Contact between groups continues to be recognized as a variable that affects prejudice. The effectiveness of the impact of such contacts on prejudice is influenced by other variables, according to the characteristics of the group. This study aims to determine the effect of group identity mediation and religious fundamentalism on the influence of intergroup contact on the prejudice of transnational Islamic groups against moderate Islamic ones. The research subjects were selected randomly from 365 members of Jama’ah Tabligh, a transnational Islamic group in Semarang, Indonesia. The research data collection used the scales of prejudice, intergroup contact, group identity, and religious fundamentalism, while the data analysis employed structural equation modeling (SEM). The results show that group identity and religious fundamentalism have a mediating effect on intergroup contact's impact on the prejudice of transnational Islamic groups against moderate ones. This research's theoretical implication is that the extent of the influence of intergroup contacts on prejudice is affected by group identity and religious fundamentalism as mediating variables.

In an ever-evolving digital landscape, the imperative of robust cybersecurity measures to safeguard sensitive data, systems, and operations cannot be overstated. This research undertakes a comprehensive evaluation of the intricate factors that collectively contribute to cybersecurity effectiveness within organizational contexts. Employing the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) methodology, this research dissect the complex relationships among pivotal constructs including Security Measures Effectiveness, Incident Response Capability, Vulnerability Management, User Training Impact, Security Policy Adherence, External Threat Mitigation, Data Protection Effectiveness, and System Resilience. Through data derived from surveys and meticulous assessments, our analysis utilizes PLS-SEM to quantitatively scrutinize how these constructs interconnect and impact the overarching goal of cybersecurity: the proactive prevention, swift detection, and effective mitigation of cyber threats. By elucidating the constructs with the most significant influence, our study not only enhances scholarly discourse but also empowers organizations to refine cybersecurity strategies, strengthen user training initiatives, and implement robust policies in alignment with the ever-adapting threat landscape. Ultimately, this research furnishes organizations with insights to bolster their cybersecurity defenses, fortify digital assets, and counteract the escalating sophistication of cyber threats.

In digitalization, education is a crucial element in developing individual potential and intelligence. To carry out education effectively in the era of digitalization, teaching staff are needed who can teach in formal and non-formal contexts, of course with their competencies. Our Real Work Lectures (KKN) are held in Gebanganom Wetan Village, Kangkung District, with the main aim of providing community service and supporting the improvement of children's education in the village. Even though the enthusiasm and passion for learning among children in Gebanganom Wetan Village is very high, the shortage of teaching staff is a major obstacle to achieving maximum education. This article is entitled "The Role of KKN Students in the Era of Digitalization of Education in Gebanganom Wetan Village." This research uses the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method and carries out field observations to identify potential and problems in the village. The results of KKN activities provide an illustration of the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of children and the community for education in the era of digitalization from the role of students as teaching staff in supporting education in Gebanganom Wetan Village through various formal and non-formal education activities carried out by KKN Group 124

Purpose - This article aims to: First, identify social behavior in community development both as knowledge and action. Second, analyzing social behavior in community development through an applied social psychology approach.Method - research type used library research.Result - The results of the discussion show: First, today's social behavior in community development is facing various challenges along with the social dynamics themselves. In order to maintain and develop the existence of community development, it is necessary to involve other scientific disciplines. The involvement of other scientific disciplines, one of which is intended in an effort to intensify social behavior in the development of society itself. Second, the applied social psychology approach can be used in the realm of understanding social problems, identifying factors that influence social attitudes and behavior, interventions, designing social change, and evaluating activity programs.Implications - This study the impact on the development of applied social psychology approaches can be applied to the realm of understanding social problems, identifying factors that influence social attitudes and behavior, interventions, designing social change, and evaluating activity programs. In addition, applied social psychology can also be used as an approach in strengthening attitudes and behavior in intensifying community development.Originality - This research is strengthening intensification of social behavior in community development to applied social psychology.***Tujuan - Artikel ini bertujuan: Pertama, mengidentifikasi perilaku sosial dalam pengembangan masyarakat baik sebagai pengetahuan maupun tindakan. Kedua, menganalisis perilaku sosial dalam pengembangan masyarakat melalui pendekatan psikologi sosial terapan.Metode - jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kepustakaan.Hasil - Hasil pembahasan menunjukkan: Pertama, perilaku sosial masyarakat dewasa ini menghadapi berbagai tantangan seiring dengan dinamika sosial itu sendiri. Dalam rangka menjaga dan mengembangkan keberadaan pengembangan masyarakat, perlu melibatkan disiplin ilmu lain. Keterlibatan disiplin ilmu lain, salah satunya dimaksudkan dalam upaya mengintensifkan perilaku sosial dalam pembangunan masyarakat itu sendiri. Kedua, pendekatan psikologi sosial terapan dapat digunakan dalam ranah memahami masalah sosial, mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi sikap dan perilaku sosial, intervensi, merancang perubahan sosial, dan mengevaluasi program kegiatan.Implikasi - Studi ini memiliki dampak terhadap pengembangan pendekatan psikologi sosial terapan dapat diterapkan pada ranah pemahaman masalah sosial, mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi sikap dan perilaku sosial, intervensi, merancang perubahan sosial, dan mengevaluasi program kegiatan. This article aims to find out the usability of the "Haji Pintar" Android application, Directorate General of PHU, Ministry of Religion, for the independence of Semarang City Hajj Pilgrims and to find out the factors that influence the low use of the Haji Pintar" application among Semarang City Hajj pilgrims. To achieve the objectives of this article, an exploratory study was used. The survey results showed a positive response to the usefulness of the application for Hajj independence for those who have performed the Hajj pilgrimage. Meanwhile, the factor that influences the low use of Haji Pintar applications is that the majority of Hajj pilgrims are elderly who have difficulty using devices.

