Abstract

The existence of an area, including the village, can be judged by whether there is a change in a better direction. For this reason, the skills of the village apparatus and the involvement of local residents are needed to make it happen. Change can be seen from the emergence of innovation in the environment. Innovation is an absolute necessity for answering the agenda of bureaucratic reform. This paper aims to examine the form of innovation that was driven in Blang Dhod village, Tangse sub-district, Pidie District since 2015. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method, through the process of collecting data from interviews with informants from government officials and villagers at the location, research, observation, and documentation. The results of the study revealed that there were four new types of programs developed in the village, namely coffee processing as a superior product of Blang Dhod village, Amil Zakat, Infaq, and Sadaqah (BAZIS), blood bank, and online village magazine (village website).  Keywords: innovation, local geverment, Blang Dhod village.

Abstract

Budaya Korea Selatan yang masuk ke Indonesia baik melalui drama, k-pop, fashion dan kuliner yang khas, telah membentuk trend tersendiri di kalangan remaja, bahkan dewasa. Khusus untuk makanan Korea, penikmat kuliner di kota Banda Aceh sudah sangat familiar dengan kimchi, tteobokki, kimbab, korean garlic cheese bread dan lain-lain. Peneliti menemukan setidaknya terdapat 5 gerai kuliner yang menawarkan jajanan Korea di Kota Banda Aceh,  baik yang dijual secara online maupun offline.  Namun dari literatur yang peneliti pelajari menyebutkan bahwa di Indonesia prosentase produk makanan  Korea paling sedikit mendapatkan sertifikasi halal dibandingkan produk makanan yang berasal dari Cina dan Jepang (Ramita Paraswati, 2017). Aceh sebagai wilayah dengan mayoritas muslim, kepastian kehalalan produk makanan menjadi hal yang utama.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi sejauh mana penyelenggaraan jaminan produk halal yang dilakukan oleh Majelis Permusyawaratan Ulama Aceh (LPPOM MPU Aceh) pada peredaran makanan, khususnya makanan Korea dengan merujuk pada Qanun Aceh Nomor 8 Tahun 2016 Tentang Sistem Jaminan Produk Halal. Dengan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, melalui tahapan wawancara dan observasi, peneliti menggali informasi lebih mendalam dari para informan untuk menjelaskan langkah-langkah yang telah dilakukan oleh LPPOM MPU Aceh dalam rangka penjaminan produk halal, terutama pada makanan Korea di kota Banda Aceh.  Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa belum ada gerai makanan Korea di Banda Aceh yang telah tersertifikasi halal MPU Aceh. Hal ini dilatarbelakangi oleh mind set pelaku usaha bahwa selama bahan baku yang dipergunakan halal, maka otomatis produk olahan mereka terjamin kehalalannya.

Abstract

The number of people with mental disorders in Nagan Raya Regency reached 367 cases as  of August 2022 with various causes including schizophenia, depression, domestic violences and drug abuse.  This paper aim to examine the handing carried out based on the synergy of the Health Service and Community Health Centers which is supported by other communities such as the sub district head, gampong officials and local residents in hading ODGJ  cases, in order to reduce the number of ODGJ  in Nagan Raya Regency.  This research  uses four indicators of synergy according  to Doctroff, namely; effective communication, researchers detail the information obtained to answer the problem of this research.  Through the four indicators that have been tested, the results of this research show that there has been synergy between the Health Service and the Nagan Raya Regency Puskesmas inhandling people with mental disorders.
