Abstract

Planning is the process of defining organizational goals, making strategies to achieve that goal, and developing plans for organizational work activities. While performance is what is done and what is not done by employees is the work that has been achieved by employees. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of participatory planning on employee performance at the Secretariat of the Regional Representatives Office of the Gunungsitoli City. In this study the authors analyzed the research data using quantitative methods. The dependent variable (Y) of this study is performance, while the independent variable (X) is planning. The population in this study were all employees in the Secretariat Office of Gunungsitoli City DPRD, while the sample was 24 people. Based on the data collected from the research conducted, the results were obtained that there was an influence of participatory planning on employee performance at the Gunungsitoli City DPRD Secretariat Office ".

Abstract

This research is the application of employee career management at the Tuhemberua District Office, North Nias Regency. Data collection techniques using the method of documentation and interviews. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of career management at the Tuhemberua District Office, North Nias Regency. All positions at the Tuhemberua District Office have been filled by civil servants who have been assigned to the Tuhemberua District Office. In the informant's statement it is known that the employee's career development process has not developed properly due to several factors such as education, age and years of service of the employee.

Abstract

Along with economic developments in Indonesia, accounting is expected to be able to follow these developments. This is because accounting serves as a provider of information for economic decision making. This study aims to analyze the role of accounting in advancing national economic development. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The type of data used in this study is qualitative data, which is categorized into two types, namely primary data and secondary data. Sources of data obtained through library research techniques (library studies) which refers to sources available both online and offline such as: scientific journals, books and news sourced from trusted sources. These sources are collected based on discussion and linked from one information to another. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews and documentation. This data is analyzed and then drawn conclusions. Based on the description analysis above, it can be concluded that the role of accounting in the global economic development of the country cannot be underestimated because it is related to public trust both nationally and internationally. Therefore, accounting has become a profession that is needed in the economic world.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian yakni untuk mengetahui untuk mengetahui sebagaimana rumusan masalah yang ada diatas, untuk mewujudkan tujuan tersebut dilakukan teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara wawancara, pengamatan dan dokumentasi, kepada informan yakni pegawai Sempoa Sip TC Gunungsitoli. Skripsi ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif yang didasari dengan wawancara dalam mengolah data, agar data yang diperoleh lebih akurat. Hasil dari penelitian ini yakni: Monitoring yang dilakukan oleh Sempoa Sip dilakukan dengan monitoring secara langsung dan monitoring secara tidak langsung. Monitoring yang dilakukan Sempoa Sip Gunungsitoli dalam hal ini berfokus pada monitoring pada saat dilakukannya evaluasi kerja, yang dimana sistem yang digunakan adalah monitoring secara langsung dan tidak langsung dan juga sistem evaluasi yang digunakan adalah evaluasi pimpinan ke karyawan, evaluasi karyawan ke karyawan dan evaluasi karyawan ke pimpinan. penerapan monitoring dan evaluasi yang dilakukan oleh Sempoa Sip Gunungsitoli dilakukan dengan metode dokumentasi yang berasal dari hasil kegiatan pembelajaran yang dilakukan sehari-hari yang dimana akan menjadi indikator penilaian kinerja pada saat dilakukannya evaluasi kerja, bentuk dokumentasi ini berupa catatan kelas. Catatan kelas ini berisi uraian sistem pembelajaran dan metode pembelajaran yang diterapkan pada saat dilakukannya kegiatan pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Selain dokumentasi penerapan monitoring dan evaluasi yang dilakukan oleh Sempoa Sip Gunungsitoli juga dilakukan metode wawancara, metode wawancara ini dilakukan untuk melihat sejauh mana pengetahuan dari pegawai akan kinerja yang dilakukan selama ini, metode wawancara ini dilakukan pada saat adanya evaluasi kinerja pada Sempoa Sip Gunungsitoli yaitu sekali dalam enam bulan. Alur dari wawancara ini dapat dilihat pada tabel 1 yang dimana terdapat alur wawancara yang dilakukan seacara acak. Dan metode penerapan monitoring dan evaluasi yang dilakukan oleh Sempoa Sip Gunungsitoli yang dilakukan terakhri adalah dengan metode pengisian Balance Score Card (BSC) yang menjadi pendukung tambahan dalam penerapan monitoring dan evaluasi pada Sempoa Sip Gunungsitoli. BSC dilakukan untuk memastikan upaya yang dilakukan sesuai dengan startegi dan visi Sempoa Sip secara keseluruhan. BSC ini tidak hanya diisi oleh pegawai Sempoa Sip Gunungsitoli namun juga diisi oleh orang tua peserta didik untuk melihat hasil yang dicapai oleh Sempoa Sip Gunungsitoli. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perencanaan tenaga pendidik terhadap kinerja pendidik di Yayasan Budi Bakti Keuskupan Sibolga. Fokus utama adalah untuk menentukan apakah ada pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif dari perencanaan tenaga pendidik pada peningkatan kinerja pendidik. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, penelitian ini mengukur variabel perencanaan tenaga pendidik (variabel X) dan kinerja pendidik (variabel Y) melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 48 guru di SD Swasta RK Mutiara dan SMP Swasta Bunga Mawar. Data yang dikumpulkan diolah menggunakan SPSS Versi 23, menerapkan teknik analisis deskriptif dan inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari perencanaan tenaga pendidik terhadap kinerja pendidik, dengan nilai r hitung pada semua item melebihi nilai r tabel, dan nilai Cronbach's Alpha yang tinggi (0.840 dan 0.833). Analisis regresi linear sederhana mengungkapkan bahwa perencanaan tenaga pendidik memiliki pengaruh positif yang substansial terhadap kinerja pendidik. Dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 62.5%, penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa sebagian besar variabilitas dalam kinerja pendidik dapat dijelaskan oleh faktor perencanaan tenaga pendidik. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan penting tentang perlunya perencanaan sumber daya manusia yang efektif dalam organisasi pendidikan untuk meningkatkan kinerja pendidik. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan adopsi strategi perencanaan tenaga pendidik yang lebih terstruktur dan terfokus di lembaga pendidikan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pendidikan.

