Abstract

In the midst of today's new normal era, the world economy has become very competitive. Many companies are competing to create innovations and make modifications to produce the best service to be provided, especially in the health sector. Health services in the new normal era like today need adaptation in providing services to the community, especially at dental clinics. This study aims to test and analyze "The Influence of Leadership and Employee Motivation on Employee Performance" The sample used in this study was 150 respondents who worked at the Main and Private Dental Clinic Companies. Testing was carried out using SEM analysis. The results of this study support the hypothesis that Leadership has a positive influence on Employee Motivation, Employee Motivation has a positive effect on Employee Performance, Leadership has a positive influence on Employee Performance with Employee Motivation as a mediating variable. This research has implications for the owner and management of the Main Dental Clinic and Personal to improve Employee Performance by paying attention to and increasing Employee Motivation and Leadership, so that in the end it can affect Employee Performance.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid 19 yang melanda dunia memberi pukulan bagi dunia usaha termasuk UMKM. Pembatasan yang dilakukan pemerintah untuk mengurangi kerumunan membuat penjualan UMKM turun drastis. Untuk mengurangi kerugian yang timbul, dunia usahapun beralih ke pemasaran secara online, salah satunya dengan memanfaatkan media sosial. Namun demikian belum semua pelaku UMKM memahami manfaat media sosial sebagai sarana untuk mempromosikan produk. Hal ini disebabkan oleh pengetahuan yang minim tentang berbagai kemudahan yang disediakan oleh media sosial untuk meningkatkan penjualan produk. Sekolah Kewirausahaan Bina Amanah Cordova (SKBAC) adalah Lembaga pendidikan yang mendidik calon wirausaha dan mereka yang telah menggeluti dunia usaha di tingkat UMKM adalah mitra PKM Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Trisakti. Untuk memberikan pemahaman dan meningkatkan wawasan siswa tentang pemanfaatan media sosial untuk memasarkan produk, maka tim PKM Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Trisakti melakukan penyuluhan kepada para siswa. Tujuan penyuluhan ini adalah mempersiapkan siswa agar melakukan perubahan dalam pemasaran yaitu menggunakan media sosial yang dari beberapa hasil penelitian terbukti berhasil meningkatkan penjualan UMKM. Kata Kunci: media sosial, UMKM.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan guna menganalisis pengaruh Compensation terhadap Employee Performance yang dimediasi oleh Job Satisfaction. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan kuantitatif melalui menyebar kuesioner. Metode yang digunakan berupa pengujian hypotesis testing. Pengujian hipotesis memakai analisis regresi berganda melalui software SPSS 25. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dari 161 karyawan yang bekerja di Industri Manufaktur yang berada di Kota Depok dan Kabupaten Bekasi dengan menggunakan metode sensus sampling. Hasil uji hipotesis memberikan gambaran adanya pengaruh positif Compensation terhadap Employee Performance, adanya pengaruh positif Compensation terhadap Job Satisfaction, serta adanya pengaruh positif Compensation terhadap Employee Performance yang dimediasi oleh Job Satisfaction. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan ini diharapkan dapat menambah masukan bagi para manajerial perusahaan agar melakukan manajemen kompensasi yang baik agar dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan sehingga dapat menghasilkan kinerja karyawan yang baik.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh job stress terhadap employee performance yang dimediasi dengan organizational commitment. Penelitian ini penting sebab berangkat dari upaya perusahaan untuk meningkatkan persaingan dan mencapai keunggulan di tengah persaingan bisnis. Pengujian hipotesis pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi berganda yang menggunakan software SPSS 25. Data dalam penelitian ini, dikumpulkan dari 152 karyawan dengan metode sensus sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Job Stress memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap Employee Performance, Job Stress memiliki pengaruh negatif pada Organizational Commitment, adanya pengaruh positif Job Stress terhadap Employee Performance yang dimediasi oleh Organizational Commitment. Diharapkan dari hasil penelitian dapat menambah refrensi bagi para manajerial untuk menurunkan stres kerja karyawan, agar dapat meningkatkan komitmen organisasi yang dapat menghasilkan kinerja karyawan yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan dan pengembangan yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja terhadap retensi pegawai di sektor perbankan. Penelitian ini menganalisis karyawan PT. Bank Mandiri Untuk mempertahankan karyawan, strategi retensi karyawan sangat penting untuk memiliki pengalaman dan keterampilan berkualitas agar tetap ingin berada di perusahaan dalam jangka waktu yang lama  sehingga pengetahuan dan keahlian yang telah dimiliki karyawan tidak berpindah ke perusahaan lain serta mengurangi biaya perekrutan dan pelatihan karyawan baru. Job satisfaction memiliki hubungan langsung dan positif dengan employee retention di sektor swasta di Mesir. Oleh karena itu, hasil penelitian ini memberikan dukungan empiris yang kuat untuk hipotesis bahwa training and development dan job satisfaction mempengaruhi employee retention.

