Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop magic crossword puzzle media in the material ofnatural phenomena. This research is a Research and Development. Implementation magiccrossword puzzle media using one group pretest-posttest control design with the subjects are fifthgrade students SDN 2 Gedong Mulyo Mulyo academic year 2016/ 2017. The results magiccrossword puzzle media consists of two parts, front page and back page. The front page iscrossword puzzle and the back page is pieces of pape. The results validate from two validatorsare media developed by the researchers included in the category of valid use in the fiftth grade ofelementary school. Magic crossword puzzle effective in material natural phenomena from thepretest result is 55,56 % posttest result is 94,4 %. Students activity is 32 % and teacher activity is38 %. Students also give good respon to magic crossword puzzle meda.

Abstract

This research is a development research that aims to produce character-based comics on the material excretion system for students of SMP / mt class8 quality.thus this comic can be used as a teacher reference in biology learning and can be used by learners as an additional source of learning.This development research uses the ADDIE model (Analysis, Desain, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Assessment instruments used to assess the quality of character-based comics,namely in the form of a questionnaire covering several aspects, namely the truth and the extent of the concept, linguistic, character integration, appearance and implementation of learning.the quality of the comics was assessed by 2 media experts, 2 material experts, 5 pree reviewers, and 17 8th grade students SMP Ma’arif NU Asy-syafi’iyah Lohgung . in a limited trial.this data quality obtained in qualitative form then processed into quantitative data.Quantitative data are analyzed in every aspect of the assessment.the final score obtained is converted to qualitative level of product quality by guidance according to the criterion of idea rating category.thus the results of this development research indicate that the character-based comics on the material excretion system in humans for students of SMP / mts grade 8 memenyuhui kreteria quality and worthy of use as a biological teaching materials.

Abstract

This research is based on the result of early observation of biology learning in class VII A SMP Nurull Anwar Desa Pakel Subdistrict Montong Tuban District showing some obstacles in the implementation of KBM, ie learning is still dominated by teachers so that students are less active in learning. The average value obtained by students 62.90. This is not in accordance with the KKM that reaches 75. This study aims to improve biology learning outcomes to be better, both individual values and classical values. To achieve that goal, the researcher uses the TTW (think talk write) model, which is in this learning. Students are asked to make notes from the reading result individually (think). Students then interact and collaborate with friends to discuss the discussed tasks previously shared Teacher (talk). Furthermore, the students write the result of the discussion (write). The research method used is Classroom Action Research Method (PTK), Action Research This class is carried out in 2 cycles. The subjects of the study were the students of class VII A Junior High School Nurul Anwar Pakel Village, Montong District, Tuban Regency in the academic year 2016/2017, which numbered 28 students. The instrument used in this study is the test of learning and observation. Learning result test is used to measure student's success, observation is used through observation format to measure teacher and student performance in learning. The results showed an increase in value between before the study, cycle I and cycle II. Previously, before the research the average value of students is only 62.90, then the value of the cycle I score in the average student obtained 72.25 with 72% complete learning. The second cycle average value increased to 87.49 with 87.50% complete learning. Thus it can be concluded that student learning outcomes both individually and classically can be improved through the TTW learning model, it is suggested that biology learning with this approach can be used as an alternative method of teacher in delivering the subject matter especially on biology.

Abstract

Education is the most important in human life especially with the development of science and technology as a supporter in education. The main problem faced by the world of education is the low level of student learning outcomes. Based on the results of field observations obtained data, that the average score achieved in grade VIII students less than KKM. So need to do research by using blended learning model. This study aims to determine the effect of blended learning model of learning outcomes of students of SMP Negeri I Brondong academic year 2017/2018. This research belongs to Quasi experimental research by using pretest-post test. The instruments used in this study are pretest and posttest test. The data obtained from this research is then analyzed using t-test. Based on the results of research on the effect of learning model of blended learning through the media of image on the students of class VIII SMPN I Brondong Lamongan Year 2017/2018 that is the influence of learning model blended learning through the media images of student learning outcomes on the subject of excretory system. The result of the research shows that there are significant differences in the results of the class biology study which are studied using the conventional model and the class that is taught using the blended learning model through the media of the picture in the VIII students of SMP Negeri I Brondong. The result of data analysis of student learning result showed that the average value of cognitive domain of experimental class is 76.2 while control class is 72,4%. From the analysis of data can be concluded the average value of the experimental class is higher than the control class. It is there influence the learning model blended learning through the media images of student learning outcomes.

