Low learning achievement of mathematics students related to a variety of factors. The interest of learning and intercommunication of peers are two factors allegedly related to the student's mathematics learning outcomes. This research aims to know if there is a positive and significant relationship between the interest of learning and intercommunication of peers toward mathematics learning outcomes in class VIII State Junior High School 2 Gamping Sleman (SMP Negeri 2 Gamping Sleman) of odd semester academic year 2017/2018. The population in this research was all class VIII students in SMP Negeri 2 Gamping Sleman of odd semester academic year 2017/2018, which amounts to 192 students and divided into six classes. Function random sampling technique to class to take a sample class, to obtain class VIII E as a trial class and class VIII F as a research class. Data collection techniques are done with the questionnaire method and the test method. The research instruments used questionnaire interest of learning, questionnaire intercommunication of peer, and learning outcomes test. The instruments test used tests of validity, different power, and reliability testing. Analysis of instrument trials using the normality test, independent test, and linearity test. Data analysis using simple correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results showed a positive and significant relationship between the interest of learning and intercommunication of peer toward mathematics learning outcomes with multiple regression equation  and the multiple correlation coefficient  is . The learning process centered on teachers has resulted in a lack of mathematical problem-solving ability. This study aims to determine (1) To know the differences of student's ability to solve mathematics problems by using a cooperative learning model of TPS type and students taught using the Direct learning model, (2) Effectiveness of TPS type cooperative learning model compared to Direct learning model. This type of research uses quantitative research methods. This study's population is the students of class VII Semester II Muhammadiyah Junior High School 1 Yogyakarta (SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Yogyakarta) academic year 2016/2017. Sampling was done by random sampling to class, selected class VII F as experiment class, and VII G as control class. The technique of collecting data by a test method. This research instrument is a math problem-solving test in the form of a description problem. Data analysis used was a t-test, normality test using the Chi-Square formula, and homogeneity test using the Bartlet test with a 5% significant level. Hypothesis test in this research uses two parties, t-test and one party t-test with a 5% significant level. Based on the results of this study at a significant level of 5% and degrees of freedom 62, then obtained: (1) count and ttable  obtained tcount> ttable, so rejected. Then there are differences in the problem-solving skills of students whom mathematics using the cooperative learning model of TPS type with students who are using the Direct learning model. (2) count   and ttable  obtained tcount > ttable so rejected. So it can be concluded that the model of cooperative learning TPS type is more effective than the direct learning model to the problem-solving ability of mathematics.

Kemandirian belajar siswa kelas VIII D SMP Negeri 3 Sewon tahun ajaran 2017/2018 dalam pembelajaran matematika masih kurang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemandirian belajar matematika dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran PBL pada siswa kelas VIII D semester genap SMP Negeri 3 Sewon tahun ajaran 2017/2018. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri dari dua siklus yaitu siklus I dan siklus II. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII D semester genap SMP Negeri 3 Sewon tahun ajaran 2017/2018. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah penerapan model pembelajaran PBL. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode observasi, wawancara dan catatan lapangan. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data berupa analisis data deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pembelajaran matematika dengan penerapan model pembelajaran PBL dapat meningkatkan kemandirian belajar siswa. Hal ini terbukti dari hasil observasi kemandirian belajar siswa yang mengalami peningkatan dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran PBL. Pada siklus I rata-rata kemandirian belajar siswa mencapai 52,00% dengan kriteria cukup. Sedangkan pada siklus II rata-rata kemandirian belajar siswa meningkat menjadi 72,78% dengan kriteria baik.

