Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic attack the economy and society. Economic activity collapses, the economic activity of the community experiences a setback due to many socio-economic restrictions. The logic of economic action from consumption and production works out of reason. Financial literacy cannot be separated in life. Financial literacy is an important skill that can be used to make economic decisions. Many pre-pandemic programs have been carried out to increase Financial Literacy. In the field of education students have been taught to be more sensitive in applied economics, only an evaluation tool for the effectiveness of methods that have not been accommodated. Researchers examine the condition of financial literacy at university level students. Based on the learning methods applied during the pandemic, using the score collection method. The analytical method used in this study was an independent t-test based on the teaching method implemented, respondents were divided into 2 group, 46  students in online learning classes and 46 students in game based learning classes. The results showed that the learning method at home learning was not significant enough to develop individual financial literacy.

Abstract

This study aims to address the digital literacy competence of accounting teachers as the subjects in this study. The approach used is qualitative with the type of case study research. Data were collected from interviews and documentation using sources triangulation and techniques triangulation to test the validity of the data. The results showed that the digital literacy competence of accounting teachers in public schools was quite good compared to accounting teachers in private schools. This is supported by adequate IT facilities and regular training. Inhibiting factors experienced by accounting teachers in public schools can be minimized compared to accounting teachers in private schools.

Abstract

Masalah kualitas pembelajaran ekonomi menjadi perhatian utama para pendidik ekonomi, sebab minat siswa SMA terhadap pelajaran ekonomi semakin menurun. Terbukti dengan menurunnya siswa yang mengambil mata uji ekonomi pada saat ujian nasional. Upaya perbaikan proses pembelajaran dapat dilakukan melalui peningkatan kualitas guru, lingkungan belajar dan sumber belajar. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam melakukan proses pembelajaran melalui lesson study. Dengan Lesson Studyguru dapat melakukan kolaborasi dalam menyusun perencanaan pembelajaran dan refleksi setelah pelaksanaan guna perbaikan pembelajaran selanjutnya. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan tiga tahap, yaitu sosialisasi, pendampingan dan implementasi di sekolah. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa dari 25 peserta pelatihan, 25 orang aktif selama sosialisasi,20 orang aktif pendampingan dan 15 orang yang mampu mengimplementasikan perencanaan dalam lesson study. Kata kunci: lesson study, pelajaran ekonomi AbstractThe problem of the quality of economic learning is the main concern of economic educators, because the interest of high school students in learning economics is decreasing. Evidenced by the decline in students who took the eye of economic tests at the national exam. Efforts to improve the learning process can be done through improving teacher quality, learning environment and learning resources. The purpose of this activity is to improve the ability of teachers to carry out the learning process through lesson study. With Lesson Studythe teacher can collaborate in developing learning plans and reflections after implementation to improve subsequent learning. The activities are carried out in three stages, namely socialization, mentoring and implementation in schools. The results of the activity showed that out of 25 trainees, 25 were active during the socialization, 20 active mentoring people and 15 people were able to implement the planning in the lesson study. Key Words: Lesson Study, economics

Abstract

Pembelajaran tumbuh dan berkembang sesuai perkembangan zaman, minat dan kenutuhan belajar siswa sudah tidak sama lagi. Kecenderungan minat belajar siswa pada game, terutama game online memaksa para guru untuk mengadopsinya menjadi bagian dari pembelajaran dalam kelas untuk meningkatkan minat dan motivasi belajar siswa. Dari fenomena lapangan yang ditemui, kebanyakan anggota Musyawarah guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP) ekonomi di Blitar masih sedikit yang menggunakan kemajuan teknologi sebagai metode pengajaran. Hal ini dikarenakan keterbatasan kemampuan dalam menjelajah internet dan mengoperasionalkan game-game pembelajaran. Tujuan dari program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini lebih berfokus pada meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran dengan meningkatkan kualitas SDM dengan menggunakan game online edukatif. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, pengabdi menggunakan metode sosialisasi, pelatihan dan pendampingan penggunaan game online edukatif dan penyusunan artikel ilmiah pada guru-guru ekonomi di Kota/Kabupaten Blitar. Dengan program pengabdian kepada masyarakat tentang pelatihan pengaplikasian game online edukatif ini dapat menambah wawasan, pengetahuan dan meningkatkan kinerja Guru MGMP Ekonomi Kota/Kabupaten Blitar sehingga mampu meningkatkan minat dan motivasi belajar ekonomi pada siswa.

Abstract

Professional teachers are those who understand the four competencies, including pedagogical, professional, personality, and social competencies. This study is aimed at explaining two of the four competencies, which are pedagogical and professional competencies in the implementation of the 2013 Curriculum with the 2017-2018 revision in the Accounting subject. The approach used was qualitative with case study research at the State Vocational High School 1 Kraksaan Probolinggo. The results of the study show that teachers understand pedagogical and professional competencies by applying learning strategies and methods that are relevant to students’ characteristics, integrating strengthening character education (penguatan pendidikan karakter or PPK), Literacy, high order thinking skills (HOTS), and 21st-century skills and the materials presented are in accordance with the core competencies/basic competencies and the indicator of competency achievement presented in the lesson plans.