Abstract

PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF THINK TALK WRITE (TTW) UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA  SEKOLAH MENENGAH PERTAMA (SMP) AbstractThis study aims to improve biology learning outcomes to be better, both individual values and classical values. the researcher uses the TTW (think talk write) model, which is in this learning. Peneliti menggunakan model TTW (Think Talk Write), yang dalam pembelajaran ini. Siswa diminta membuat catatan dari hasil bacaan satu per satu (berpikir). Siswa kemudian berinteraksi dan berkolaborasi dengan teman-teman untuk mendiskusikan tugas-tugas yang dibahas yang sebelumnya dibagikan Guru (bicara). Selanjutnya, siswa menulis hasil diskusi (menulis). Metode yang digunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK), dalam 2 siklus. Subyek penelitian siswa kelas VII A SMP Negeri Nurul Anwar Pakel Desa, Kecamatan Montong, Kabupaten Tuban pada tahun akademik 2016/2017, yang berjumlah 28 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes pembelajaran dan observasi. Tes hasil belajar digunakan untuk mengukur keberhasilan siswa, observasi digunakan melalui format observasi untuk mengukur kinerja guru dan siswa dalam pembelajaran. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan nilai antara sebelum penelitian, siklus I dan siklus II. Sebelum penelitian nilai rata-rata siswa hanya 62,90, maka nilai siklus I skor pada rata-rata siswa 75,18 dengan tuntas belajar tuntas 72%. Nilai rata-rata siklus kedua meningkat menjadi 81,10 dengan 87,50% menyelesaikan pembelajaran. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil belajar siswa baik secara individu maupun klasik dapat ditingkatkan melalui model pembelajaran TTW, disarankan agar pembelajaran biologi dengan pendekatan ini dapat digunakan sebagai metode alternatif guru dalam menyampaikan materi pelajaran terutama pada biologi.

Abstract

This study aims to develop learning media and know the feasibility of learning media Macromedia Flash 8basedapproach to the concept.This research is included in research and development (R & D) To develop Macromedia Flash 8 based learning media using ADDIE development model which includes five stages including Analysis (Analysis), Design (Design), Development (Development), Implementation (Implementation), evaluai (Evaluation). Product development using Macromedia Flash software. The subjects of the 2-person expert test and 2 person media experts, all test subjects are UNIROW lecturers, large-scale trials of 28 students of grade VIII Mts Hasyimiyah Bulu Bancar. Methods used in collecting data by collecting instruments in the form of assessment sheets for experts (expertjudgment), questionnaire (questionnaire) for students. This data quality is obtained in qualitative form then processed into quantitative data. Quantitative data is analyzed every aspect of the assessment. The final score obtained is converted to qualitative quality of the product by guidance according to the criteria of the ideal rating category.Thus the results of this development research shows that the development of learning media Macromedia Flash 8 based on the concept of students approach SMP / MTs class VIII meet the criteria of quality and worthy of use as a biological teaching materials.

Abstract

Do research on learning model VAK (Visualization, Auditory, Kinestethic) on Assessing curriculum subjects. This study aims to 1). To determine students' achievement in the subject class of 2012 Assessing curriculum as applied learning model VAK (Visualization , Auditory , Kinestethic), 2). To determine the response or responses of students to study with the model VAK (Visualization, Auditory, Kinestethic). This research was conducted at the University of PGRI Ronggolawe (UNIROW) Tuban on the School Year 2015/2016 odd semester. This study uses a pre experimental design, where the object of the study was the 7th semester student of class 2012 who took a course curriculum Assessing many as 20 students. Instruments in this study 1). Test, test given to students to obtain data on student achievement, 2). Questionnaire, for students regarding the response or responses to learning that uses the model VAK (Visualization, Auditory, Kinestethic). Student achievement can be calculated by the value obtained by the students. Values obtained for individual students, where students who attend learning if the student earned a minimum of B. In addition calculated too classical learning success. For the analysis of data on student response to the learning model VAK (Visualization, Auditory, Kinestethic) descriptive quantitative look at the answers of students to the aspects in question, is then calculated by the presentation of the results showed that students who obtained A = 15%, AB = 30%, B = 40%, BC = 15%. And the success of classical learning 85%. The response of students to study with the model VAK (Visualization, Auditory, Kinestethic) is positive, proved to be> 70% of the students were delighted.Keywords:      VAK Learning, Ahcievement Study, Course Curriculum

