Abstract

The purpose of writing this report is to solve the problem in the city of Palembang, about the sales container of small and medium enterprises (UKM) that do not exist. The solution of the problem is Palembang city requires a system of information on the sale of UKM to support the improvement of the sales system in the Industry ERA 4.0. The benefits of this information system is to facilitate the seller in selling the product through UKM E-Commerce, and this information system can also facilitate the buyer in purchasing UKM products in the city of Palembang without having to come to the store or come to the sales stand. Data is collected based on direct observation of activities related to informatics learning. The result is the information system of small and medium enterprises (UKM) in Palembang city. The conclusion is that the small and medium business information system (UKM) uses PHP and MySQL programming language that can be accessed by the Admin, UKM product vendor, and buyer through a browser that can increase sales and become a container of UKM in Palembang

Abstract

In relation with wireless technology development, one of the GSM (Global System for Mobile Communication) technology, which is more inexpensive and with wider abroad global range capacity, consequence use of the cellular phones not only for specific community but also all the community level. SMS (Short Message Service) is one of the facility cellular phone which was known by every people. Besides it is inexpensive in operational cost, this facility could be also used for communicating and transferring information in real time so that this facility is one of the best choice for every people even though other facilities such as EMS or MMS were also developed. Beside communication is one of human needed purpose, security is also become human needed. One of the examples is the home security system. With the high human activities to fulfill their economics need, it is reducing their time for being at home, gathering with their family and also to protect the security of their houses. This condition create writer to conduct experiment and make instruments to monitor and control the security system from far away with effectively and efficiently. Hand phone with SMS facilities which is used for interchange information by remote and wireless, could be used for the one of the best solution to control remote home security system. By using additional computer and technology, it could be make security computer system with effective and efficient power and space. Hand phone could be use as an alternative facility to control remote home security. To implement the above experiment, writer try to design control system which is control home electric appliances using computer facilities at home. It is preparing hardware and software to control electric appliances at home for switch on and switch off automatically such as electric power, electronic equipment, radio and television including for home security monitoring by using SMS.

Abstract

Interaction has played important role in learning process. In general, learning interaction is demonstrated by open discussion in campus environment or by delivering conversation in classroom activities. Nowadays, learning interaction is supported by information technology. Information technology is adopted by many researchers through various concepts with the same purpose, i.e. change learning interaction into more collaborative and attractive learning experience for student. Smart Classroom is one of the concepts that describe the implementation of the Information technology used in educational environments, especially in learning process. Smart Classroom itself is a part of research Intelligent Environment. It demonstrates an Information technology environment combined the involvement of teachers and students in learning process. Many scenarios of smart classroom concept have been implemented with the help of existing tools. The tools could be software or hardware that is integrated into single environment. In this research, researcher tried to develop an application based on Smart Classroom concept. In contrast with previous research, this research provides an application where participants will be able to deal with Smart Classroom solution in single package software without any need for additional hardware.

Abstract

Permasalahan sampah di kawasan perkotaan masih menjadi tantangan serius, terutama pada wilayah padat penduduk seperti bantaran sungai yang memiliki risiko pencemaran tinggi. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan mengubah perilaku warga dalam pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga melalui pendekatan edukatif dan pendampingan partisipatif. Lokasi kegiatan difokuskan di Kelurahan 27 Ilir dan Kelurahan Lorok Pakjo, Kota Palembang. Metode yang digunakan meliputi sosialisasi secara langsung dan pendampingan rumah tangga selama dua minggu. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman warga terhadap pemilahan sampah serta penerapan praktik pengelolaan sampah yang lebih bertanggung jawab. Temuan ini dianalisis menggunakan Theory of Planned Behavior (Ajzen, 1991), yang menekankan pentingnya sikap, norma sosial, dan persepsi kontrol dalam membentuk niat dan perilaku. Kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan edukatif dan partisipatif dapat menjadi strategi efektif dalam membangun budaya pengelolaan sampah yang berkelanjutan di tingkat komunitas.