Abstract

Raw material inventory is a key element in the manufacturing process that has a significant influence on product quality. Efficient and effective management of raw materials is essential in ensuring the final product meets established quality standards. There are also things that are unsatisfactory on the CV. Lenta experienced several obstacles, such as the quality of the products produced still not reaching what customers expected, this was due to limited supplies of raw materials and also less than optimal production processes. Research Objectives: (1) To find out whether there is an influence of raw material supply on product quality; (2) Knowing how much influence raw material supplies have on product quality. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. Research results: (1) Raw Material Supplies have a positive effect on Product Quality. This is justified by the value of valid data processing results. Abstract

Total Quality Management (TQM) is an integrated management system that emphasizes quality improvement as a company strategy that aims to ensure customer satisfaction by involving all parts of the organization. This research aims to determine the application of TQM, determine product quality, and determine product quality improvement at Delaux Paper printing in Gunungsitoli City. The research method used is descriptive research. Based on research results, implementing TQM requires commitment from the entire organization. In printing, all employees must be involved in efforts to improve product quality. Training, building a quality culture, and active participation of all team members are essential in creating an environment that supports continuous product quality improvement. TQM helps printers to achieve significant product quality improvements and Data-based performance measurement is a key component of TQM, by collecting and analyzing data about product quality, printers can identify problems, track progress and take appropriate corrective action. Effective use of data helps printers make decisions based on facts and evidence, and directs continuous improvement efforts.

Abstract

This research analyzes the application of total quality management (TQM) in an effort to increase customer satisfaction at the Yonnas Hotel in Teluk Dalam City, South Nias Regency. Hotels are a service industry that includes lodging, food and beverage services, travel agencies and others, the hotel industry operates in the service sector This accommodation is also the same as other industries. Where it is growing and there are more and more hotel buildings in every place. Both in big cities and small towns. The main function of the hotel industry is as a temporary residence for guests who generally go on long trips, or carry out special and general activities and can also be a place for tourists who want to go on holiday, and can also be a place for meetings, gatherings, birthday events. , as well as wedding events. The aim of this research is to determine the application of total quality management (TQM) in an effort to increase customer satisfaction at the Yonnas Hotel in Teluk Dalam City, South Nias Regency. This research uses qualitative research methods using data collection, data reduction and documentation techniques. The data analysis techniques are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The sources of informants for this research are the leaders (owners) of the Yonnas Hotel, general managers, employees and customers/guests of the Yonnas Hotel. The results of this research show that implementing TQM can increase customer satisfaction if it is fully implemented or implemented. Where TQM refers to organizational change, starting from changes in structure, goals, leadership and the role of employees in achieving a goal. Total Quality Management (TQM) in an effort to increase customer satisfaction can also achieve total business excellence and competitiveness. Because customer satisfaction is the level of customer satisfaction after receiving the services provided by a business. Therefore, with the main elements in TQM that can be used as a reference in increasing customer satisfaction, namely focus on customers, obsession with quality, scientific approach, long-term commitment, teamwork, continuous system improvement, education and training, controlled freedom, unity of purpose, employee involvement and empowerment. If the TQM elements are fully implemented or implemented within the Yonnas Hotel, it can increase customer satisfaction effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the analysis of consumer satisfaction in using goods delivery services on J&T Express in West Nias Regency. This study is a descriptive research with qualitative approach with J&T Express research object of West Nias Regency. Data sources are taken from documentation, interview results and observation results. In this study, interviews with various questions on research topics were conducted directly. The results of the study show that consumers are less satisfied in the services provided by J&T Express Nias Barat in terms of delivery services and delivery of goods to direct consumer addresses, where many consumers complain whether it is delay in delivery of goods, damage to goods, couriers making unilateral cancellation of goods or errors of delivery that become an evaluation material for J&T's own services so that the service provided to consumers is even better.

Abstract

Competency is a collection of knowledge, behavior and skills that teachers must have to achieve learning and educational goals. Competence means the ability to realize something in accordance with the tasks given to someone. This research aims The aim of this research is to find out how important it is to develop competencies in SDN. 071168 Laehuwa, Alasa Talumuzoi sub-district, to find out how teachers perform at SDN. 071168 Laehuwa Alasa Talumuzoi sub-district. The research was carried out using a qualitative approach using observation, interviews and documentation methods. Based on initial observations or observations made by researchers regarding the problem of low teacher performance. In facing their work, teachers experience boredom, tension, and even stress. This causes teacher performance to be not optimal. There are subordinates who have a high work ethic, some who have a low work ethic, some who are frustrated, some who have a high work ethic, some who have high skills, some who are less skilled. There are also those who feel bored with their work, there are those who want challenging assignments. All of these are existing situations and conditions. Based on the research results, the importance of competency development in improving teacher performance at elementary school. 071168 Laehuwa, Alasa Talumuzoi sub-district is that teachers' active participation in developing knowledge, applying innovative teaching methods, developing skills, and a positive attitude in carrying out roles and functions are important keys to creating an effective learning environment and providing a positive impact on students at State Elementary School 071168 Laehuwa.
