyebar dengan cepat ke seluruh daerah Indonesia. Tidak sedikit dampak yang ditimbulkan oleh wabah ini, tak terkecuali sektor transportasi. Penelitian ini menitikberatkan pada dampak COVID-19 terhadap perubahan perilaku pengguna jalan. Adanya pembatasan aktifitas dan mobilitas pada masa pandemi COVID-19 ini mengakibatkan terjadinya perubahan perilaku dan gaya hidup masyarakat. Bila dikaitkan transportasi terutama perilaku dalam berkendara, seperti peningkatan kecepatan, ngebut, penggunaan telepon seluler, dan pelanggaran lalulintas. Semua ini akan mengurangi keselamatan dalam berkendara. Penelitian ini penting dilakukan dalam memahami lebih jauh perilaku apa saja yang ditimbulkan akibat pandemi COVID-19 ini. Kontribusi penelitian ini sebagai gambaran awal kepada pengambil kebijakan untuk merencanakan dan membuat kebijakan, program dan target yang akan dicapai dalam mengatasi perubahan perilaku pengguna jalan selama masa pandemi COVID-19.]]>

<![CDATA[Jumlah kasus kecelakaan yang terjadi di Indonesia cenderung fluktuatif, namun jumlah korban kecelakaan pada tahun 2019 meningkat dibandingkan tahun sebelumnya dari 109.215 menjadi 116.411. Studi ini menekankan pada pengaruh karakteristik pengemudi terhadap tingkat keparahan kecelakaan pada pengendara sepeda motor di bawah umur pada masa pandemi covid-19. Pentingnya kajian ini adalah menyelesaikan tingginya tingkat keparahan kecelakaan di Indonesia yang mengacu pada Rencana Umum Nasional (RUNK) jalan 2011-2035, bahwa pada tahun 2035 tingkat kematian korban kecelakaan lalu lintas akan turun menjadi 80% dengan baseline pada tahun 2010 (RUNK jalan, 2011-2035)]. <![CDATA[Jumlah kasus kecelakaan pada tahun 2019 di Indonesia cukup tinggi yakni sebesar 116. 411 kasus, yang sebagian besarnya pengendara sepeda motor. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan studi untuk menemukan factor-faktor penyebab yang mempengaruhi terjadinya kecelakaan pada pengendara sepeda motor. Studi ini fokus pada probabilitas terjadinya kecelakaan pada pengendara sepeda motor yang memilki pekerjaan sampingan dan pada pengendara sepeda motor yang tidak memilki pekerjaan sampingan. Dari 275 sampel yang dianalisis dengan metode Bayesian Network menunjukkan probabilitas kecelakaan pada pengendara yang memiliki perkerjaan sampingan sebesar 20% dan yang tidak memilki pekerjaan sampingan sebesar 80%. Untuk melihat keakuratan model dihitung nilai Mean Absolute Deviation (MAD) yang diperolah sebesar 12,07%. Selanjutnya dilakukan 3 skenario dalam usaha mengetahui pengaruh dari masing-masing variabel. Kontribusi penelitian ini adalah sebagai masukan bagi pengambil kebijakan untuk membuat program dalam meminimalisir kecelakaan di Indonesia terutama kecelakaan pada pengendara sepeda motor.]]>
