Abstract

Kesalahan yang sering terjadi pada sprinter terletak pada teknik berlari, yaitu posisi badan pelari rendah dan tubuh terlalu tegak, jangkauan panjang langkah pelari terlalu pendek. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode latihan koordinasi dan kecepatan reaktif (quickness), pengaruh bentuk latihan kontras dan non-kontras, dan kelincahan cepat dan lambat terhadap prestasi lari 100 meter. Penelitian menggunakan desain faktorial 2x2x2. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 58 sprinter pelajar putra usia 13-17 tahun dari kabupaten Pati dan kendal. Hasil penelitian adalah: terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara metode koordinasi dan kecepatan gerak reaktif, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara bentuk latihan kontras dan non kontras, terdapat pengaruh yang siginifikan antara kelompok sampel kelincahan cepat dan lambat terhadap prestasi lari 100 meter. Disarankan kepada pelatih sprint, dapat mengembangkan kecepatan sprint melalui metode latihan kecepatan gerak rektif dengan bentuk latihan non-kontras.Mistake that often occur in the short-distance runners (sprinters) in particular student sprinters lie in the running technique, which are the hips tend to lean forward while running, the stride length is too short. This study aimed to determine the difference between: the effect of coordination and reactive movement speed (quickness) training methods, the contrast and non-contrast running form practice, the influence between fast and slow agility, and the interaction between training methods, form speed training, and agility on the student sprinters’ at 100 meters. This research is an experiment study with 2x2x2 factorial design. The research sample was consisted of 58 sprinters, aged between 13-17 years old from Kendal and Pati. The data were analyzed by Multivariate Analysis of Variane (MANOVA). The results are as follows: There is a significant difference between coordination training methods and reactive movement speed (quickness) against stride frequency, optimal stride length and average stride length, There is a significant difference between the form of contrast exercise and non-contrast exercise, There is a significant difference between fast agility and slow agility, and There is a significant interaction effect between training methods, the form of training and the agility to 100 meters. Based on these results, it is recommended to: the athletic trainers for a short length or sprint, and be able to implement the reactive speed training (quickness) and the form of non-contrast training as one of the alternative method for developing running speed (sprint).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan minat siswa terhadap pembelajaran lari sprint dan hasil belajar keterampilan lari sprint 60 m melalui metode pendekatan permainan lari membawa gelang dan mangkok pada siswa kelas atas SD Negeri 009 Teluk Tahun Pelajaran 2013/2014 Kabupaten Pelalawan Riau. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas atau classroom action research yang berlangsung dua siklus, setiap siklus terdiri dari dua kali pertemuan. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas V SD Negeri 009 Teluk Kabupaten Pelalawan Riau yang berjumlah 24 orang siswa. Adapun metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, angket, tes unjuk kerja dan analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa minat siswa terhadap pembelajaran lari sprint dan hasil belajar keterampilan lari sprint 60 m siswa mengalami peningkatan. Hasil pretest tentang minat siswa terhadap pembelajaran lari sprint 60 m sebesar 29% dan pada posttest meningkat sebesar 75% kategori berminat. Sedangkan hasil belajar keterampilan lari sprint 60 m siswa pada pretest dengan nilai rata-rata 60, pada siklus pertama pertemuan kedua meningkat dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 64,58 dan siswa yang mencapai kriteria ketuntasan minimal 37% atau sebanyak 9 orang siswa. Siklus kedua, pertemuan kedua meningkat dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 74,58 dan siswa yang mencapai kriteria ketuntasan minimal 100% atau 24 orang siswa. Kata kunci: Hasil belajar, lari sprint 60 m, bermain lari gelang dan mangkok.

Abstract

Traditional society still perceives that physical education is ineffective in shaping children’s character and that physical education is still considered as only a playing activity without having significant effects to the development of children’s social skill. This research aims to help children shape their social skills through the traditional games provided by physical education teachers with their comprehensive playing activities. The method used in this research was a qualitative approach, by doing some observations and unstructured interviews to teachers and students. The format of the game used in this research was the modification of traditional games called ‘Gobak Sodor’ which is adapted to the multilateral development of children and the theory of sports education. The result of observation and interview shows that the modified traditional games ‘Gobak Sodor’ can help children to shape their social skills, such as personal and social responsibility, teamwork, communication and the care of each other in the game. It can be concluded that the social skills of children can not be created instantly. It requires time and continuous learning process. One of the approaches which can be used in forming children’s social skills is modified traditional sport games ‘Gobak Sodor’.

