Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menghitung kelayakan investasi penangkaran bibit kentang berdasarkan analisis finansial, Mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis faktor-faktor internal dan eksternal yang mempengaruhi perkembangan dan tingkat keberhasilan dalam industri bibit kentang serta memformulasikan strategi yang tepat dimasa yang akan datang dalam rangka pengembangan agribisnis pembibitan kentang. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pengambilan contoh menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Metode pengolahan data meliputi analisis kelayakan investasi, Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE), Eksternal Factor Evaluation (EFE), matrik TOWS, dan untuk mendapatkan rekomendasi strategi prioritas digunakan analisis Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). Berdasarkan hasil analisis data pada penelitian ini, maka dapat diambil beberapa kesimpulan sebagai berikut (1) Pengembangan usaha pembibitan kentang PT XYZ sangat prospektif ditinjau dari kelayakan investasi. (2) PT XYZ dalam menghadapi  semua faktor strategis internal (kekuatan dan kelemahan) sudah sangat baik sehingga PT.XYZ bisa memanfaatkan sedemikian rupa guna untuk mengeleminir kelemahannya. Sedangkan matriks EFE dihasilkan total skor jauh diatas rata-rata. Kondisi ini menunjukan bahwa perusahaan PT. XYZ sudah mempunyai strategi yang baik dalam mengantisipasi ancaman eksternal yang ada. (3) Strategi terpilih yaitu Strategi Ekspansif. Strategi ini meliputi pengembangan produk (kapasitas dan jenis varietas), penetrasi pasar atau  pengembangan pasar bibit melalui kemitraan untuk memproduksi kentang konsumsi di area baru. Berdasarkan kesimpulan yang telah dibuat di atas dapat disarankan beberapa hal untuk dapat dipertimbangkan oleh manajemen PT. XYZ dalam pengembangan usaha pembibitan kentang, antara lain: perlu dibentuk tim kerja yang meliputi berbagai bagian seperti keuangan untuk mengatur anggaran, personalia, produksi, pemasaran untuk mengkaji teknis implementasi strategi pengembangan pasar dan masuk kedalam area baru.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) Know flowchart potato supply chain in Bandung regency. (2) Identify the risks arising from potato supply chain in Bandung regency. (3) Measure the risk at each level of the supply chain. (4) Map the risk. (5) know the way of farmers risk management, collectors and distributors in Bandung regency. This study uses a fish bone, Approximations, and Matrix Chart. The management of risk will determine by avoiding, controlling, transferring, and accepting the risk. The results of this study show risks of 20 per event at the farm level, 7 per event risk at the level of the collector and 10 per event at the distributor level. Based on the measurements of approximation methods are show the highest value at the farm level, then the distributor, and the lowest for the collector. Based on the mapping of the level of farmers and distributors located in quadrant I, while the level of collection is located in quadrant IV. Based on management priorities, held by avoiding, mitigating, transferring, keeping risks, shows there are 26 mitigation actions that can be realized to reduce the causes of such risks

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi risiko dan faktor pemicu risiko, mengukur tingkat risiko, memetakan risiko, dan merumuskan strategi mitigasi risiko pada operasional bisnis daging sapi beku Toko Tani Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan riset eksploratif dan riset deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui hasil observasi, wawancara, pengisian kuesioner, dan studi literatur. Analisis data dilakukan dengan Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM), Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), dan Risk Mitigation Number (RMN). Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan 21 risiko dan 29 REF (Risk Enabling Factor), pengukuran risiko menggunakan Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) menghasilkan sebanyak 9 level dengan level 1 adalah kegagalan target dan level 9 adalah bencana alam, serta pemetaan risiko didapatkan prioritas sebanyak 13 REF (Risk Enabling Factor) dan didapatkan sebanyak 17 strategi mitigasi risiko. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya penerapan manajemen risiko yang terstruktur untuk meningkatkan kelancaran operasional, meminimalkan potensi kerugian, dan mendukung keberlanjutan bisnis. Selain itu, hasil penelitian dapat menjadi rujukan praktis bagi pengambil keputusan dalam merumuskan kebijakan mitigasi risiko pada sektor bisnis daging sapi beku. Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze internal and external factors that influence the business development of PT. Halalfroz Indonesia; analyze the company's position that influences the business development of PT. Halalfroz Indonesia; formulate appropriate business development strategy alternatives for PT. Halalfroz Indonesia; determine business development strategy priorities for PT. Halalfroz Indonesia. The types of data used in this study are qualitative and quantitative data from primary and secondary sources. The analysis methods used are the IFE matrix, EFE matrix, IE matrix, SWOT matrix, and QSP matrix. The results of the study show that there are 18 key internal factors and 16 key external factors. Based on the weighting and ranking results, the IFE matrix score is 3.009, and the EFE matrix score is 2.897. Based on the IE matrix, PT. Halalfroz Indonesia is positioned in quadrant IV, which is growing and being built with an intensive and integrative strategy. Based on the results of the strategy priority analysis using the QSP matrix, it shows that PT. Halalfroz Indonesia's main priority strategy is to form a research and development team and strengthen human resources to be adaptive to new and old competitors.