Abstract

E-Marketing is a strategy applied by companies to promote products through the internet or online platforms. The implementation of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) aims to help companies improve customer satisfaction and loyalty by enhancing customer experiences, expanding market reach, and increasing profitability. Amid rapid business growth, CRM has become an essential solution. This system enables companies to manage customer information efficiently, record all interactions, and provide more responsive services. As a result, companies can make better decisions and develop more targeted marketing strategies. This community service activity aims to provide training and guidance on using CRM-based E-Marketing applications for CV. Aku Teknologi. The outcome of this activity is an improvement in the knowledge and skills of CV. Aku Teknologi employees in South Sumatra in conducting sales and transactions of IT Security System equipment.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan bantuan sosial oleh pemerintah di Desa Mardiharjo menunjukkan masalah signifikan dalam identifikasi penerima yang berhak. Meskipun bantuan telah diberikan, sejumlah penerima tidak memenuhi syarat, sementara yang lebih membutuhkan justru tidak mendapatkannya. Dalam upaya peningkatan efisiensi dan keakuratan, penulis melakukan penelitian yang menerapkan Metode K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN) untuk menyusun klasifikasi penerima bantuan. Penggunaan K-NN dengan nilai k sebesar 5 menghasilkan aplikasi klasifikasi yang membedakan dengan jelas status kebutuhan warga, memastikan bahwa warga mampu tidak lagi menerima bantuan sementara warga yang memerlukan mendapat prioritas. Pengujian menggunakan confusion matrix menunjukkan tingkat akurasi model sebesar 76,25%. Hasil ini menegaskan bahwa pendekatan K-NN mampu meningkatkan seleksi penerima bantuan dengan akurasi yang memadai, mengurangi kesalahan dalam identifikasi dan meningkatkan efisiensi penyaluran bantuan sosial di tingkat lokal, seperti yang terjadi di Desa Mardiharjo.

Abstract

Stunting merupakan gangguan tumbuh kembang pada anak yang disebabkan oleh kekurangan gizi, seringnya infeksi, dan kurangnya stimulasi psikososial. Kota Palembang, sebagai salah satu kota di Indonesia, juga menghadapi masalah stunting yang signifikan. Dinas Kesehatan Kota Palembang berlaku penting dalam melakukan monitoring dan intervensi untuk mencegah dan menurunkan angka stunting di wilayah mereka. Namun, perlu adanya sistem yang efektif dan efisien untuk membantu dalam memprediksi status stunting kedepan nya, sehingga langkah-langkah pencegahan dan intervensi dapat dilakukan secara tepat sasaran. Dalam upaya untuk mengatasi masalah stunting, Dinas Kesehatan Kota Palembang melakukan berbagai program dan kegiatan seperti penyuluhan gizi, pemantauan pertumbuhan anak, dan pemberian makanan tambahan. Namun, efektivitas program-program tersebut perlu terus di evaluasi dan ditingkatkan. Perangkat lunak berbasis web ini, berfungsi melakukan prediksi peningkatan ataupun penurunan status stunting pada wilayah Kota palembang dengan Metode Fuzzy Mamdani karena kemampuannya dalam mengatasi ketidakpastian data dan kompleksitas karakteristik stunting. Sistem menggunakan variabel linguistik dan aturan fuzzy untuk memberikan prediksi yang akurat berdasarkan data yang terkumpul. Sehingga hasil yang diperoleh berupa kesimpulan bahwa status stunting di wilayah Kota Palembang akan menurun di tahun 2024.

Abstract

Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah Provinsi Sumatra Selatan adalah sebagai unsur pelaksana Pemerintah Provinsi di bidang Penanggulangan Bencana, mengemban tugas dan tanggung jawab mewujudkan penyelenggaraan penanggulangan bencana yang terencana, terpadu, terkoordinasi dan menyeluruh. Karena Provinsi Sumatera Selatan mempunyai banyak potensi bencana alam maka dibuat aplikasi Sistem Informasi Potensi Rawan Bencana pada Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Yang  dibangun dengan berbasis Android untuk mempermudah pengguna aplikasi dalam melaporkan bencana yang ada disekitaran masyarakat, Sistem informasi ini menggunakan metode RUP (Rational unifed process)yang terdiri dari inseption, Elaboration , Construction , Transitiondari aplikasi yang akan dibuat semoga dapat membantu masyarakat melaporkan potensi bencana dan bencana yang telah terjadi ke Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) sehingga dapat di tanggapi dan tindakan metigasi bencana secara cepat.
