Abstract

This research is formulated: How is the effect of technological development on student morality? What are the positive and negative impacts of technological development for students? What can strengthen student solidarity? The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of technological development on student morality. Know the positive and negative impact of technological advances. Know the things that can strengthen student solidarity. Case study method with qualitative analysis. Researchers conducted direct interviews on students, studying moral books, internet, research-related research researchers, and so forth.

Abstract

One of hadith discourse is the doctrine of claim that the companions of the Prophet are  the group is considered to know the group's most religious doctrines in the original form. The companions also transmit all riwayah to the next generation. A transmission path can only be accepted if they have the criteria of justice. The problem is, will this criterion of justice was applied to the companions of the Prophet?.This article will to review and discuss back discourse companions justice ('al-Sahabah) is. Rational arguments and historical completing this study to re-open nature of this issue and look at its implications for the study of modern traditions.

Abstract

The study of spirituality seems never to stop giving humans an understanding of the concept of self and divinity. Discussions about spirituality entered a crucial period marked by the success of science and technology in revealing non-rational secrets that were difficult to solve in the past. This paper aims to discover the importance of spiritual maturity on brain health. This research approach is qualitative with the technical method is literature study. This study indicates that researchers still have not recognized the importance of spiritual maturity essential for brain health. However, the interest of scientists on this issue is increasing and getting various responses from various groups.

Abstract

Sufism as a spiritual life was frequently to be a return place for the tired man because of his life journey and an escape place for the pressed man. Beside that, actually sufism can strengthen the week individuals missing his self-existance. By sufism, they found the real meaning of life. In the teachings of sufi order, the seeker (salik) has to pass through spiritual path (thariqah) in order to know Allah as the Final Goal by passing a long journey and spiritual stations (maqamat) to improve their bad characteristics. This is significant to do for salikin, especially to make his inner empty, and then adorn and decorate it with all of good characteristics to reach higher and higher stations (maqamat). In the other hand, they found a religious-psycological experiences which is called ahwal to achive the spiritual experiences with Divine Reality (Haqiqah).

Abstract

This paper aims to analyze al-Ghazali's Sufism thoughts in the book Minhajul Abidin. The research method used is library research. Therefore, the basic analysis that the author uses is the method of content analysis (content analysis). The conclusion concludes that al-Ghazali's Sufism, its relevance to worship, is an inseparable unit, because worship is the actualization of morality that comes out of a sense of service and is full of sincerity. Worship has stages, all of which require several spiritual (sufistic) stages, as a process of worship. Of all these Sufistic values, al-Ghazali always uses knowledge, things and 'charity, cognitive, affective and psychomotor). With the first stage of knowledge, then he will do ('amal) as the second stage, namely repentance. The third stage he faces as a barrier in worship (uqbat al-awa'iq). The fourth stage is sustenance and various calamities that befall it. The fifth stage is the impetus in worship ('uqbat al-bawa'is) namely with khauf (fear) and raja (full of hope). The stages are the stages of destruction (uqbqt al-qawadih). The last stage is praise and gratitude ('uqbat al-hamd wa al-syukr)

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of istighosah activities at the Ar-Raaid Islamic boarding school on mental health during the pandemic. As it is known that the presence of Covid-19 has brought serious impacts such as anxiety and fear. The research method used is qualitative-descriptive with a thematic approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and literature review. The results of the study concluded that istighosah activities at the Ar-Raaid Islamic Boarding School had a good influence on mental health. The mentality of the students who were initially disturbed by the emergence of Covid-19 gradually improved along with regular istighosah. Istighosah has strengthened the students' belief that whatever happens is by Allah's will.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss the differences in the understanding of hadith about rukyat between Nahdatul Ulama and Muhammadiyah organizations. This research is a qualitative type through literature study by applying the sharah hadith method and comparative analysis. The results and discussion of this study indicate that there are differences between Nahdatul Ulama and Muhamadiyah in determining the beginning of the month of Qomariah, especially Ramadhan, Syawal and Dzulhijah. Nahdatul Ulama uses rukyatul hilal and istikmal because in books that muktabar rukyatul hilal and istikmal have clear sanad and reckoning only as an assistant when in the field. Meanwhile, Muhamadiyah in determining the beginning of the month of Qomariah did not use the rukyatul hilal but instead used the true reckoning method with the criteria for the form of al-hilal, but the traditions about rukyat were still used. This research concludes that basically Nahdatul Ulama and Muhamadiyah have no fundamental differences where Muhammadiyah views that the urfi reckoning system has several weaknesses so that it is still consistent with the criteria of wujudul hilal and considers reckoning in modern times obligatory and non-negotiable, while Nahdatul Ulama tend to rely on salaf ulama based on a cautious attitude, even though they have made predictions, they will still wait for the results of rukyat in the field when determining the beginning of the month. In this case, Nahdatul Ulama and Muhammadiyah agree that rukyat and reckoning are the means to determine the beginning of entering the month of Qomariah today.

Abstract

This study discusses gratitude, because gratitude is a very important teaching in Islam, so that in the Qur'an it is called remembrance and worship of Allah. The method used in this research is qualitative through literature study with content analysis. The research discussion includes general views on gratitude, the meaning of gratitude in the Qur'an, and the concept of gratitude in the Qur'an. This study concludes that Gratitude is an acknowledgment that we do to Allah as the giver of favors, with gratitude Allah will always add to the enjoyment he has given and gratitude is one of the highest levels to Allah.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to discuss the hadith of the Prophet SAW. About the Utilization of Miswak in Toothpaste. This research method is qualitative through the approach of takhrij and syarah hadith with chemical analysis. The result and discussion of this study concluded that the use of miswak in toothpaste made teeth cleaner and protected from plaque for a long time. This study recommends developing the benefits of miswak through the chemical field.

Abstract

Pluralisme merupakan fenomena yang tak terhindarkan terutama dalam persoalan keagamaan. Agama hadir dalam berbagai bidang kehidupan, terutama dalam kehidupan. Dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan moderasi beragama di masyarakat plural yang, yakni yang menjadi kasus ini yaitu di Desa Kertajaya, Kecamatan Ciranjang, Kabupaten Cianjur. Di Desa Kertajaya tersebut telah terjadi kerukunan antar umat beragama melalui terjalinnya silaturahmi yang ada di sana. Hal tersebut didapati pada penemuan penelitian bahwa adanya kegiatan sosial keagamaan di Desa Kertajaya, sebagai contoh, mereka tidak memaksakan pandangan agama mereka pada orang lain dan Interaksi ataupun Hubungan Muslim-Kristen di Desa Kertajaya, Kecamatan Ciranjang, Kabupaten Cianjur, sangat inklusif. Hal tersebut didorong oleh beberapa faktor diantaranya: faktor historis, faktor teologis, faktor sosiologis dan faktor politis. Kesimpulannya yaitu penerapan moderasi seperti ini cocok untuk diadopsi oleh masyarakat plural yang berada di wilayah lain untuk meningkatkan kerukunan beragama sehingga terciptanya harmonisasi antar umat beragama.