Abstract

The dynamism of the current work environment, especially for ASN Bandung Regency, makes the government need employees who provide quality and timely services as a form of satisfaction and community expectations. For that, leaders must understand the most suitable leadership style to be applied by government employees. The leadership style for employees who work from home (WFA) is expected to increase work engagement through work-life balance in the organization. This study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with 500 respondents from Bandung Regency ASN employees. The purpose of this study was to analyze the work-life balance mediating the effect of transformational leadership, transactional leadership, and servant leadership on the work engagement of Bandung Regency Government employees. The population of this research is the government employees of Bandung Regency . The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. Findings: The leadership styles in the organization owned by the head of ASN in Bandung Regency to increase work engagement through work-life balance are transactional leadership and servant leadership. Originality/values: In one study, analyzing work-life balance mediates the effects of transformational leadership, transactional leadership, and servant leadership on work engagement.

Abstract

Kompleksitas tantangan ekonomi yang semakin meningkat di Indonesia menegaskan urgensi peranan regulator industri keuangan dalam merumuskan kebijakan yang memengaruhi kesejahteraan masyarakat secara keseluruhan serta reputasi pemerintah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh transformational leadership, emotional intelligence, dan work-life balance terhadap kinerja dan kepuasan kerja karyawan di lembaga regulator industri keuangan Indonesia, serta mengidentifikasi peran kepuasan kerja sebagai mediator. penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian kausal yang bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan sebab-akibat antara variabel-variabel tertentu dengan melakukan hypothesis testing. Penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan di lembaga regulator industri keuangan Indonesia, sambil menekankan pentingnya kepuasan kerja sebagai perantara dalam hubungan antara faktor-faktor tersebut dan kinerja kerja. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa transformational leadership, emotional intelligence, dan work-life balance memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja kerja serta kepuasan kerja karyawan di lembaga regulator industri keuangan Indonesia.

Abstract

Business continuity in information technology services is starting to become a concern for many industries, along with these developments making employees look for job opportunities to be able to have a career in IT companies. In addition, employees who have the intention to change jobs consider several other factors. This study aims to analyze the effect of co-worker relationships, job mismatch, work-life balance on job satisfaction and turnover intention in Information and Technology Service Companies in West Jakarta. The data collection technique in this study was a questionnaire and library research. This study has a sample of 100 respondents which is the entire population of employees of an Information and Technology Services Company in West Jakarta using a saturated sampling technique as a sampling technique. Structural equation model (SEM) method with AMOS software version 22. The results of this research show that co-worker relationships have a positive effect on job satisfaction, job mismatch has no effect on job satisfaction, while work-life balance has a positive effect on job satisfaction, then job satisfaction has a negative effect on turnover intention.

Abstract

Objective: to analyze the influence of motivation, employee development and teamwork on employee performance through employee engagement in service industry employees. Research Method: The type of research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative with a cross sectional design using a questionnaire. The research sample was selected using convenience sampling and snowball sampling methods with a total of 120 respondents consisting of service industry employees in Jakarta and Kalimantan. Data analysis used to test the hypothesis uses Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the software used is SMART-PLS 3 to test direct effects, and SMARTPLS 3.0 Bootstrapping to test indirect effects. Research Results: Motivation, employee development and teamwork have a positive effect on employee engagement. Employee development, teamwork and employee engagement have a positive effect on employee performance. Motivation has a negative effect on employee performance. Employee development has no effect on employee performance through employee engagement. Motivation and teamwork influence employee performance through employee engagement. Managerial Implications: Evaluation material for companies in the service sector that want to improve employee performance by increasing employee motivation, employee development, teamwork and employee engagement.

Abstract

In a dynamic and competitive financial industry, employee performance (performance) plays a key role in determining the success and growth of the organisation. This study aims to analyse the effect of work motivation, workload, and competency on job satisfaction, and its impact on performance in the financial industry in Jakarta.  This research uses quantitative methods by distributing questionnaires to employees in the financial industry in Jakarta. The data collected was then analysed using regression analysis to test the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The results showed that work motivation, workload, and competency have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Furthermore, job satisfaction was also found to have a significant effect on employee performance. These findings confirm the importance of paying attention to these factors in improving employee performance in the financial industry. Organisations need to develop effective strategies and policies to increase work motivation, manage workload, and develop employee competencies. By paying attention to these factors, it is expected to increase job satisfaction and ultimately improve employee performance in the highly competitive financial industry. This study concludes that work motivation, workload, and competency have a significant effect on job satisfaction, which in turn has an impact on improving employee performance in the financial industry. The findings provide practical implications for organisations to pay attention to these factors in an effort to improve employee performance.
