Abstract : Five indicators are used as a measure to analyze the services of the Regional General Hospital dr. H. A ndi Abdurrahman Noor Tanah Bumbu Regency, namely the convenience of service facilities, service accuracy, friendliness of officers, punctuality, and ease of service procedures all have a good tendency, meaning that it can be concluded that the quality of services provided by the Regional General Hospital dr. H. Andi Abdurrahman Noor Tanah Bumbu Regency is qualified. Abstrak Peranan pegawai sub bagian fasilitasi penyelenggaraan pengawasan sekretariat DPRD dalam pelaksanaan fungsi pelayanan Anggota DPRD Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu. Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) Untuk mengetahui Bagaimana prosedur pelaksanaan fungsi peranan dalam pelaksanaan fungsi pelayanan anggota DPRD Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu. (2) Untuk mengetahui Bagaimana pelaksanaan fungsi peranan pegawainya. (3) Kendala yang dihadapi oleh pegawai sub bagian fasilitasi penyelenggaraan pengawasan sekretariat DPRD dalam pelaksanaan fungsi pelayanan anggota DPRD Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu. Penelitian memberikan hasil bahwa (1) Dapat mengetahui bagaimana prosedur pelaksanaan fungsi peranan pegawai sub bagian fasilitasi penyelenggaraan pengawasan sekretariat DPRD dalam pelaksanaan fungsi pelayanan anggota DPRD Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu. (2) serta pelaksanaan fungsi peranan pegawainya. (3) kendala dalam pelaksanaan fungsi peranan pegawai sub bagian fasilitasi penyelenggaraan pengawasan sekretariat DPRD dalam pelaksanaan fungsi pelayanan anggota DPRD Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu terdiri atas, a). alat transfortasi yang masih kurang. Saran utama harus lebih propesional dalam memfasilitasi kegiatan anggota DPRD Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu dan harus lebih mengutamakan kerjasama Tim yang baik. The research gives the result that (1) Can find out how the procedure for implementing the role of the employees of the sub-division of facilitation oversight of the DPRD secretariat in the implementation of the service functions of members of the Tanah Bumbu Regency DPRD. (2) as well as the implementation of the functions of the employee’s role. (3) the obstacles in the implementation of the function of the emplyoees role in the facilitation of the DPRD secretariat oersight in the implementation of the service functions for members of the Tanah Bumbu Regency DPRD consist of, a). Transportation tools thet are still lacking. The main suggestion should be to be more professional in facilitating teh activities of members of teh Tanah Bumbu Regency DPRD and must prioritize good team cooperation. Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyeleksi tanaman jagung berdaya hasil tinggi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di PT Syngenta Seed Indonesia Kediri Field Station dusun Sukodono desa Kedungmalang kecamatan Papar kabupaten Kediri, Jawa Timur yang berlangsung pada Mei sampai Oktober 2019. Rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) non faktorial dengan 24 genotipe uji, 4 genotipe pembanding (untuk uji daya hasil) dengan 2 ulangan. Pada uji daya hasil diperoleh 7 genotipe yaitu 18ID010144, 18ID010123, 18ID006020, 18ID010135, 18ID010125, 18ID007419 dan 18ID010148 yang memiliki daya hasil tinggi diatas genotipe pembanding daya hasil tertinggi. 24 genotipe uji yaitu 18ID010125 memiliki daya hasil 14,12 ton ha-1 genotipe 18ID010123 memiliki daya hasil tertinggi 15,28 ton ha-1 dan genotipe 18ID010148 memiliki daya hasil 13,91 ton ha-1. Yield Trial Screening on S5 Hybrid Maize (Zea mays L.)Abstract. This research aims to select maize are high yield. This research was conducted at PT Syngenta Seed Indonesia Kediri Field Station Sukodono in Sukodono sub-village, Kedungmalang village, Papar district, Kediri district, East Java, which took place from May to October 2019. The design used in this research was Non Factorial Randomized Block Design (RBD) with 24 test genotypes, 4 comparative genotypes (for yield trial) with 2 replications. The results showed that In yield trial was obtained 7 genotypes (18ID010144, 18ID010123, 18ID006020, 18ID010135, 18ID010125, 18ID007419 dan 18ID010148) which have high yields above the highest comparative yield genotypes. There were 3 genotypes selected from 24 test genotypes consist 18ID010125 has yield 14,12 tons ha-1,genotype 18ID010123 has the highest yield 15,28 tons ha-1 and genotype 18ID010148 has yield 13,91 tons ha-1.

