Abstract

This study examines the effect of financial literacy on investment decisions mediated by investment experience within the investor community in Malang City. Financial literacy helps young investors make rational decisions, while investment experience enhances their ability to assess opportunities and risks. A quantitative approach was used with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis through SmartPLS. The research population consists of 626 individuals who are part of the investor community in five leading universities in Malang City. A sample of 261 respondents was selected using the Slovin formula to obtain a representative sample. The results show that financial literacy and investment experience significantly influence investment decisions, with investment experience also affecting decisions through financial literacy as a mediator. This study contributes to understanding how financial literacy strengthens the positive impact of investment experience, ultimately leading to wiser investment decisions. The findings are expected to support the development of more effective financial literacy education policies for the younger generation. Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic attack the economy and society. Economic activity collapses, the economic activity of the community experiences a setback due to many socio-economic restrictions. The logic of economic action from consumption and production works out of reason. Financial literacy cannot be separated in life. Financial literacy is an important skill that can be used to make economic decisions. Many pre-pandemic programs have been carried out to increase Financial Literacy. In the field of education students have been taught to be more sensitive in applied economics, only an evaluation tool for the effectiveness of methods that have not been accommodated. Researchers examine the condition of financial literacy at university level students. Based on the learning methods applied during the pandemic, using the score collection method. The analytical method used in this study was an independent t-test based on the teaching method implemented, respondents were divided into 2 group, 46  students in online learning classes and 46 students in game based learning classes. The results showed that the learning method at home learning was not significant enough to develop individual financial literacy.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mentransformasi kinerja guru Sekolah Dasar melalui pelatihan dan workshop penggunaan aplikasi kecerdasan buatan (AI) edukasi di SDN Sumbergondo, Kota Batu. Transformasi digital dalam dunia pendidikan menuntut guru untuk memiliki keterampilan teknologi yang adaptif dan inovatif. Kenyataannya masih banyak guru yang belum familiar dengan pemanfaatan AI dalam proses pembelajaran maupun administrasi pendidikan. Kegiatan ini dirancang dalam bentuk workshop interaktif yang mencakup pengenalan konsep dasar AI, eksplorasi aplikasi AI yang relevan untuk pendidikan dasar, serta praktik langsung penggunaan AI dalam pembuatan materi ajar, asesmen otomatis, dan manajemen kelas digital. Melalui pendekatan partisipatif, guru-guru dilatih untuk mengintegrasikan teknologi AI secara efektif dan kontekstual sesuai kebutuhan pembelajaran di SD. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan guru dalam memanfaatkan teknologi AI, serta adanya perubahan positif dalam efektivitas perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Kegiatan ini memberikan dampak nyata terhadap peningkatan kompetensi profesional guru dan mendorong inovasi berkelanjutan dalam pengelolaan pembelajaran berbasis teknologi. Dengan demikian, workshop ini menjadi langkah strategis dalam mendukung transformasi pendidikan yang adaptif terhadap era digital.

Abstract

This research aims to develop and validate an instrument to measure students' economic behavior constructs. This research are contributes to studying students' habits in managing their daily consumption activities. Students at state universities studying economics education made up the research sample. Data analysis was conducted using two stages: exploratory factor analysis (EFA) for the 105 respondents in the pilot study and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) for the 308 respondents in the field study. The study's findings demonstrate that the three-dimensional construct of economic behavior planning, buying or consuming, and saving consideration satisfies the criteria for validity and reliability, paving the way for additional investigation. After that, to identify additional variables that can regulate students' economic behavior, researchers might look at further elements that affect it.
