Abstract

During the technological era, it had many impacts on various industries in Indonesia, one of which was the telecommunications industry which experienced a drastic increase in customer demand due to work from home instructions that could make working from anywhere so that discussions and giving work orders were not limited by space and time. This makes working hours longer and erratic, causing changes to routines and causing job performance to be disrupted, so an appropriate compensation strategy is needed by taking into account job satisfaction and employee engagement. Therefore, it is interesting to study how these factors affect job performance. This study aims to examine the effect of compensation given by the company on job performance mediated by job satisfaction and employee engagement. This research is a quantitative research with random sampling which involved 187 employees of PT Telkom Indonesia Regional Jabodetabek Banten. The analytical tool in this study uses SEM-PLS. The results of the study have novelty, namely compensation does not have a direct significant effect on job performance, but can be through employee engagement mediation. In addition, this study shows that job satisfaction has no significant effect on job performance either directly or as a mediating variable. The implication for the company is to know the importance of increasing compensation through employee engagement to improve job performance. From the results of the study, it is recommended to study more deeply related to other factors that affect job performance in other industries Keyword: Compensation, Job satisfaction, Employee Engagement, Job Performance

Abstract

Changes, especially in the Postpandemic era, can bring new opportunities and problems to businesses and organizations. These changes can trigger Psychological Contract Breach, which if left unsolved can end up with Turnover Intention of employees. The presence of Emotional Exhaustion experienced can also worsen the situation at work. This study aims to analyze the effect of Emotional Exhaustion as an intervening variable on the relationship between Psychological Contract Breach and Turnover Intention on employees of a digital education company in Jakarta. This study used a questionnaire survey to collect data to test research hypotheses. The type of research used is quantitative, with the PLS-Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The research sample selected using the purposive sampling method was 200 employees of a digital education company in Jakarta. Psychological contract breach on emotional exhaustion; emotional exhaustion on turnover intention; psychological contract breach on turnover intention ; psychological contract breach on turnover intention through emotional exhaustion.

Abstract

This study discussed whether there is a positive influence between Volunteer Management and Work Environment on Intention To Continue Volunteering mediated by Job Satisfaction of Central Jakarta Disaster Siaga Taruna (TAGANA) volunteers. This study aims to analyze the variables namely Volunteer Management, Work Environment, Intention To Continue Volunteering and Job Satisfaction and aims to analyze the positive influence between Volunteer Management on Job Satisfaction, To analyze the positive influence between Work Environment on Job Satisfaction, To perform analysis of the positive influence between Job Satisfaction on Intention To Continue Volunteering, To analyze the positive influence between Volunteer Management on Intention To Continue Volunteering mediated by Job Satisfaction, To analyze the positive influence between Work Environment on Intention To Continue Volunteering. The research method is descriptive quantitative with the aim of testing hypotheses, the data used are cross sectional, the unit of analysis used is the individual and the background of this research is no contrived setting. This research is related to the field of Human Resource Management, in particular to see the relationship between the Job Satisfaction variable with the concept of Green Society and Green Human Resource Management. The results of this study indicate that the Volunteer Management and Work Environment variables have a positive effect on Job Satisfaction, the Job Satisfaction variable has a positive effect on Intention To Continue Volunteering, Volunteer Management and Work Environment have a positive effect on Intention To Continue Volunteering mediated by Job Satisfaction. The limitations of this research are that it is only conducted in one organization, namely Central Jakarta Disaster Preparedness Youth (TAGANA), the research variables used are only Volunteer Management, Work Environment, Intention To Continue Volunteering and Job Satisfaction and the research respondents are volunteers in the Disaster Preparedness Team. (TAGANA) Central Jakarta.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to examine whether there is a relationship between variable stop management support, service culture and service orientation. Where is the service culture is antecedent of service orientation. This case, was also examined the relationship between service orientation, service quality, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty in starbucks coffee cibubur square, cibubur junction, bogor rest area, botani square, and university of indonesia. In this study, data were collected through surveys and structural equation modeling is used for data analysis. The number of samples as many as 100employees and 100 customers starbucks coffee that is divided in cibubur square, cibubur junction, bogor rest area, botani square, and university of indonesia and 100 customers of Starbucks Coffee. Factor analysis with SPSS and structural equation model with AMOS program used to test the hypothesis.The results of this study indicate that the support of top management, the service culture was positively related to service orientation and service quality. However, the service quality to customer satisfaction found a negative relationship.Then between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty is strong and positively related to each other.Keywords : Services, Organizational culture, Service quality, Satisfaction, Loyalty.