Abstract

Abstrak. Peralatan Olahraga Anak (POA) pada siswa kelas IV SD ISLAM AL-AZHAR 31 Yogyakarta 2015.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang terdiri dari dua siklus. Objek penelitian adalah siswa kelas IV SD ISLAM AL-AZHAR 31 YOGYAKARTA berjumlah 32 siswa. Data dikumpulkan melalui: (1) observasi hasil belajar lompat jauh dengan media Peralatan Olahraga Anak (POA), (2) observasi proses pembelajaran, (3) observasi terhadap perilaku siswa, dan (4) tes pengetahuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran lompat jauh dengan menggunakan media Peralatan Olahraga Anak (POA) mengalami peningkatan. Kata Kunci : lompat jauh, media POA Abstract. This research aims to improve the teaching learning process of long jump through media of aids sport at students of grade fouth of SD ISLAM alzhar Yogyakarta in the academic year of 2015. This research is categorized into action research which was consisted of two cycles. The object of this research was the students of fourth grade at students of grade fouth of SD ISLAM alzhar Yogyakarta in the academic year of 2015 consist of 32 students. The data were collected through (1) the observation of students the learning result through media Peralatan Olahraga Anak (POA), (2) the observation of the teaching learning process, (3) the observation of students’ behavior, and (4) academic test. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan model pembelajaran lempar lembing untuk siswa SMP yang layak digunakan. Model pembelajaran yang dikembangkan diharapkan untuk digunakan guru SMP sebagai salah satu bentuk pembelajaran lempar lembing yang baik dan efektif. Penelitian pengembangan ini dilakukan dengan mengadaptasi langkah-langkah penelitian pengembangan sebagai berikut: (1) studi pendahuluan, (2) analisis terhadap informasi yang telah dikumpulkan, (3) mengembangkan produk awal (draf produk), (4) validasi ahli dan revisi, (5) uji coba skala kecil dan revisi, (6) uji coba lapangan skala besar dan revisi, dan (7) diseminasi produk hasil pengembangan. Uji coba skala kecil dilakukan 20 siswa terhadap siswa kelas 8 SMP Negeri 2 Karangnongko Klaten. Uji coba skala besar dilakukan terhadap 60 siswa kelas 8 SMP Negeri 1 Karangnongko dan SMP Negeri 1 Kemalang Klaten. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini berupa buku panduan dan CD model pembelajaran lempar lembing untuk siswa SMP, yang berisikan sepuluh model permainan, yaitu permainan: (1) kasvol; (2) bola estafet; (3) target papan; (4) target bola; (5) lempar angka; (6) perang bola; (7) parsim; (8) tardus; (9) pahsim, dan (10) pahdus. Dari hasil penilaian para ahli materi, dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa model pembelajaran lempar lembing yang disusun sangat baik dan efektif, sehingga layak digunakan untuk pembelajaran lempar lembing pada siswa SMP. Kata kunci: pengembangan, model pembelajaran lempar lembing DEVELOPING A JAVELIN THROWING TEACHING MODEL FOR SECONDARY SCHOOL STUDENTS Abstract This research aims to produce a javelin throwing teaching model for junior high school students. This javelin throwing teaching model is expected to be used by teacher as a form of good and effective javelin throwing teaching. This research and development was conducted by adapting the steps of research development including: (1) preliminary study, (2) analysis of the gathered information, (3) developing the initial product, (4) expert’s validation and revision, (5) small scale trials and revision, (6) large-scale field trial and revision, and (7) dissemination of the product. The small scale trial was conducted in Karangnongko Klaten 2 State Junior High School with 20 second grade students. The large scale trial was conducted in Karangnongko Klaten 1 State Junior High School and Kemalang Klaten 1 State Junior High School with 60 second grade students The data were analysed using the descriptive quantitative and descriptive qualitative analyses The product of this research is a guide book and CD of javelin throwing teaching model for junior high school students, which contain ten games models, namely, the game model of: (1) kasvol; (2) relay; (3) board target; (4) ball target; (5) figures throwing; (6) ball war; (7) parsim; (8) tardus; (9) pahsim, and (10) pahdus. From the assessment of the subject-matter experts evaluation, it can be concluded that the developed javelin throwing teaching model is a good effective and feasible for the teaching of javelin throwing to junior high school students. Abstract

Penelitian ini mengadaptasi penelitian dan pengembangan pendidikan model Borg Gall dengan menyederhanakan menjadi 2 tahapan sebagai berikut (1) tahap pra-pengembangan, tahapan ini meliputi (a) kajian literatur dan penelitian relevan dan (b) studi lapangan, (2) tahap pengembangan, tahapan ini meliputi (a) penyusunan draf, (b) validasi ahli, (c) uji coba model skala kecil, (d) uji coba model skala besar, dan (e) produk akhir. Uji coba skala kecil dilakukan terhadap 30 anak kelas atas SDN Aditirto Pejagoan Kebumen, Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Uji coba skala besar dilakukan terhadap 130 anak kelas atas dari SD Negeri 1 Karangpoh, 26 siswa SD Negeri 1 Logede, 22 siswa SD Negeri 4 Pejagoan, 24 siswa SD Negeri 1 Kebulusan, dan 30 siswa SD Negeri 3 Kebulusan Kecamatan Pejagoan, Kabupaten