Uji Tanaman Padi Hasil Persilangan Varietas Lokal dengan IRBB-27 terhadap Pertumbuhan dan Ketahanan Hawar Daun Bakteri Nurdin Nurdin; Bakhitar Bakhtiar; Cut Nur Ichsan

Abstrak. Penurunan hasil produksi padi disebabkan beberapa faktor salah satunya adalah penyakit hawar daun bakteri (HDB). Penyakit HDB yang disebabkan oleh Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae (Xoo). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pertumbuhan dan ketahanan tanaman padi (Oryza sativa L.) hasil persilangan antara genotipe lokal dan IRBB-27 terhadap Hawar Daun Bakteri. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancang Acak Lengkap (RAL) non faktorial dengan perlakuan genotipe dan 5 taraf diulang sebanyak 5 kali sehingga diperoleh 25 satuan percobaan. Setiap satuan prcobaan terdiri 3 tanaman sehingga total tanaman yang diamati yaitu 75 tanaman. Genotipe padi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Sigupai, Sikuneng, IRBB-27, F1 (Sg/IRBB-27) dan F1 (Sk/IRBB-27). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa padi Sg/IRBB-27 dan Sk/IRBB-27 tahan terhadap hawar daun bakteri. Lesio terpendek dijumpai pada genotipe F1 (Sg/IRBB-27) yaitu 0,34 cm pada 14 HSI. Sedangkan persentase rata-rata intensitas serangan terendah dijumpai pada F1 (Sg/IRBB-27) yaitu 0,49 %. Tanaman Sg/IRBB-27 dan Sk/IRBB-27 lebih tinggi jika dibandingkan dengan genotipe IRBB-27. Tanaman Sg/IRBB-27 dan Sk/IRBB-27 lebih tinggi jika dibandingkan dengan genotipe IRBB-27. F1 (Sk/IRBB-27) memiliki rata-rata tinggi tanaman mencapai 145,93 cm, sedangkan F1 (Sg/IRBB-27) rata-rata tinggi tanaman 142,40 cm ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil kedua persilangan belum memiliki tinggi tanaman padi yang ideal yaitu 90-100 cm.

Abstrak. Buah pala merupakan salah satu produk lokal Aceh yang dapat diolah menjadi berbagai produk makanan sampingan salah satunya adalah selai. Pada penelitian pembuatan selai daging buah pala dilakukan dengan variasi konsentrasi larutan perendaman garam (30%, 50%, 70% ) dan konsentrasi gula (0%, 2,5%, 5%). Penelitianinibertujuanuntukmengetahuipengaruh konsentrasi larutan perendaman garam dankonsentrasigulapadapembuatanselaidagingbuahpala dengan menggunakanrancangan RAL 2 faktor dengan 3 kali perulangan. Pada penelitian ini dihasilkan rendemen 52.62 %, total padatan terlarut 66,19 0Brix, kadar vitamin C 0,29 mg, kadar air 25,05%, organoleptik hedonik (warna, aroma, rasa) dan uji ranking terdapat pada perlakuan konsentrasi larutan perendaman garam 5% dan konsentrasi gula70% (P3G3). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi larutan perendaman garam (P) berpengaruh sangat nyata (P≤0,01) terhadap hedonik rasa selai pala. Konsentrasi gula (G) berpengaruh nyata (P≤0,05) terhadap kadar air, serta berpengaruh sangat nyata (P≤0,01) terhadap rendemen, total padatan terlarut, hedonik rasa, dan aroma dari selai pala yang dihasilkan. Interaksi antara konsentrasi larutan perendaman garam dan konsentrasi gula (PG) berpengaruh nyata (P≤0,05) terhadap rendemen dan rasa. Abstract. Nutmeg is one of Acehlocalproduct that canbe processed into various food product one of which is the jam. In the study of making meat nutmeg jam do with variation in the immersion solution concentration of salt (30%, 50%, 70%) and sugar concentration (0%, 2.5%, 5%). This study aim to determine the effect of soaking salt concentration andthe concentration of sugar in the manufacture ofmeat nutmeg jam using RAL 2 factor design with three repetition. In this experiment resulting yield 52.62%, total dissolved solids 66.190Brix,0.29 mg vitamin C content, 25.05%,water content, hedonic organoleptic (color, aroma, taste) and a ranking test contained in the treatment solution concentration of salt immersion 5% and 70% sugar concentration (P3G3). The results showed that the concentration of the salt solution immersion (P) was highly significant (P≤0,01) against hedonic taste nutmeg jam. The concentration of sugar (g) significant (P≤0,05) against moisture, as well as the very significant effect (P≤0,01) to the yield, total dissolved solids, hedonic flavor and aroma of nutmeg butter produced. The interaction between the soaking solution concentration of salt and sugar concentrations (PG)significant (P≤0,05) to the yield and the best taste.