The learning model used in Junior High School (SMP) Muhammadiyah 1 Yogyakarta has not been optimal to develop student cooperation. This research aims to determine (1) the presence or absence of difference in the ability of student cooperation in learning mathematics taught using cooperative learning model type of TPS with taught using direct learning model and (2) which learning model is more effective between cooperative learning model type of Think Pair Share (TPS) direct learning model toward the ability of student cooperation. This research is experimental. The population is the students of class VII SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Yogyakarta even semester academic year 2016/2017. By random sampling, samples selected class VIIF as the experimental class and class VIIG as the control class. Instrument data collection using the ability of student cooperation observation sheet. The observation sheet has been by construct validity. The prerequisite analysis test used a normality test using the Chi-square formula and a homogeneity test using the Bartlett test. Data analysis used is the hypothesis test using a t-test with a significant level of 5% and degrees of freedom 61. Based on the result of the hypothesis, I test obtained . Because , so is rejected. There are differences in student cooperation in learning mathematics, taught using a cooperative learning model type of TPS with a direct learning model. Furthermore, the results of the hypothesis II test is obtained . Because , so is rejected. Thus, TPS's cooperative learning model type is more effective than the direct learning model toward student cooperation.

The low mathematical disposition of students became a problem in this study. The use of guided discovery models in mathematics learning is expected to be effective in increasing mathematical dispositions. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of guided discovery learning models on grade VII students' mathematical disposition in State Junior High School (SMPN) 1 Pajangan even semester 2017/2018 school year. This study's population was students of class VII of SMPN 1 Pajangan of 2017/2018 school year consisting of 5 classes. The sampling technique uses random cluster sampling, which is sampling by random class through a lottery. Students of class VII D obtained the lottery results as the experimental group and students of class VII A as the control group. Data collection techniques in the form of tests and questionnaires. Data collection instruments in the form of test questions and form questionnaires with Likert scale. Data analysis techniques using t-test. Hypothesis testing uses a two-party t-test and a one-party t-test. The results showed: 1) Test the first hypothesis through the test obtained , and through the questionnaire obtained  then H0 has rejected means that there are differences in students' mathematical disposition abilities in classes that use guided discovery learning models with students in classes that use expository learning models. 2) Test the second hypothesis through tests obtained  and through questionnaires obtained  H0 has rejected guided discovery learning models that are more effective than expository learning models on students' mathematical dispositions.

Interaksi belajar siswa kelas XI Teknik Gambar Bangunan (TGB) C SMK Negeri 1 Pajangan Kabupaten Bantul dalam pembelajaran matematika masih rendah. Hal ini dikarenakan model pembelajaran yang digunakan belum memotivasi siswa untuk aktif berinteraksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Numbered Heads Together (NHT) untuk meningkatkan interaksi belajar matematika siswa kelas XI TGB C SMK Negeri 1 Pajangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri dari dua siklus yaitu siklus I dan siklus II. Setting penelitian tindakan kelas ini adalah siswa kelas XI TGB C SMK Negeri 1 Pajangan Kabupaten Bantul tahun ajaran 2017/2018. Teknik pegumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode observasi, wawancara dan catatan lapangan. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi, pedoman wawancara dan catatan lapangan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data deskriptif kuantitatif dan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian tindakan kelas ini yaitu model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT dapat meningkatkan interaksi belajar siswa. Hal ini terbukti dari hasil observasi interaksi belajar matematika siswa setiap siklusnya mengalami peningkatan yaitu rata-rata persentase siklus I sebesar 57, 84% dengan kriteria cukup dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 76, 91% dengan kriteria baik.

The verbal ability of grade VIII students of MTs Al Mu'min Temanggung Islamic Junior High School Academic Year 2017/2018 on learning mathematics was still lacking. This research aimed to increase students' verbal ability on mathematics learning using group learning models of students class VIII in MTs Al Mu'min Temanggung on even semester in 2017/2018. Â This research is a Classroom Action Research. The setting use class VIII-A with 30 students. The research was conducted two cycles by using group learning models. The method of data collection using observation, interview, and documentation. The instrument research using observation sheet and interview guidelines. The instrument analyzes using content validity. The analysis used in the research is a qualitative descriptive analysis. This research showed that learning by using group learning models can increase students' verbal ability to learn mathematics in class VIII-A of MTs Al Mu'min Temanggung Islamic Junior High School Academic Year 2017/2018. These things were proven by observing the student's verbal ability to learning in every cycle has increased. The average percentage of observations resulting from students' verbal ability on the first cycle was 43.33% with enough criteria, and on-cycle II, it increases to 62.33% with good criteria. The results of interviews with students showed a positive response to the student's verbal ability.

