Abstract

This study aims at examining the correlation between values and the students' self-efficacy towards the student learning motivation in the pesantren. This is qualitative research that is performed using statistical analysis. The population was composed of 227 students from the Pondok Pesantren Sumber Mas Ganding in Sumenep and a sample of 145 students was taken from the total. To analyze the data, multiple linear regressions performed by classic regression assumption and hypothesis evaluations comprising Concurrent and Partial Tests were used. After testing, a coefficient of determination (R2) was formed to determine the suitability of the regression model. The results showed that all Sig. were greater than α = 0.05. Therefore, the pesantren values and the students' learning efficacy were shown to have significant effects on learning motivation. Also, an increase in pesantren scores and the learning efficacy by one unit each enhanced the motivation by 0.482 and 0.481 respectively.

Abstract

This study is based on the efforts that need to be made by a business in maintaining its existence amidst business competition with similar products and services offered to the market. This condition requires business actors to identify and understand current market needs. Therefore, an entrepreneur needs to study consumer behavior patterns. Based on this, efforts are needed to organize strategies so that the business owned can develop, one of which is by analyzing factors that can contribute to consumer purchasing decisions for goods or services. This study applies quantitative methods and associative research types with a sampling technique, namely quota sampling where the number of samples is 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square. Referring to the results of the analysis carried out, it shows that in the Onde-onde Bo Empunala business, the factors that contribute significantly to the purchasing decision process are the quality of the products owned and brand image, while the service and location factors do not contribute significantly.

Abstract

There are many Islamic universities in Pamekasan regency, and their students can become ambassadors of sharia banking in society. At the same time, they also become a target market. However, not all students use sharia banking products. They use it because of the regulations from their campus. The aim of this research is to analyze whether Emotional and Rational influence students to make decisions on using Sharia Financial Institution Payment Services which are moderated by regulations at each university in Pamekasan Regency. This research uses respondents coming from active students at seven universities Directorate General of Islamic Higher Education (DIKTIS) in Pamekasan Regency. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression with moderator variables. Emotional Factors and Rational Factors as independent variables, Usage Decisions as dependent variables and Regulation as moderator variables. The results of this research are that emotional factors and rational factors affect the decisions of Pamekasan Regency DIKTIS students in using Sharia Financial Institution Payment Services. And Regulation as a moderator variable significantly strengthens the relationship between Rational Factors and Usage Decisions. Meanwhile, Emotional Factors cannot be strengthened in their relationship to Regulatory Use Decisions.

Abstract

Proses terbentuknya kesalehan sosial dapat dilihat dari interaksi antara aspek material dan aspek spiritual dalam beribadah. Kesalehan menjadi motivator pembentukan sifat terpuji dalam kehidupan nyata. Pada penelitian ini, indeks kesalehan sosial difokuskan pada penerapan nilai stabilitas sosial (ketentraman sosial, penanganan konfllik), nilai solidaritas sosial (pemberdayaan sosial, kepedulian, interaksi sosial) dan nilai gotong royong (konstribusi, toleransi). Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menggambarkan dan menganalisis bagaimana pengetahuan masyarakat Sumenep tentang nilai stabilitas, nilai solidaritas sosial, dan nilai-nilai gotong-royong serta pengamplikasinnya dalam kehidupan masyarakat di Sumenep. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif, yaitu mendapatkan nilai indeks kesalehan sosial. Data berjumlah 215 responden yang tersebar pada 27 kecamatan di Sumenep. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Indeks Stabilitas Sosial adalah 84,12 dengan indikator tertinggi pada toleransi suatu perubahan asalkan tidak menyalahi aturan agama (Ketentraman Sosial). Nilai indeks solidaritas sosial sebesar 75,97 dengan indikator tertinggi pada aspek solidaritas sosial adalah dalam berinteraksi atau berhubungan dengan kelompok warga, masyarakat selalu mengutamakan moral (Interaksi Sosial). Sedangkan pada aspek nilai Gotong Royong memiliki nilai skor indeks sebesar 86,81. Semangat gotong royong masyarakat Sumenep sangat tinggi, hal ini sesuai dengan indikator setiap ada yang meninggal, masyarakat sekitar secara sukarela datang dan membantu tuan rumah tanpa di undang (Konstribusi). Dengan demikian secara keseluruhan total indeks kesalehan sosial Kabupaten Sumenep Tahun 2022, sebesar 82,30.