Pengaruh Suhu, Pemupukan K dan N terhadap Pertumbuhan Tanaman Padi Inpari 30 (Oryza sativa L.) Husna Husna; Bakhtiar Bakhtiar; Cut Nur Ichsan

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh suhu, pemupukan K dan N terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman padi Inpari 30. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Rumah Kaca 1 dan Rumah Kaca 2 Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Syiah Kuala yang berlangsung dari bulan November 2020 - Februari 2021. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah Split-split Plot pola RAK Faktorial 2 x 2 x 3 dengan 3 ulangan sehingga terdapat 12 kombinasi perlakuan dan 36 satuan percobaan dengan total 108 unit percobaan. Faktor yang diteliti adalah suhu (T) sebagai petak utama yang terdiri dari dua taraf, yaitu T1 (28-32°C) dan T2 (33-37°C), pemupukan K (K) sebagai anak petak yang terdiri dari dua taraf, yaitu K1 (100 kg K ha-1) dan K2 (150 kg K ha-1). dan pemupukan N (N) sebagai anak-anak petak yang terdiri dari tiga taraf, yaitu N1 (100 kg N ha-1), N2 (150 kg N ha-1) dan N3 (200 kg N ha-1). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa suhu, pemupukan K dan N berpengaruh terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun dan jumlah anakan. Pemupukan K 150 kg ha-1 dan N 200 kg ha-1 efektif untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan tanaman padi inpari 30 pada suhu 33-37°C. Effect of Temperature, K and N Fertilization on Growth of Rice Inpari 30 (Oryza sativa L.)Abstract. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of temperature, K and N fertilization on the growth of Inpari 30 rice plants. This research was carried out in Greenhouse 1 and Greenhouse 2, Faculty of Agriculture, Syiah Kuala University which took place from November 2020 to February 2021. This study was conducted using the Split-split Plot design with factorial RBD pattern 2 x 2 x 3 with 3 replications so that there were 12 treatment combinations and 36 experimental units with a total of 108 experimental units. The factors studied were temperature (T) as the main plot consisting of two levels, namely T1 (28-32°C) and T2 (33-37°C), fertilization of K (K) as a subplot which consisted of two levels, namely K1 (100 kg K ha-1) and K2 (150 kg K ha-1). and fertilization of N (N) as subsubplots consisting of three levels, namely N1 (100 kg N ha-1), N2 (150 kg N ha-1) and N3 (200 kg N ha-1). The results showed that temperature, K and N fertilization had an effect on plant height, number of leaves and number of tillers. Fertilization of K 150 kg ha-1 and N 200 kg ha-1 was effective to increase the growth of Inpari 30 rice plants at a temperature of 33-37°C.

The management of original regional income in South Kalimantan Province is the responsibility of regional government officials, especially the Regional Finance Agency of South Kalimantan Province. All local original revenue management processes are of course influenced greatly by the performance of the South Kalimantan Provincial Regional Financial Agency so that a decrease or increase in a region's original regional income is more or less influenced by the performance of the South Kalimantan Provincial Regional Financial Agency . This research aims to study and examine the Performance of the Regional Revenue Management Sector of the Regional Financial Agency of South Kalimantan Province. The method used in this research is the descriptive method. The data obtained in this research are primary data and secondary data. The data collection techniques used are documentation and interviews. The analysis technique used is qualitative analysis. The Regional Revenue Management Sector of the Regional Financial Agency of South Kalimantan Province has good accountability, is able to fulfill financial obligations well, has good honesty, applies the principles of efficiency and effectiveness well, and control activities are carried out well too. So overall it can be concluded that the performance of the Regional Revenue Management Sector of the Regional Financial Agency of South Kalimantan Province all leads to good performance.

Bidang Pengelolaan Pendapatan Daerah Badan Keuangan Daerah Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan memiliki akuntabilitas yang baik, mampu memenuhi kewajiban keuangan dengan baik, memiliki kejujuran yang baik, menerapkan prinsip efisiensi dan efektivitas dengan baik, serta kegiatan pengendalian pun terlaksana dengan baik pula. Jadi secara keseluruhan dapat disimpulkan bahwa kinerja Bidang Pengelolaan Pendapatan Daerah Badan Keuangan Daerah Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan semuanya mengarah pada kinerja yang baik.
