Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi keputusan siswa dalam memilih sekolah di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 2 Jembrana sebagai   tempat   belajar,   dan   untuk   mengetahui   faktor   yang   paling   dominan mempengaruhi  keputusan  siswa  dalam  memilih  sekolah  di  Madrasah  Aliyah  Negeri (MAN) 2 Jembrana sebagai tempat belajar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian faktorial. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner yang dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis faktor dengan bantuan program SPSS for windows 16.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Terdapat empat faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan siswa dalam memilih sekolah di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 2 Jembrana sebagai tempat belajar yaitu yang pertama adalah faktor kebudayaan dengan nilai varian sebesar 9,670%, yang kedua faktor keluarga dengan nilai varian sebesar 42,163%, yang ketiga faktor status sosial dengan nilai varian sebesar 19,877%, dan yang terakhir yaitu faktor kelompok acuan dengan nilai varian sebesar 6,546. Faktor yang paling dominan yang mempengaruhi  keputusan  siswa  dalam  memilih  sekolah  di  Madrasah  Aliyah  Negeri (MAN) 2 Jembrana sebagai tempat belajar adalah faktor keluarga dengan nilai varimax rotation sebesar 0,883.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation on intensive English listening skills in class XI students of SMAN 15 Bekasi. Abstract and keywords are written in English. The number of respondents was 76 students. The method used is a quantitative method. The data will be tested for validity, reliability, motivation to contribute to intensive listening skills of 22.09% and the remaining contribution of 77.91% is the contribution of other factors not examined, secondly there is a strong positive relationship between the variables of Learning Motivation on intensive listening skills on the eye. English lessons for class XI SMAN 15

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology today, makes the learning process can be doneanywhere and anytime, for example, android-based learning. With the existence of android-based learning media,it can generate student learning motivation and allow students to learn independently according to their abilitieswherever and whenever. The development of interactive learning media requires software development methods,one of the development methods that can be used is the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method. Thewriter intends to build a interactive learning media to stimulate the children basic knowledge that includes theintroduction of state as a teacher’s tool in delivery the materials. This i nteractive learning media consist of text,images, audio and 2D animation that designed as attracive as possible to increase the children curiosity so thatthe materials delivery becomes easier and enjoyable.This application is built using Adobe Photoshop, AdobeIllustrator and Unity 3D software. While for designing system writer use Unified Modelling Language (UML).The purpose of this study is to simplify and increase the desire to learn for elementary school children wherelearning will be made with a fun and attractive appearance. The final result of this research is the creation of aninteractive multimdia-based color recognition application for elementry school education as a subitute for theclassical learning method into a more effective learning method.

Abstract

The aims of this study were: (1) Class VIII-1 students' learning activities at SMP Negeri 10 Depok in applying the Non-Directive Method using Map Media. (2) student learning outcomes of class VIIII in applying the non-directive method using map media. The subjects in this study were 38 class VIII-1 students of SMP Negeri 10 Depok. Data collection techniques used direct and indirect communication, the data collection tool in this study used observation and test sheets. The tests used are in accordance with the achieved curriculum objectives and are taken from textbooks for class VIII SMP Negeri 10 Depok. To collect research data using worksheets and post tests. This research was conducted in 2 cycles, namely cycle I and cycle II. Each cycle has stages - the stages of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The results of this study indicate that there is an increase in students' learning abilities with student mastery reaching 35.18% then increasing in cycle I to 46.22%. From the results of the research, it can be seen also the increase in students' learning abilities with worksheets in cycles. 1. the level of student completeness reached 69.44% then increased in cycle II to 94.44%. From the analysis carried out, it can be concluded that the non-directive learning method can increase student learning activities and outcomes in SMP Negeri 10 Depok students in the 2010/2011 academic year. Abstract

