Abstract

In the era of globalization, the empowerment of local potential has become increasingly important, especially at the village level. The village of Semar in Pagerwojo District, Tulungagung Regency, is a major dairy-producing area, with 60% of its population engaged in dairy farming. However, the Sri Wigati Dairy Cooperative (KUD), which has traditionally been the primary buyer of milk, is facing management issues, forcing farmers to sell their milk to private collectors with limited capacity. As a result, a significant portion of the milk goes unsold, posing a potential economic loss. To address this, a previous community service initiative taught farmers how to process milk into milk crackers, although these products have remained limited to local consumption despite their added value. Therefore, the focus must shift to the regional or national market. This community service program aims to: 1) enhance the competitiveness of local products, 2) empower the community, 3) optimize the value chain, 4) increase income, 5) develop a sustainable business model, 6) foster partnerships, and 7) improve community knowledge and skills. The outcomes of this initiative align with the established goals, marking a positive first step towards improving the welfare and economy of the Semar Village community.

Abstract

The legal consequences of notaries not including one of the heirs in the deed of inheritance is a problem that often occurs in notary practice in Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to analyze the legal consequences of the actions of a notary who does not include one of the heirs in the deed of inheritance. The research method used is normative juridical with a statutory regulation approach, namely through library research and analysis of legal documents. The results of the study show that the actions of a notary who does not include one of the heirs in the deed of inheritance can result in the invalidity of the deed through a lawsuit for canceling the deed. Therefore, the notary must comply with the applicable laws and regulations and carefully examine the identities of all heirs involved in making the deed of inheritance.

Abstract

Indonesia's adolescent pregnancy prevalence necessitates comprehensive determinant identification for evidence-based preventive strategy formulation. This research analyzes correlations between reproductive health knowledge, parental role functioning, and peer influence on teenage pregnancy among female adolescents in Ciseeng Health Center, Bogor Regency, West Java Province. Cross-sectional design employed among 65 adolescents aged 15-19 years during October 2024-January 2025 using stratified random sampling. Data collection utilized validated questionnaires based on WHO Adolescent Sexual and Reproductive Health Indicators, Parental Monitoring and Support Scale, and Peer Pressure Inventory with Cronbach Alpha (α=0.84; 0.81; 0.79). Demographic characteristics showed 60% aged 17-19 years, 40% aged 15-16 years, with 55.4% experienced pregnancy validated through medical records. Univariate analysis identified knowledge deficiency (64.6%), parental dysfunction (63.1%), and high peer influence (66.2%). Chi-Square analysis confirmed associations of low knowledge (p=0.001; OR=3.5; 95% CI=1.8-6.7), inadequate parental roles (p=0.002; OR=3.2; 95% CI=1.6-6.1), and dominant peer influence (p=0.001; OR=3.8; 95% CI=1.9-7.2) with adolescent pregnancy. Multivariate logistic regression identified peer influence as strongest predictor (AOR=3.80; 95% CI=1.67-8.65).