Abstract

Desa Selorejo Kecamatan Dau Kabupaten Malang merupakan salah satu desa wisata yang memiliki banyak potensi yang seharusnya dapat menjadi alternatif kunjungan wisata masyarakat luar. Dari segi pengelolaan wisata yang ada di Desa Selorejo masih sangat terbatas dan bersifat tradisional. Untuk dapat meningkatkan daya tarik wisatawan, diperlukan tambahan fasilitas pendukung dan juga perbaikan secara internal guna menghasilkan SDM yang berkualitas. Kegiatan pengabdian ini memiliki tujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan Penanganan Gawat Darurat (PGD), Pemberian materi bentuk-bentuk permainan outbound berbasis alam, Pemberian materi tentang pemasaran wisata bedengan dan penambahan fasilitas titian tali untuk menunjang tempat wisata. Program pengabdian ini dimulai dari kegiatan sosialisasi mengenai rencana pelaksana kegiatan pengabdian. Kegiatan berikutnya yakni pelaksanaan rencana kegiatan yang mana peserta diberikan beberapa bentuk pelatihan dan kemudian mereka melakukan simulasi layaknya melayani wisatawan dengan mengimplemen­tasikan dari hasil kegiatan pelatihan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini direspon positif oleh peserta dan mereka berkomitmen untuk mengaplikasikan segala ilmu yang didapatkan dari program pelatihan yang telah dilaksanakan. Setelah kegiatan ini dilaksanakan, wisata bedengan kini memiliki tambahan fasilitas permainan outbound titian tali. Selain itu, peserta pelatihan yang berjumlah 15 orang, mengalami peningkatan kemampuan dalam Penanganan Gawat Darurat (PGD), mengetahui beberapa bentuk permainan outbound, dan mampu memaksimalkan penggunaan media sosial untuk promosi tempat wisata.

Abstract

Sektor pariwisata telah berkembang pesat, bahkan telah menjadi sektor tercepat perkembangannya dalam aktivitas ekonomi dunia. Pariwisata merupakan sektor yang diunggulkan dan dijadikan kunci penting untuk pembangunan wilayah suatu negara sekaligus dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Dibentuknya desa wisata yang ada di Indonesia telah menunjukkan adanya pembangunan daerah dan aktivitas ekonomi masyarakat. Namun, tidak semua daerah di Indonesia memiliki desa wisata yang mampu menopang hidup masyarakatnya. Hal tersebut juga dihadapi oleh Desa Selorejo yang berada di Kecamatan Dau Kabupaten Malang yang merupakan salah satu desa wisata di provinsi Jawa Timur. Program Pengabdian ini memiliki tujuan untuk membangun dan mengembangkan Wisata Bedengan agar dapat menambah daya tarik wisatawan melalui kegiatan pelatihan dan juga penyediaan fasilitas pendukung. Kegiatan ini diawali dengan persiapan guna untuk menyiapkan segala kebutuhan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan. Kegiatan berikutnya yakni memberikan pembekalan dan pelatihan sekaligus dilakukan simulasi berdasarkan materi yang telah disampaikan. Pada tahap akhir dilakukan evaluasi bersama dengan memberikan umpan balik dari hasil pelaksanaan program ini. Secara keseluruhan, program ini mendapat respon positif dan pihak pengelola sangat antusias dan mereka berjanji akan lebih giat dan lebih bersemangat dalam mengembangkan Wisata Bedengan.

Abstract

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat is a program with a mission to implement the development of science and technology from tertiary institutions to the community to support and improve the welfare of the community. In this entrepreneurship development program, the team conducted production training in the creative industry sector in the form of screen printing expertise at Anwarul Huda Islamic Boarding School in Malang. The students are deemed necessary to be given assistance to increase economic independence. In addition, this is also supported by Anwarul Huda Islamic Boarding School in Malang which allows students to become entrepreneurs to create economically independent students. Through this community service program which will be carried out by Lecturers from the UM Research and Community Service Institute (LP2M), in collaboration with practitioners in the field of creative industries, new entrepreneurs and students in the field of creative industries are expected to be born, and can manage businesses better. This activity is divided into four stages namely observation of partner needs analysis, Socialization, Training, and Assistance.

Abstract

Problems that occur in clay craftsmen in Plancungan Village, Ngloning Village and Gombang Village, Slahung District, Ponorogo Regency include lack of capital, lack of marketing networks and low product innovation, and lack of regeneration in this business. So as to overcome these problems is done by providing training and the formation of pre-cooperatives for the craftsmen. The purpose of this service is to improve the quality of human resources and promote the existence of earthenware vessels. Community service activities are carried out by forming a pre-cooperative community in order to facilitate the availability of capital for craftsmen. In addition, there will also be some marketing training and training to increase product innovation so that it has added value and innovation that is in line with the needs of the times. Both of these trainings were carried out by marketing practitioners and from the industry department and cooperatives of Ponorogo Regency.

Abstract

Nowadays, the problem of teachers in Economics is how a teacher should teach not only cognitive abilities but the ability to apply Economics in daily life. This community service program aims to provide skills for Economics teachers in teaching financial literacy to students. The method of implementation in this activity is training and mentoring in the implementation of financial literacy books. This program is intended for Economics/Accounting teachers at MGMP Malang City. This program was carried out in four stages, namely socialization and discussion, implementation of problem-solving, training and mentoring, and evaluation. The implementation of this life-based “financial literacy” book provides insight to teachers about the implementation of financial literacy and learning innovations that can be applied to Economics learning in schools in the future. This activity is a forum for the development of learning innovations in the Economics/Accounting Subject Teacher Community or Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP).
