Abstract

Abstrak. Pandemi telah menciptakan masalah yang berpengaruh pada manajemen rantai pasokan dan sistem distribusi. Kondisi ini menjadi hal yang menakutkan bagi Kota Banda Aceh yang pasokan buahnya mangandalkan pasokan dari luar kota dan luar provinsi. Akibatnya tantangan yang dihadapi bukan hanya ketersediaanya tetapi juga bagaimana cara mengaksesnya. Maka dari itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Pandemi Covid-19 terhadap rantai pasok buah-buahan di Kota Banda Aceh. Sebanyak 10 pedagang yang terbagi atas 4 Pedagang Besar Pasar Induk Lambaro dan 6 Pedagang Pengecer masing-masing 1 pedagang pengecer dari Pasar Seutui, Pasar Ulee Kareng, Pasar Rukoh, dan Pasar Peunayong, Pasar Al-Mahira, dan Pasar Neusu menggunakan pengabilan sampel dengan metode snowball sampling serta 10 konsumen menggunakan metode accidental sampling. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa rantai pasok buah-buahan di Kota Banda Aceh terganggu akibat adanya Pandemi Covid-19 yang meliputi perilaku konsumen, permintaan, dan persediaan, sedangkan sumber produk dan harga tidak terpengaruh oleh hadirnya Pandemi Covid-19.The Covid-19 Pandemic and Its Effect on the Fruit Supply Chain in The City of Banda AcehThe pandemic has created problems affecting supply chain management and distribution systems. This condition is a scary thing for Banda Aceh City, whose fruit supply relies on supplies from outside the city and outside the province. As a result, the challenges faced are not only its availability but also how to access it. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the effect of the Covid-19 pandemic on the fruit supply chain in Banda Aceh City. A total of 10 traders divided into 4 wholesalers from the Lambaro Main Market and 6 retailers, 1 retailer each from Seutui Market, Ulee Kareng Market, Rukoh Market, and Peunayong Market, Al-Mahira Market, and Neusu Market used sampling method snowball sampling and 10 consumers using the accidental sampling method. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the fruit supply chain in Banda Aceh City was disrupted due to the Covid-19 Pandemic which included consumer behavior, demand, and supply, while product sources and prices were not affected by the presence of the Covid-19 Pandemic.

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik konsumen, Faktor atribut kepuasan, dan tingkat kepuasan konsumen terhadap usaha kedai kopi di Kota Banda Aceh. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari hasil observasi dan hasil wawancara dengan konsumen dan pemilik kedai kopi di lokasi penilitian dengan bantuan kuesioner. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) dan Importance and Performance Analysis (IPA). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik konsumen kedai kopi tersebut rata-rata orang yang berumur 20-29 tahun, berjenis kelamin laki-laki dan dominan mahasiswa/I, Faktor yang mempengaruhi atribut kepuasan adalah kualitas Produk, Harga, Pramusaji, Proses, Tempat, Bukti Fisik dan Promosi. Hasil analisis Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) yang diperoleh yaitu sebesar 81% yang menyatakan bahwa konsumen merasa sangat puas. Analysis Of Consumer Satisfaction Level In Coffee Shop Business In Banda Aceh City Abstract. This study aims to determine consumer characteristics, satisfaction attribute factors, and the level of consumer satisfaction with the coffee shop business in Banda Aceh City. The type of data used in this study is primary data obtained from observations and interviews with consumers and coffee shop owners at the research location with the help of a questionnaire. The analytical method used in this study is the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Importance and Performance Analysis (IPA). The results of this study indicate that the characteristics of the coffee shop consumers are, on average, people aged 20-29 years, male and predominantly college students. Factors that influence satisfaction attributes are product quality, price, waiter, process, place, Physical Evidence and Promotion. The results of the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) analysis obtained were 81% which stated that consumers were very satisfied.