The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into business operations has garnered significant attention due to its potential impact on business performance. However, the relationship between AI adoption and business performance remains not fully understood. This article comprehensively analyzes this relationship through three key aspects: the acceptance and implementation of AI within organizations, the impact of AI on various dimensions of business performance, and the potential challenges associated with AI adoption. In this study, we employ SmartPLS as an analytical tool to evaluate the relationships between identified factors and the impact of AI adoption on business performance. Our findings reveal that several factors influence the adoption and implementation of AI, including data availability, organizational culture, leadership support, technical expertise, and ethical considerations. Moreover, AI adoption significantly influences business performance metrics such as productivity, efficiency, revenue, and customer satisfaction. Nonetheless, challenges arising from AI adoption, including shifts in job roles, data privacy, and security concerns, also require substantial attention. In conclusion, successful AI adoption and implementation necessitate careful consideration of organizational, technical, and ethical factors. This research provides valuable insights for business leaders and researchers seeking a deeper understanding of the relationship between Artificial Intelligence and business performance.

An investigation examines environmental management methodologies which enhance the growth of ecotourism at Bantimurung National Park in South Sulawesi Indonesia. The qualitative research method examines present management practices together with their impact on tourism as well as defines current challenges and potential opportunities for improvement. Interviews with important stakeholders from park management and government departments and ecotourism facilities and tourist parties combined with park observations and document examination structured the data collection. Numerous sustainable practices installed by the park get hindered by restricted resources along with minimal community engagement and weak policy collaboration. The research underscores the critical value of local unity in management decisions alongside new funding methods and technological approaches to solve the problems affecting a famous ecotourism attraction. The research reveals major opportunities for environmental management improvement at the park by developing better policy frameworks and enhancing participation from communities and implementing technological solutions. The research adds to the expanding literature on sustainable tourism by presenting guidelines that assist other protected areas dealing with conservation-tourism balance concerns.

Creative graphic design training for PKK mothers in Gebanganom Waton Village aims to improve the skills and productivity of PKK members through the use of modern design technology. This article evaluates the training conducted, which covered the basics of graphic design, the use of design software, and practical applications in daily activities. The training was designed to empower PKK mothers in creating promotional materials, community documents, and attractive visual designs. The results of the training showed significant improvements in the design skills of participants, as well as improvements in the efficiency and quality of their work output. This article also discusses the challenges faced during the training and provides recommendations for the implementation of similar training programs in the future, to further support the development of local communities through digital skills

Keberhasilan pembangunan di berbagai bidang terutama bidang kesehatan menyebabkan terjadinya peningkatan usia harapan hidup penduduk dunia termasuk di Indonesia. Menurut Badan Pusat Statistik jumlah lansia di Indonesia pada tahun 2021 sekitar 27,1 juta orang (hampir 10% dari total penduduk) dan pada tahun 2025 diproyeksikan meningkat menjadi 33,7 juta (11,8%). Peningkatan jumlah lansia dengan berbagai masalah kesehatannya menjadi tantangan bagi keluarga dan masyarakat untuk mempersiapkan cara pendampingan lansia agar sehat, mandiri, aktif, dan bahagia (Kementerian Kesehatan RI, 2021). Kajian ini bertujuan untuk: pertama, mengetahui dan menganalisis kualitas hidup lansia di Desa Kedungsari Kecamatan Singorojo Kabupaten Kendal. Kedua, untuk melakukan psikoedukasi dengan melibatkan semua elemen masyarakat agar mereka bersama-sama meningkatkan kualitas hidup lansia di Desa Kedungsari Kecamatan Singorojo Kabupaten Kendal. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif analitis dengan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatoris. Subjek kegiatan yaitu para lansia dan elemen masyarakat yang dipilih secara purposif sejumlah 32 orang. Hasil penelitian ini yakni sebagai berikut. Pertama, sebagian besar kualitas hidup lansia peserta masih rendah (60%). Lansia yang memiliki kualitas hidup sedang (26,7%) dan lansia yang memiliki kualitas hidup tinggi (13,3%). Kedua, Psikoedukasi dilakukan dengan melibatkan para lansia dan semua elemen masyarakat sehingga mereka memperoleh pemahaman dan kesadaran bersama. Para lansia memperoleh pengetahuan dan cara praktis menjalani masa lansia secara lebih baik. Elemen masyarakat memperoleh pengetahuan tentang permasalahan kualitas hidup dan kesejahteraan sosial lansia sehingga mereka lebih meningkatkan kesadaran untuk berperan aktif memberikan dukungan kepada para lansia untuk mencapai tingkat kesejahteraan sosial yang lebih baik.
