Salah satu lembaga informal di bidang pendidikan agama yang marak di masyarakat adalah Taman Pendidikan al-Quran. Meskipun sudah banyak TPQ yang sukses dengan jumlah murid yang banyak dan administrasi yang bagus, namun juga masih banyak TPQ yang mengalami kembang-kempis apalagi di tengah perkotaan dan masyarakat ekonomi menengah ke atas, salah satunya adalah TPQ al-Husna di Pasadena Semarang. TPQ ini berada di perumahan menengah ke atas, namun karena kesadaran para orang tua untuk mendidik anak pandai mengaji sangatlah kurang. Pendampingan yang dilakukan di TPQ al-Husna adalah dengan bersama-sama mengadakan analisa situasi dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT, kemudian melakukan pendampingan untuk penataan administrasi TPQ sekaligus melakukan pendekatan terhadap para orang tua anak-anak di wilayah Pasadena.

One of the main problems of the information age is how to get the information that would be credible. The issues outlined in this paper, is how naqd al-hadith as a method of criticism credibility of information. The method was used deductive, by discussing the theory of the credibility of the information developed at this time, then discuss the concept of credibility of information on Islam, namely ulum al-hadith, then offered naqd al-hadith as a method of criticism credibility of information. The results showed that naqd al-hadith can be used as a method of credibility of the information at this time.* * *Salah satu problematika utama era informasi ini adalah bagaimana mendapatkan informasi yang dapat dipercaya kebenarannya (kredibel). Persoalan yang diurai dalam tulisan ini, adalah bagaimana naqd al-hadits sebagai metode kritik kredibilitas informasi. metode yang digunakan adalah deduktif, dengan mendiskusikan teori kredibilitas informasi yang berkembang pada saat ini, kemudian mendiskusikan konsep kredibilitas informasi dalam Islam, yaitu âulum al-hadits, kemudian menawarkan naqd al-hadits sebagai metode kritik kredibilitas informasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa naqd al-hadits dapat digunakan sebagai metode kredibilitas informasi pada saat ini.Â

This research based on qualitative research with islamic communication approach. The results of this research indicate that in the information age has led to an explosion of information. The problematic of the explosion of information can be seen from the increasing need of computer hardware and adequate device for information is a necessity, the information is mixed between important and not important, so it takes the user's sharpness to sort and choose information. Allah guides people through the presence of the messengers who served as a witness, to give glad tidings and warnings, the Caller of Allah, to teach the Qurâ€™an and the wisdom and to be good role models for human beings. However, as the messenger was gone, the task of the apostles passed on to the scholars or preachers whose task is to invite people to the path of Allah. Therefore, the scholars and preachers, as the spearhead of the spread of Islam, need to know the tasks of the Prophet and also follow the example of the Prophet in carrying out the mandate Allah assigned to him.Â Allah memberikan petunjuk kepada manusia melalui kehadiran para rasul yang bertugas untuk menjadi saksi, memberikan kabar gembira dan peringatan, penyeru agama Allah, mengajarkan al-Qurâ€™an dan hikmah serta menjadi suri tauladan yang baik bagi manusia. Namun, ketika rasul sudah tiada, maka tugas rasul tersebut diwariskan kepada para ulama atau dai yang bertugas untuk mengajak manusia kepada jalan Allah. Oleh karena itu, dai sebagai ujung tombak penyebaran Islam perlu mengetahui tugas-tugas para Nabi dan juga mencontoh Nabi dalam mengemban amanat Allah yang dibebankan kepadanya.

This article aims to find out the usability of the "Haji Pintar" Android application, Directorate General of PHU, Ministry of Religion, for the independence of Semarang City Hajj Pilgrims and to find out the factors that influence the low use of the Haji Pintar" application among Semarang City Hajj pilgrims. To achieve the objectives of this article, an exploratory study was used. The survey results showed a positive response to the usefulness of the application for Hajj independence for those who have performed the Hajj pilgrimage. Meanwhile, the factor that influences the low use of Haji Pintar applications is that the majority of Hajj pilgrims are elderly who have difficulty using devices.

This study aims to analyze the role and challenges faced by the Hajj Task Force in serving elderly pilgrims at Donohudan Embarkation. The main challenges that the task force often faces when serving elderly pilgrims include effective communication, physical handling of the elderly which requires extra energy, and building the trust of elderly pilgrims who are often hesitant to accept help. Another difficulty is guiding elderly people who are senile to follow procedures. The research method uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. The informants in this study were selected using the Snowball Sampling technique, in this technique the researcher starts with one or two individuals, then they recommend other individuals to be sampled. The results show that although the facilities at Donohudan Embarkation are adequate, some shortcomings still exist, especially in terms of facilities for the disabled and elderly. The biggest challenges faced by the Task Force in serving elderly pilgrims are communication, physical handling that requires extra energy, and building trust from elderly pilgrims who are often hesitant to accept help. This research contributes to improving the quality of Hajj services, especially for elderly pilgrims.

The implementation of the murur scheme in Muzdalifah emerged as a strategic response of the Indonesian Ministry of Religious Affairs to the extreme crowding observed during the 2023 Hajj season. The scheme allows eligible pilgrims to pass through Muzdalifah without staying overnight after completing wukuf in Arafah, proceeding directly to Mina. Priority is given to elderly pilgrims, individuals with high medical risk, persons with disabilities, those with obesity, wheelchair users, and officially assigned companions. This study aims to examine the operational management of the murur scheme, analyze its policy implementation using the Van Meter and Van Horn framework, and evaluate the effectiveness of its execution. A qualitative research design was employed, utilizing observation, interviews, and document analysis. The findings indicate that the operational management of the murur scheme was sufficiently effective during its inaugural implementation. The Decree of the Director General of Hajj and Umrah Affairs No. 137/2025 further outlines detailed procedures for the 2025 Hajj cycle, covering the Arafah, Muzdalifah, and Mina phases. The study contributes to strengthening operational efficiency, enhancing pilgrim safety, and supporting continuous policy refinement within large-scale Hajj management systems.