Abstract

Abstrak.Provinsi Aceh merupakan salah satu daerah yang berpotensi dalam produktivitas jeruk besar dan salah satu penyumbang jeruk besar tertinggi di Indonesia. Produksi jeruk besar di Aceh didominasi oleh lima kecamatan yang menghasilkan produksi terbanyak dari 23 Kabupaten/Kota di Aceh, salah satunya Kabupaten Bireuen. Jeruk besar (putih manis) merupakan salah satu kultivar unggul jeruk besar yang dikembangkan di Kabupaten Bireuen. Ketersediaan jeruk besar belum tersedia secara kontinu di pasaran. Kondisi tersebut menyebabkan pemasaran jeruk besar menjadi terbatas. Produksi jeruk besar yang tidak kontinu tersebut dipicu oleh rendahnya produktivitas dan keberadaan populasi tanaman jeruk besar ini semakin berkurang akibat pengurangan lahan pekarangan untuk pembangunan rumah. Hal tersebut menyebabkan keberadaan habitat asli tanaman jeruk besar ini semakin terancam dan jeruk besar belum digarap di areal hamparan yang lebih luas. Faktor tersebut merupakan kendala petani dalam mengembangkan budidaya jeruk besar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis apakah aspek produksi dan pemasaran jeruk besar menjadi faktor penghambat jeruk besar, serta untuk mengetahui faktor manakah yang menjadi penghambat utama dari aspek produksi dan aspek pemasaran dalam pengembangan jeruk besar di Kecamatan Peusangan. Metode pengumpulan data diperoleh dari data primer dan sekunder. Data primer melalui wawancara dan mengedarkan kuesioner, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari instansi - instansi yang terkait dengan penelitian seperti BPS, Dinas Pertanian Aceh, jurnal dan literatur lainnya. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis hirarki proses (AHP). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aspek produksi dan aspek pemasaran merupakan aspek yang menjadi penghambat dalam pengembangan jeruk besar. Pada aspek produksi faktor penghambat utama yaitu biaya operasional sedangkan pada aspek pemasaran faktor penghambat utama adalah harga.(An Analysis Of  Inhibiting Factors For The Development Of Production And Marketing Of Jeruk Besar (Citrus maxima (Burm) Merr.) In Peusangan, Bireuen)Abstract. Aceh Province has the potential for high citrus productivity and is one of Indonesia's largest contributors of large oranges.The production of large oranges in Aceh is dominated by five sub-districts that produce the most production out of 23 districts/cities in Aceh, one of which is Bireuen Regency. Langer orange (sweet white) is one of the superior cultivars of big orange developed in Bireuen Regency. The availability of large oranges is not continuously available in the market. This condition causes the marketing of large oranges to be limited. The discontinuous production of large oranges was triggered by low productivity and low productivity. The existence of this large citrus plant population is decreasing due to the reduction of yard land for house construction. This causes the existence of the original habitat of this large orange plant to be increasingly threatened, and large oranges have not been cultivated over a wider expanse of land. This factor is an obstacle for farmers in developing large citrus cultivation. The purpose of this study is to analyze whether the production and marketing aspects of large oranges are the inhibiting factors for large oranges and to find out which factors are the main obstacles from the production and marketing aspects in the development of large oranges in Peusangan District. Data collection methods were obtained from primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through interviews and distributing questionnaires, while secondary data was obtained from agencies related to research such as BPS, Aceh Agriculture Service, journals, and other literature. The method of data analysis used hierarchical process analysis (AHP). The results showed that aspects of production and aspects of marketing are aspects that become obstacles in the development of large oranges. In the production aspect, the main inhibiting factor is operational costs, while in the marketing aspect, the main inhibiting factor is price.

Abstract

Agricultural activities still have a very strategic role in supporting national development, both for economic growth and equitable development. The strategic role of the agricultural sector for economic growth includes: food producers for the population of Indonesia, foreign exchange earners through exports, providers of industrial raw materials, increased employment and business opportunities, increased GDP, poverty alleviation and improvement of agricultural human resources through agricultural extension activities. The purpose of this study is to, (1) Knowing farmers' satisfaction with extension services in farming development in Pidie District, and (2) Knowing the relationship between the quality of agricultural extension services to the development of farming in Pidie District. This research was carried out in the Dayah Syarief Village, Mutiara District, Pidie District. The sample in this study were all farmers who numbered 90 people. The independent variables in this study are: (X1), Response (X2), Confidence (X3), Empathy (X4), Physical Evidence (X5) and Farmer Decision (Y) as the dependent variable. Data is collected using the survey method through a questionnaire filled out by Farmers. The data processing in this study will use the SPSS program (Statistical Package for the Social Science). The satisfaction of farmer with extension services in farming development in Busu Dayah Syarief Village, Mutiara District, Pidie District based on the results of research on Farmer Satisfaction variables obtained an average value of (4.18), so that respondents' assessment of the Farmer Satisfaction variable was influenced by variables of reliability, responsiveness , Belief, empathy and physical evidence. The relationship of the quality of agricultural extension services to the development of farming in Busu Dayah Syarief Village, Mutiara District, Pidie District, based on the results of the analysis concluded that of the five variables studied, it turns out the Confidence variable (X3) has the most dominant influence of 0.422% on Farmer Satisfaction. The relationship between the dependent and independent variables is each variable Reliability (X1), Responsiveness (X2), Confidence (X3), Empathy (X4), and Physical Evidence (X5) to Farmer Satisfaction with a correlation index of 0.978 or 97.8 % This means that the relationship is very strong. Then the index of determination of each variable Reliability (X1), Responsiveness (X2), Confidence (X3), Empathy (X4), and Physical Evidence (X5) is 0.957 or 95.7%, this means that the 5 variables have a significant effect towards farmer satisfaction in farming development, and by 4.3% which is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