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan : Penelitian ini untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh transformational leadership terhadap student performance yang dimediasi oleh student satisfaction dan motivation to learn dalam pembelajaran online. Desain/Metodologi/Pendekatan : Data primer menggunakan kuesioner berjumlah 258 mahasiswa. Skala Likert digunakan untuk mengukur seluruh variabel. Pengolahan data menggunakan SEM. Hasil Penelitian : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh hipotesis diterima. Pengaruh antar variabel adalah positif dan signfikan. Keterbaruan/Nilai : Penelitian ini menekankan peran mediasi student satisfaction dan motivation to learn dalam pengaruh transformational leadership terhadap student performance dalam pembelajaran daring di seluruh strata tempat penelitian dilakukan. Abstract Purpose : This research was to investigate the impact of transformational leadership to students performance through student satisfaction and motivation to learn towards online learning. Design/Methodology/Approach : The primary data was obtained using questionnaire of 258 students, Likert scale was used to measure all variables.. Data analysis was performed using SEM. Results: This study indicated that all hypothesis are accepted. The influence among variables are positive and significant. Originality : The research was conducted using online learning system in all degrees by stressing mediating roles of student satisfaction and motivation to learn to achieve student performance.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh empowering leadership, kreativitas individu, dan iklim organisasi terhadap perilaku inovatif individu pada jasa transportasi di Jakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode purposive sampling dan analisnya menggunakan regresi berganda. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menujukkan ada pengaruh positif dari empowering leadership, kreativitas individu, iklim organisasi secara bersama terhadap perilaku inovatif individu. Implikasinya adalah meningkatkan empowering leadership dengan meningkatkan kreativitas individu agar karyawan selalu melakukan pekerjaannya dengan kreativitas tinggi tanpa batasan. Perusahaan juga harus membuat karyawan merasa aman karena penerapan iklim organisasi yang tercipta dengan baik didalam perusahaan dan menjadikan karyawan memiliki perilaku inovatif individu sehingga dapat memberikan masukan dan dapat mengembangkan ide-idenya

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of psychological capital, job satisfaction and human capital management on employee performance with employee engagement as a mediating variable at PT. HI. This study uses a quantitative method that uses primary data sourced from questionnaires distributed via google form to employees at PT HI. The research sample was selected using purposive sampling method with a population of 254 employees, so that 155 employees were obtained as samples. Data analysis used for hypothesis testing is Covariance-Based Structural Equation Modeling (CB-SEM) and the software used is AMOS and to test the hypothesis of mediating variables using the Sobel Test. The results of this study indicate that there are several hypotheses that have a positive effect including; psychological capital on employee engagement, job satisfaction on employee engagement, employee engagement on employee performance, psychological capital on employee performance, job satisfaction on employee performance, and job satisfaction on employee performance through employee engagement. In addition, the results also found information that there is no positive influence between human capital management on employee engagement, human capital management on employee performance, psychological capital on employee performance through employee engagement, and human capital management on employee performance through employee engagement.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work life balance (WLB) which is thought to have an influence on employee performance (EP) with job stress (JS), job commitment (JC) as mediation. The data used in this study is primary data sourced from questionnaires distributed to respondents. The research sample is the Directorate General of Taxation employees who work in the KPP unit in the West Jakarta working area using the convenience sampling method so that 245 respondents are obtained as samples. Data analysis used to test the hypothesis used the PLS SEM (Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (SEM)) analysis method. The results showed that work life balance has a positive effect on employee performance, job stress and job commitment can mediate the effect of work-life balance on employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Compensation and Emotional Intelligence on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as an intervening varible for employees of the Tangerang Manufacturing Industry.The Research methodology is through a questionnaire survey to collect data to test the research hypothesis. The type of research used is quantitative with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach using Analysis of Structural Moments (AMOS). The sample used in this study was 150 employees of a Manufacturing Industry Company in Tangerang. The results of the study have five hypotheses and all of them are supported, which states that there is an effect of Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable between Compensation and Emotional Intelligence on Employee Performance. Managerial implications in this study, it is hoped that related companies can pay more attention to the long term impact regarding emotional intelligence this is done so that there is no miss communication between employees so that employees can provide good employee performance. manufacturing industry companies need to reevaluate the suitability between compensation and the workload given, especially on overtime wages in order to have a positive impact in increasing employee performance. manufacturing industry companies need to pay more attention to employee job satisfaction that increase worker productivity, can be done by providing work motivation to employees for example providing rewards so that employees feel appreciated, this can affect employee performance.

Abstract

People are important resources for the achievement of the vision and mission of the company's organization as a whole. HR development is the process of making employees better and better able to help a company achieve its goals. This study aims to test and analyze "Analysis of Factors Causing Employee Performance in the Healthcare Sector". The sample used in this study was 150 respondents who worked in health services. Testing was carried out using SEM analysis. The results of this study support the hypothesis that Employee Competence has a positive effect on Employee Performance, Work Motivation has a positive effect on employee performance, There is an influence of employee competence on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable. This research produces implicit results for owners and management of Health Services to improve Employee Performance by paying attention to and increasing Employee Competence and Work Motivation.
