Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh motif belanja hedonis dan gaya hidup berbelanja pada pembelian impulsif dengan emosi positif sebagai variabel Intervening pada pelanggan Lippo Plaza Kupang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analisis dengan penelitian eksplanatori. Sampelnya adalah 123 responden dengan teknik simple Insidental. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen untuk mengumpulkan data seperti pelanggan yang telah melakukan pembelian di Lippo Plaza Kupang dalam 4 bulan terakhir. Data dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dariLisrel 8.80, hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa: (1) nilai belanja hedonis memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap emosi positif. (2) nilai belanja hedonis tidak memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap pembelian impulsif. (3) Gaya Hidup Berbelanja tidak memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap emosi positif (4) Gaya Hidup Berbelanja memiliki efek positif dan signifikan terhadap emosi positif, (5) Emosi Positif memiliki efek positif dan signifikan terhadap Pembelian Impuls, (6) Hedonic Motif Berbelanja memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap Pembelian Impuls melalui Emosi Positif (7) Gaya Hidup Belanja tidak memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap Pembelian Impuls melalui Emosi Positif.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh antara variabel pelatihan terhadap variabel produktivitas kerja pegawai melalui variabel intervening kompetensi pegawai dan pengaruh variabel produktivitas kerja pegawai terhadap variabel kinerja perusahaan (studi kasus peserta pelatihan di BNI Corporate University). Data diperoleh langsung dengan memberikan kuesioner kepada peserta yang mengikuti pelatihan di BNI Corporate University di Jakarta selama periode waktu November 2018 sampai dengan Desember 2018, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 149 sampel. Dalam menganalisis data, penelititian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analisis dengan pendekatan statistik Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan software Lisrel. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kompetensi pegawai, variabel pelatihan berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai, variabel kompetensi pegawai berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai, produktivitas kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan dan variabel pelatihan tidak mampu mempengaruhi secara signifikan variabel produktivitas kerja tanpa melalui variabel intervening kompetensi kerja.

Abstract

Industri otomotif yang secara konsisten menunjukkan pertumbuhan, tidak bisa dilepaskan dari sumber daya manusia sebagai aset intelektual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kompensasi kerja, job insecurity, kepuasan kerja, stress kerjadan komitmen organisasi terhadap turnover intention. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai bentuk survey penelitian. Responden berjumlah 50 karyawan. Pengolahan data menggunakan piranti lunak Smart PLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kompensasi kerja, kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap turn over intention, job insecurity, stres kerja dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh terhadap turn over intention.

Abstract

The Covid-19 virus, which is designated as a pandemic, continues to grow significantly and sustainably globally. The Covid-19 pandemic that has spread in various countries has had an impact on many sectors, from agriculture, mining, trade to the construction sector. PT Brantas Abipraya (Persero), especially in the Operations Division 2 as a contractor, has anticipated the impact of this pandemic. The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact and mitigation plans of the Covid-19 Pandemic in terms of Operational and Financial aspects that occurred in the Operations Division 2 of PT Brantas Abipraya (Persero). After the financial analysis is carried out, the following can be obtained; The NPV shows a positive number so that this construction business is still feasible. The IRR calculation is found to be 14.53% greater than the interest rate of 10.50%, so this construction business is declared feasible. The payback period is estimated to be in the 12th year. Profitability Index is obtained a value of more than 1, so this construction business is feasible. In the operational aspect, the covid pandemic does not have much effect because government programs still prioritize infrastructure projects that can be carried out by companies but the source of funding from projects comes from the company's own funds and loan funds from banks with SCF or Supply Chain Financing and the value of the cash flow plan is in poor condition. normal.

Abstract

This research was conducted to test and analyze the effect of leadership, customer focus, employee training and empowerment, process management, and continuous improvement as elements of Total Quality Management on operational performance. The method used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the SmartPLS application. The population in this study is the employee of The Plastic Injection Company for automotive and electronic components in North Jakarta (the “Company”) as many as 450 people. The type of sample in this study was purposive sampling and obtained by respondents as many as 206 respondents. The test results showed that leadership negatively affects operational performance, customer focus has no effect on operational performance, employee training and empowerment have no effect on operational performance, process management has a positive effect on operational performance, and continuous improvement has a positive effect on operational performance

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi, gaya kepemimpinan dan job insecurity terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. August Indonesia Jaya Jakarta Utara. Jumlah responden yang digunakan sebanyak 40 karyawan PT. August Indonesia Jaya. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode analisis dengan program SmartPLS3. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara parsial job insecurity tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan

Abstract

This study aims to examine the tenure, training, motivation, performance appraisal, compensation and employee performance on work productivity. This study uses quantitative methods with the Smart-PLS 3.0 software tool to process questionnaire data. The sample in this study amounted to 92 employee respondents consisting of two units, namely business units consisting of operations division 1, operations division 2 and operating division 3, equipment and precast units, Abipraya Properti and Brantas Energi units and work units consisting of the marketing department, production, finance, human capital, business development, QHSE, internal control unit and corporate secretary. The results of the study show that tenure, work appraisal and performance have a positive effect on work productivity. Training has a negative effect on work productivity. Motivation and compensation have no effect on work productivity.

Abstract

Accelerating infrastructure development is one of the Government's programs in order to promote sustainable economic growth, especially for port development that have function as an economic gate and as a logistic chain supply that able to give many positive effect for growth of a country. Besides that a development port able to give economic benefit for PT. Pelindo II as an investor. Prudent investment in fixed assets needs to be a major concern. This study aims to determine the feasibility analysis of investment and financial aspects of the planned dry bulk terminal development project using the capital budgeting method, the method that are PP (Payback Periode) = 7 year and 1 Month, NPV (Net Present Value) = Rp 391.341.133,01 , Internal Rate of Return (IRR) = 17,1 % dan Profitability Indexs (PI) = 1.70. bisides that also consider to Legal aspec, Marketing aspek and Technical & Operational aspec.This research method is a case study with the object of research at PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia II Bengkulu Branch. The results show that the investment decision is feasible to proceed to the development stage by considering the financial aspects consisting of payback period (PP) = , net present value (NPV) =, internal rate of return (IRR) = and profitability index (PI) = . The sensitivity test with the risk assessment of the pessimistic scenarios shows that it is still feasible to invest in continuing into the development phase.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze the feasibility study of Teraskita Hotel development that located in the branch office building of PT Waskita Karya at Mataram. The branch office building currently no longer in operation, so that Teraskita Hotel development could generate the advantageous value towards the company. Throughout the analysis of investment valuation, it could be seen that the whole aspect of the investment valuation such as Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Payback Period (PP) and Profitability Index (PI) have appropriate result. However, the development plan of Teraskita Mataram Hotel is suitable to be realized. Related to the sensitivity analysis of the hotel room price, the study shows that if we scale down the room rate starting at 10% and above, or else loan interest is raised by 2% and above, and also the occupancy rate target in the first year is obtained up to 35%, whereas the necessary costs is fixed, it would affect the revenue to be decreased as well as the NPV value to negative and IRR value below WACC value so that the project development would not feasible to be implemented.

Abstract

Information technology plays an important role in financial system, company need this for quality improvement. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of information system quality, perceived benefits, and information quality on user satisfaction at PT. Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk. The number of respondents used as many as 45 employees of PT. Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk. This research is quantitative by using the analysis method with SmartPLS3 program. The results of this study indicate that the influence of information system quality, perceived benefits, and information quality have a positive effect on application user satisfaction.