Abstract

This reseacrch is based on the researcher’s desire to know the ability of MA Mambaul Ulum students in using blended learning based on dynamic intellectual  learning on the subjeccts of Biology class X of academic year 2017/2018. This study aims to: (1) khow the design of blended learning development based on dynamic intellectual learning, (2) to know the effectiveness of the use of blended learning based on dynamic intellectual learning on Biology class X add semester in MA Mambaul Ulum. The type of this research is development research using ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model. Data collection is done by using document recording, questiononnaires,   and tests. The instruments of data collection used are document recording, questionnaire sheet, and multiple choice type objective test. Data analysis used is descriptive analusis of quolitative, quantitative descriptive, and inferential statistic (t-test). This means that blended learning proved to be effective can significantly improve Biology learning outcomes, so it is advisable to other researchers to develop semilar blended learning or other media that is more interesting as a learning media for students on Biology subjects and other subjects.

Abstract

The purposes of this research are to (1) To produce science learning media based Macromedia Flash 8 on the subject matter environmental pollution for students of grade VII junior high school, (2) To know the quality of science learning media based Macromedia Flash 8 on the subject matter environmental pollution can be used in science learning for student of grade VII junior high school. This research is development research (Research and Development) by using model of ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The research instrument is used a questionnaire.. The quality of instructional media is assessed by reviewers (1 media expert, 1 material expert, 1 science teacher, And response from 30 students of grade VII junior high school 5 Tuban through large and small group trial). The quality value data obtained was analyzed using qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis based on the ideal assessment category. The result of the research based on criteria of validity according to (Khabibah 2006) can be concluded that Macromedia Flash 8 based learning media on environmental pollution material is included in the valid criteria, because the average total validation result from teacher, material expert, or media expert get more score than 4. Student response data on large group trials showed 86, 66%. Based on the criteria of positive responses of students according to (Khabibah 2006), it can be concluded that the response of students to media based learning Macromedia Flash 8 environmental pollution material is included in the category very positive, because more than 85% of students give a positive response. Based on the assessment of media experts, material experts, science subjects teachers and Student response reviewed from all aspects showed the quality of science learning media based Macromedia Flash 8 including excellent category . Based on the Assessment can be concluded that the science learning mediabased Macromedia Flash 8 on the subject matter of environmental pollution developed feasible use in science learning.

Abstract

Sampah adalah bahan yang tidak digunakan lagi yang berbentuk padat maupun cair.Sampah akan menimbulkan berbagai masalah jika tidak ditangani secara baik Sampah-sampah di laut merupakan salah satu sumber pencemaran laut dan sebagai penyebab global berbagai dampak ekologis. sampah anorganik merupakan sampah yang sulit membusuk,seperti botol dan gelas plastik minuman,kertas,kayu dan sebagainya Sampah organik ,sampah yang cepat membusuk,seperti kulit buah-buahan,sayuran,sisa makanan,buah-buahan,daun -daun kering.Sampah organik ini dapat diolah menjadi kompos.Pengomposan dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan biourine.Tujuan dari pelatihan ini mengetahui bahaya sampah organik dan memanfaatkan sampah organik menjadi kompos dengan bamtuan biourine.Metode yang digunakan adalah sosialisasi bahaya sampah organik,pelatihan dan worshop.Kesipulan dari pelatihan ini dari tanggapan peserta pelatihan mengenai bahan yang digunakan dalam pelatihan banyak tersedia di lingkungan tempat tinggal mereka,terutama bahan EM4,tetapi mereka tidak tahu penggunaannya.Keunggulan pelatihan ini,kompos dari sampah organik dengan bantuan biourine dapat mempercepat pertumbuhan tanaman dan juga pupuk ini ramah lingkungan.Namun pupuk ini memiliki kekurangan yaitu proses pembuatanya membutuhkan waktu yang lama.
