Abstract

This research was aimed to simultaneously analyze the significantly positive effect of organizational culture characteristics, locus of control and work discipline towards employee performance at PD PAL Banjarmasin; also to partially analyze the significantly positive effect of organizational culture characteristics, locus of control, and work discipline towards employee performance at PD PAL Banjarmasin. The type of this research was explanatory research. All population became the samples in this research. The information collection of 53 employees who acted as the respondents in this research was done by using questionnaire arranged in 5 Likert Scale. The data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis, multiple determination coefficient, as well as F test and t test. The result of this research showed that the variable of organizational culture characteristics, locus of control and work discipline simultaneously has a significantly positive effect towards employee performance at PD PAL Banjarmasin. The organizational culture characteristics partially does not have a positive and significant effect towards employee performance. Partially the locus control has a significantly positive effect towards employee performance. Work discipline partially has a significantly positive effect towards employee performance. The implication to the management, based on the result of this research, is (1) the implementation of the organizational culture characteristics needs to be socialized among employee of PD PAL, and (2) a strong control on the locus control and discipline is needed to improve the employee performance.

Abstract

The research method used explanatory quantitative research, with 334 people population. Sampling technique used was simple random sampling and stratified random sampling with the samples of 182 people who served as respondents. For data analysis, the tool used was multiple linear regression (multiple Linear Regression) using SPSS software ver. 19.0. The results of this study concluded that the variables of job satisfaction and organizational commitment had significant positive effects on the performance of the employees of Bank Kalsel both simultaneously and partially

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of job satisfaction (X1) and Transformational Leadership Style (X2) as independent variables either simultaneously or partially on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Y) as the dependent variable in the Civil Service Tanah Laut District Land Office. This research method using a questionnaire to 32 employees in Tanah Laut District Land Office as a sample. Sampling technique used is the Census methods. Variable measurement technique Likert scale with a weight scale from 1 to 5. To analyze the influence of variables Job Satisfaction and Transformational Leadership Style on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Y) using multiple linear regression statistical techniques. The results showed that the variables job satisfaction and Transformational Leadership Style jointly significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior PNS Tanah Laut District Land Office. Variables Job Satisfaction partially not significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior PNS Tanah Laut District Land Office. Variable Transformational Leadership Style partially not significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior PNS Tanah Laut District Land Office.

Abstract

This research aimed to identify and analyze the influence of kaizen which consist of seiri (X1), seiton (X2), seiso (X3), seikestu (X4), and shitsuke (X5) as independent variables either simultaneously or partially to the employees’ performance (Y) as dependent variable at PT Fumakilla Indonesia, Banjarmasin unit. The instrument used in this research was questionnaire and then it distributed to all production employees (105 people) at PT Fumakilla Indonesia, Banjarmasin Unit based on a sample census. The variable measured by using Likert Scale from 1 to 5. Multiple linear regression analysis also used to determine the effect of independent variables, namely seiri (X1), seiton (X2), seiso (X3), seikestu (X4), and shitsuke (X5) to the dependent variable, that is employees’ performance (Y) simultaneously or partially. The results indicate that kaizen which consist of seiri (X1), seiton (X2), seiso (X3), seikestu (X4), and shitsuke (X5) simultaneously affect the employees’ performance (Y). Whereas, as partially, only seiri (X1), seiton (X2), and seiso (X3) significantly have influence to the employees’ performance, whereas seikestu (X4) and shitsuke (X5) have no significant influence.

Abstract

Program kemitraan masyarakat  dilaksanakan pada anggota Paguyuban Wirausaha Baru (WUB) Kota Banjarmasin. Paguyuban WUB merupakan komunitas bagi pelaku usaha di Banjarmasin terdiri dari gabungan usaha-usaha khususnya bidang kuliner. Permasalahan mitra yang mendasar yaitu penerapan manajemen usaha meliputi aspek manajemen SDM, produksi, pemasaran, dan manajemen keuangan yang belum optimal dan kendala pada penguasaan teknologi berbasis digital sebagai media promosi produk-produk kuliner unggulan kelompok Paguyuban WUB Kota Banjarmasin. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan ketahanan usaha secara mandiri bagi masyarakat. Adapun solusi yaitu pemberian pelatihan manajemen usaha serta penerapan teknologi digital branding dan pemasaran digital, selanjutnya juga pendampingan bagi anggota kelompok paguyuban WUB Banjarmasin.  Metode program yang dikembangkan adalah “RRA dan PRA” (rural rapid appraisal dan participant rapid appraisal). Hasil dari pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah keterampilan penggunaan teknologi digital dan pengetahuan kewirausahaan dalam mengelola sebuah usaha menghasilkan produk dengan tata kelola usaha menurut panduan manajemen keuangan dan permodalan yang tepat, sosialisasi aplikasi keuangan SI APIK untuk pengelolaan cash flow dan pembukuan keuangan, selanjutnya adanya ruang konsultasi kelompok paguyuban WUB. Kata kunci: Pelatihan, manajemen usaha, digital Branding, WUB Banjarmasin

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the effect of career management and career adaptability on the employee engagement with job security as a moderating variable for the workers of PT Adaro Indonesia of Kelanis site. This causality research carried out based on quantitative approach. Data obtained using questionnaires selected by the quota sampling technique. The samples were selected on the specified criteria, namely from the level staff up to Manager with minimum working period of 3 years. Data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) equation with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results showed that separately career management, career adaptability and job security had a significant effect on employee involvement. Hypothesis test result also indicate the influence of career management and career adaptability to the employee engagement with job security as moderating predictor.

Abstract

Desa Andaman merupakan sebuah desa di Kabupaten Barito Kuala Kecamatan Anjir Pasar yang memiliki hasil padi yang melimpah dangan kulaitas yang baik. Namun kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat dan pemerintah desa dalam hal pengelolaan potansi yang ada menyebabkan pertanian di daerah tersebut tidak mengalami peningkatan dalam hal peningkatan perekonomian masyrakat. Hal tersebut, tidak lepas dari kebiasaan masyarakat yang menjual langsung hasil panen setelah musim panen terjadi dengan harga yang sangat rendah. Pengabdian masyarakat dengan judul “Pendampingan Pengembangan BUMDES untuk Pemasaran Produk Beras Anjir Kemasan Hasil Pertanian Lahan Basah di Barito Kuala” ini diharapkan dapat memberikan gambaran serta pemahaman untuk masyarakat dan aparatur desa  untuk mengolah dan memasarkan produk berasnya sendiri melalui BUMDES (Badan Usaha Milik Desa). Adapun metode pelaksanaan ini adalah menggunakan metode Transfer IPTEKS dengan menggunakan prinsip bahwa setiap inovasi yang diterima oleh mitra sebaiknya melalui proses : Mendengar, Mengetahui, Mencoba, Mengevaluasi, Menerima, Menyakini, Melaksanakan.

Abstract

Final Income Tax is a tax imposed at certain rates and tax bases on income received or earned during the current year. KPKNL Banjarmasin is one of the DJKN work units whose main task is to conduct auctions. The purpose of this study is to implement the withholding and deposit of Final Income Tax from the sale of land and/or building auctions at the Banjarmasin KPKNL. Based on the results of research conducted at the Banjarmasin KPKNL, the withholding and deposit of the final PPh carried out was in accordance with applicable regulations.