Abstract

In 2020, the Ministry of Agriculture released at least 100 millennial agriprineurs successfully overcoming the harmful effects of Covid-19. Successful-millennial agripreneurs during the Covid-19 pandemic can be an inspiration for all agricultural stakeholders. Therefore, the business model and character of millennial agripreneurs who successfully deal with the covid-19 outbreak must be explored, studied, and duplicated. This study aims to describe a successful business model developed by millennial agripreneurs during the covid-19 pandemic and the character of successful millennial agripreneurs in the era of the covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a descriptive research design with qualitative research methods. The subjects of this study were 163 successful millennial agripreneurs during the covid-19 pandemic. They were interviewed and published by online media from 2020 to 2021. One of them, the owner of Eptilu farm, was directly interviewed in September 2021. The reliable qualitative analysis showed that the kappa coefficients were 0.90 and 0.86 (> 0.75 is excellent agreement). The business models of successful millennial agripreneurs during the covid-19 pandemic are generally online-based, categorized as brick-and-click, marketplaces, and peer-to-peer fintech. Based on the business activity model, successful millennial agripreneurs focus on farming or animal husbandry activities and post-harvest or processed agricultural products on commodities, vegetables, and livestock. Furthermore, there are dominant characteristics possessed by successful millennial agripreneurs during the covid-19 pandemic: innovative, critical thinking, visionary, cooperative, enthusiastic, and willingness to learn and share. Abstract

This study aims to examine the product, process, and business model value innovation of halal beef in Indonesia. This study uses quantitative and qualitative data. Through purpose sampling, the survey involved 425 middle-class Muslim consumers, 100 beef retailers, 25 beef processors, and 100 mid-to-large-scale cattle farmers. It finds that product value innovation steer halal beef producers and suppliers should eliminate the fat content of halal beef. Suppliers should reduce their focus on the attributes of size, grade, taste, nutritional value, production origin, beef availability, packaging, shopping location, display in the shop, ease of preparation, traceability, price, and the presence of a Muslim shop owner. Instead, they should improve the attributes of newness, appearance, halal labels, texture, aroma, hygiene, and residue free. They should create online services and ensure halal certification of their stores. Meanwhile, process value innovation should take the form of beef producers eliminating aging and deboning activities. In essence, Each actor should keep doing the same activities but also take more seriously how their activities impact values and emissions. Cattle farmers should improve cattle feed management to earn higher, and beef retailers should create online services for their customers. Furthermore, business model value innovation should change relationship patterns from collaborative transactions to collaborative processes. Digital resources can be used as new distribution channels and online services. Finally, business model value innovation will shift from the red ocean to the blue ocean competition.

Abstract

Porang is a food crop commodity that has great potential for export and is strategic in the national economy. Porang plants contain glucomannan which is widely used as a main or alternative ingredient in the food and health industry, making porang tubers have quite a high selling value and have become an export commodity. The aim of the research was to find out the benefits of implementing business plantation registration by analyzing why until now there are still many porang farmers in Madiun Regency who do not implement registration of their business plantations, by comparing the quality and income of registered porang farmers with those whose business plantations are not registered in Madiun Regency, East Java Province. The scope of the research includes the quality of porang and the income of porang farmers in Madiun Regency, East Java Province. The method used in this research is quantitative research using a survey approach through interviews using farmer questionnaires, then a t test (test) analysis is carried out to compare the two groups to be studied. The results of the research showed that there were significant differences in the quality of porang in the sub-variables of tuber color and level of damage to the tubers, while those that did not show significant differences were in the sub-variables of tuber weight and biological shape of the porang tubers. Meanwhile, the sub-variable income that shows significant differences is for production costs, production quantities, prices and income of porang farmers, both registered and unregistered, on their business plantations in Madiun Regency, East Java Province.  The average income obtained by farmers who implement business plantation registration is IDR. 30,321,772, while the average income of porang farmers who do not implement plantation registration on their business land is Rp. 6,697,130. more profitable (RC value 1.95) compared to farmers who are not registered as plantations (RC value 1.52).