Kebumen, Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah wawancara, kuisioner penilaian karakter permainan tradisional, kuisioner observasi pengembangan permainan tradisional, kuisioner observasi keefektifan model permainan tradisional, kuisioner penilian observasi ahli media, dan kuisioner evaluasi siswa. Hasil penelitian berupa pengembangan model permainan tradisional terdiri dari 3 jenis permainan yaitu: (1) permainan goteng, (2) lari papan/segi empat, dan (3) kasti tangan. Berdasarkan penilaian para ahli materi dan guru penjasorkes dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan model permainan tradisional yang disusun sangat baik dan efektif, sehingga model permainan layak digunakan untuk pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani pada siswa kelas atas. Developing Models of Traditional Games to Build Characters of Elementary School Students of Upper Grades AbstractThe study was conducted through two stages by adapting the research and development of educational models Borg Gall as follows (1) pre-development stage, this stage include (a) review of relevant literature and research, and (b) field studies, (2) the development stage, this stage include; (a) drafting, (b) validation expert, (c) testing of small-scale models, (d) testing large-scale models, and (e) of the final product.The small-scale tryout was conducted by involving 30 students of upper grades of state elementary schools (SES) of Aditirto, Pejagoan sub-district, Kebumen regency, Central Java porovinsi. The large-scale tryout was conducted by involving 130 students of upper grades of SES 1 of Karangpoh, 26 students of SES 1 of Logede, 22 students of SES 4 of Pejagoan, 24 students of SES 1 of Kebulusan, and 30 students of SES 3 of Kebulusan Pejagoan sub-district, Kebumen regency, Central Java porovinsi. The data collecting instruments were an interview guideline, a questionnaire to assess characters of traditional games, a questionnaire to assess the traditional game development, a questionnaire for the assessment by the media expert, and a questionnaire for the evaluation by students. The results of the study of the development of models of traditional games were three types of games, i.e: (1) goteng game, (2) board/rectangle running, and (3) hand kasti. Based on the assessment by the materials experts and the teachers of physical, sports, and health education, it could be concluded that the developed modals of traditional games were very good and effective so that they were appropriate to be used in the learning physical education for the students of upper grades.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan model pengenalan pembelajaran lompat jauh pada siswa sekolah dasar (SD) kelas atas tahun pelajaran 2013/2014 di Kecamatan Srumbung, Kabupaten Magelang. Model pembelajaran yang dikembangkan diharapkan untuk digunakan guru SD sebagai salah satu bentuk pembelajaran lompat jauh yang baik dan efektif. Penelitian pengembangan ini dilakukan dengan mengadaptasi langkah-langkah penelitian pengembangan sebagai berikut: (1) pengumpulan informasi di lapangan, (2) melakukan analisis terhadap informasi yang telah dikumpul-kan, (3) mengembangkan produk awal (draf model), (4) validasi ahli dan revisi, (5) uji coba lapangan skala kecil dan revisi, (6) uji coba lapangan skala besar dan revisi, dan (7) pembuatan produk final. Uji coba skala kecil dilakukan terhadap siswa kelas 5 SD N Tegalrandu dan SD N Polengan, Kecamatan Srumbung yang berjumlah 31 siswa. Uji coba skala besar dilakukan terhadap siswa kelas 5 SD N Tegalrandu, SD N Polengan, SD N Pucanganom, SD N Pandanretno, SD N Soka 1 yang berjumlah 81 siswa. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu; (1) pedoman wawancara, (2) skala nilai, (3) pedoman observasi model pembelajaran, (4) pedoman observasi keefektifan model pembelajaran. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan yaitu analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini berupa buku dan video model pengenalan dalam pembelajaran lompat jauh pada SD kelas atas. Berdasarkan penilaian ahli materi cabang olahraga atletik dan guru penjasor-kes, produk model pengenalan dalam pembelajaran lompat jauh pada SD kelas atas, sudah sesuai dan layak untuk digunakan oleh guru penjasorkes dalam mengajarkan materi lompat jauh kepada siswanya dengan nilai rata-rata 98,1%. The developed models are expected to be used by elementary school teachers to teach long jump well and effectively. The study was conducted by adapting the development steps of research development as follows: (1) collecting information in the field, (2) analyzing information that has been collected, (3) developing initial products (draft model), (4) validating by experts and revising, (5) small-scale field trials and revisions, (6) large-scale field trials and revisions, and (7)  making the final product. Small-scale trials were carried out to the 5th grade students at SD N Tegalrandu and SD N Polengan, District Srumbung totaling 31 students. Large-scale trials were carried out to the 5th grade students of Tegalrandu, SD N Polengan, SD N Pucanganom, SD N Pandanretno, SD N Soka 1, amounting to 81 students. Data collection instruments used were; (1) interview guide line, (2) the scale of values, (3) learning models observation guide line, (4) observation guide line of the effectivenes learning models. The data were analyzed using quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis. The final products of the research are in the form of books and videos of introduction models of the learning long jump at the upper class of elementary schools. The developed products were considered suitable and appropriate to be used by SD N teaches based on to judgement by material experts of athletics and penjasorkes teachers with the mean scale 98,1%. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh metode latihan plyometrics hurdle hops dan multiple box jump up-down terhadap power pemain sekolah sepakbola, (2) pengaruh kelincahan tinggi dan kelincahan rendah terhadap power pemain sekolah sepakbola, dan (3) interaksi antara metode latihan dan kelincahan terhadap power pemain sekolah sepakbola. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan rancangan faktorial 2 x 2, menggunakan tes awal dan tes akhir dengan dua kelompok yang diberi perlakuan berbeda. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 44  pemain Sekolah Sepakbola Bambanglipuro dan pemain Sekolah Sepakbola Argodadi kelompok umur 17 tahun. Sampel penelitian adalah 24 atlet yang ditentukan dengan teknik sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan tes dan pengukuran yang dilakukan sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah Illinois Agylity Test dan Standing Long Jump Test. Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan ANAVA pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Uji prasyarat analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas Kolmogorov Smirnov Test dengan taraf signifikansi 5% dan uji homogenitas varians Levene Test pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian adalah (1) terdapat pengaruh metode latihan plyometrics hurdle hops dan multiple box jump up-down terhadap power pemain sekolah sepakbola, yang terbukti dari nilai p = 0,00 < 0,05, (2) terdapat pengaruh kelincahan tinggi dan kelincahan rendah terhadap power pemain sekolah sepakbola,  yang terbukti dari nilai p = 0,00 < 0,05, (3) tidak terdapat interaksi antara metode latihan dan kelincahan terhadap peningkatan power pemain sekolah sekolah sepakbola, yang terbukti dari nilai p = 0,167 > 0,05. The effect of training method and agility on the power of player football school  AbstractThis study aims to reveal: (1) the effect training methods of plyometrics hurdle hops and plyometrics multiple box jump up-down on the power improvement football school players, (2) the effect of high and low agility on the power improvement football school players, and (3) the interaction between training methods and agility on the power of football school players. This study was an experimental study with a 2 x 2 factorial design, using the initial test and final test. The two groups were treated differently. The population was 44 players of Football Schools Bambanglipuro and Argodadi under 17 teams. A sample of 24 players was established using the purposive sampling technique. The data were collected using tests and the measurements performed before and after treatment. The instruments used in this study were the Illinois Agility Test and Standing Long Jump Test. The data were analyzed using the ANOVA at the significance level of 5%. The prerequisite test data analysis used the normality tests of  Kolmogorov Smirnov Test at the significance level of 5% and the homogeneity of variance test used the Levene Test at the significance level of 5%. The results are as follows (1) there is a significant effect training methods of plyometrics hurdle hops and plyometrics multiple box jump up-down on the power improvement football school players, as shown by the p-value of = 0.00 > 0.05, (2) there is a significant effect high and low agility on the power improvement football school players, as shown by the value of p = 0.00 < 0.05, (3) there is no interaction between training methods and agility on the power of football school players, as shown by the value of p = 0.167 > 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to produce an application that functions as a marketing tool for fitness centers in the digital era. This study uses the research and development (R&D) method, which consists of (1) collecting research results and information or often referred to as a preliminary study, (2) planning or planning, (3) developing an initial product or developing a preliminary form of product, ( 4) initial test or preliminary field testing, (5) revision of the first product preparation or main product revision, (6) main field testing of main field testing, (7) revision of operational product preparation or operational product revision, (8) trial operational product or operational field testing, (9) final product revision or final product revision. This application is called Gym Fit which consists of 4 main menus, namely education, profile of fitness center, personal trainer, and contact person. The results of the large-scale trial assessment of the developed product stated a total score of 70 with a percentage (4.8%) of the sample stating ENOUGH, then a total score of 452 with a percentage (31.4%) of the sample saying GOOD, and a total score of 918 with a percentage (63.75%) of the sample stating very good.