Interest in reading among students is still low. Students are only able to understand the procedural text well. Procedure text is a text description that contains the text of a program and tool. Students are expected to have an interest in reading well. Entrepreneurial practice is an important factor in the success of entrepreneurship lessons. This research uses quantitative. There is an influence of reading interest on entrepreneurship learning outcomes, there is an influence of practice on entrepreneurship student learning outcomes and there is a guide for reading interest and entrepreneurship practice on entrepreneurship learning outcomes for students of SMK Mulia Kencana, Bogor district. Respondents were 43 students of class XI SMK Mulia Kencana. Data is processed using SPSS 22. Data is processed by reliability and collinearity tests, then processed by hypothesis testing and the r Square test. Entrepreneurship learning needs to be improved in quality and attention for teachers and the government. Schools can reactivate programs to increase interest in reading and entrepreneurial practice

Abstract

Default is a situation where a party is unable to fulfill its achievements to creditors in accordance with what was previously agreed. There are 3 (three) elements of breach of contract in Article 1243 of the Civil Code, namely the existence of an agreement, a party breaking their promise or violating the agreement, and has been declared negligent but still does not carry out the contents of the agreement. A person can be said to be in default in 4 (four) parts, namely if they do not fulfill the agreed achievements, fulfill the achievements inappropriately, fulfill the achievements not in accordance with the agreed time period and do things that are prohibited according to the agreed contract. The guarantor is a third party in the agreement whose job is to provide guarantees for the creditor's fulfillment of the debtor's achievements in accordance with what was agreed. Pardon is a condition where an adult person, because of his mental and physical condition, is placed under the supervision of another person who is legally competent. Guarantor who is in custody cannot be held accountable directly by the creditor, but can be asked to a third party appointed by the judge. This research method uses a Normative Juridical research type which is descriptive analytical in nature. The data source uses secondary data sources using legal materials, namely primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials using library research data collection techniques (Library Research) and the data collection tools in this research are document studies and interviews. The results of the research show that the debtor was unable to fulfill his achievements to the creditor on time according to what had been previously agreed, and then the debtor died, so the responsibility for fulfilling the achievements shifted to the guarantor. The condition of the guarantor has deteriorated and is no longer cooperative since several months of the transfer of responsibility, so that responsibility is taken over by the guarantor's older brother (substitute guarantor), in which case the fulfillment of the achievement lasts 6 (six) years. The resolution of this case was through non-litigation settlement and litigation settlement. Fulfillment of achievements to creditors can be completed after the guarantor's collateral is sold by a replacement guarantor based on the Kisaran District Court's decision No.105/Pdt.P/2021/PN.Kis.

Abstract

In this research, the researcher would like to analyze Aceh’s hikayat, titled Hikayat Pocut Muhammad, by Tengku Lam Rukam in the 18th century. The purpose of this study is to show the representation of the Acehnese people, especially among the kings through signifiers and signified. This research uses semiotics, as to show a representation of the existence and actions of Pocut Muhammad. The method is descriptive qualitative research. The data are words or sentences. that make up the meaning. For the technic, reading the hikayat and find the words, which can be considered as signifier and signified to find representation of Acehnese kings, depicted in Pacut Muhammad. As the results in this research are: 1) to prove that the signifier and signified are able to prove the representation of a character or problem. 2) Pocut Muhammad is a representation of the courage of the Acehnese kings in defending their land

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kotribusi kekuatan otot tungkai dengan kemampuan tendangan jauh pemain sepak bola. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua siswa SMA Negeri 1 Lasalimu yang berjumlah 563 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil berdasarkan teknik total sampling, atau keseluruhan sampel yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler sepak bola yang berjumlah 30 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk memperoleh data dalam penelitian ini adalah tes kekuatan otot tungkai (vertical Jump) dan tes tendangan jauh. Agar suatu data dapat dianalisis, maka perlu dilakukan uji prasyarat, Adapun uji prasyarat tersebut adalah uji normalitas dan uji linearitas. Setelah dilakukan uji prasyarat, maka selanjutnya dilakukan uji hipotesis, untuk menguji hipotesis antara variabel X dan Y menggunakan bantuan apilikasi SPSS dengan tingkat signifikansi > 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, hasil penelitian ini menunjukan ada hubungan yang signifikan dimana rxy = 0,600 > 0,05, dengan koefisien determinasi (r2)= 0,36 atau 36%. Selebihnya itu dipengaruhi oleh unsur lain. Penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada kontribusi antara kekuatan otot tungkai dengan kemampuan tendangan jauh permainan sepak bola.