Teacher-centered learning results in students being less responsible for learning. Therefore, there is a need for individual efforts to improve the student's learning responsibility. This study aims to improve the Responsibility of learning mathematics by using the Reciprocal Teaching model on the students of class X OA Semester Even Vocational High School (SMK) Yudha Karya Magelang academic year 2014/2015. This research is a research type of Classroom Action Research (CAR). Subjects in this study were students of class X OA, even semester SMK Yudha Karya Magelang academic year 2014/2015.In comparison, the object under study in this research is applying the Reciprocal Teaching model on the students of class X OA Semester Even SMK Yudha Karya Magelang academic year 2014/2015. The study was conducted two cycles from three planned cycles. Data were collected by observation method, questionnaire, repeat test. Data analysis used is descriptive qualitative. The results showed that the Reciprocal Teaching model on the students of class X OA Semester Even SMK Yudha Karya Magelang academic year 2014/2015 increase the Responsibility of learning. This is evident from the observation result of students' learning responsibility every cycle has increased: the percentage of success of students' learning in cycle I equal to 52,08% (Enough). In cycle II, this increased to 80,03% (Very Good). The percentage of students who completed each cycle also increased the cycle I obtained by 37.93%. The second cycle increased to 68.97% in the second cycle.

The researcher aims to improve the skills of nonverbal communication mathematics students of class VII B State Junior High School 9 Yogyakarta (SMP Negeri 9 Yogyakarta) by implementing Problem Based Learning (PBL). The type of this research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The subject of this research is the students of class VII B SMP Negeri 9 Yogyakarta academic year 2016/2017 with the number of students 34 people. At the same time, the object in this research is the whole process of applying Problem Based Learning (PBL). Data collection techniques are done through observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. The Instrument of data collection in the form of observation sheet, the result of the problem-solving of nonverbal communication skills of student mathematics, and the result of the interview. The subject of this research is a student of class VII B SMP Negeri 9 Yogyakarta academic year 2016/2017 with student number 34 people. At the same time, the object in this research is the whole process of applying Problem Based Learning (PBL). Data collection techniques are done through observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. The Instrument of data collection in the form of the observation sheet results in the completion of the problem of nonverbal communication skill exercise of student mathematics and interview result. The results of this research show that applying Problem Based Learning (PBL) can improve students' mathematical nonverbal communication skills. The improvement of students' mathematical nonverbal communication skills is derived from the average score of significant exercise improvement with the percentage of 65,32% in cycle I increased to a very high category with 86,90% percentage in cycle II.

Pemahaman konsep siswa kelas X MIPA 4 Di salah satu SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Bantul tahun ajaran 2017/2018 masih rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat peningkatan pemahaman konsep dalam pembelajaran matematika dengan metode penemuan terbimbing di kelas X MIPA 4 Di salah satu SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Bantul tahun ajaran 2017/2018. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X MIPA 4 Di salah satu SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Bantul tahun ajaran 2017/2018. Teknik pengumpulan data ini berupa observasi, wawancara, tes, dan catatan lapangan. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi, pedoman wawancara, lembar tes, dan lembar catatan lapangan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis data kuantitatif dan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan penerapan metode penemuan terbimbing dapat meningkatkan pemahaman konsep pada pembelajaran matematika siswa kelas X MIPA 4 Di salah satu SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Bantul tahun ajaran 2017/2018. Hal ini ditunjukkan dari hasil tes pemahaman konsep siklus I dan siklus II, pada siklus I hanya 15 siswa yang tuntas tes pemahaman konsep dengan persentase 55,5% dengan kriteria cukup sedangkan pada siklus II terjadi peningkatan yaitu siswa yang tuntas sebanyak 29 siswa dengan persentase 93,55% dengan kriteria sangat tinggi.
