Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how affective a mentoring program that washeld by Islamic Economics Departement, Sharia and Islamic Economics Faculty and to find out therelationship between result of mentoring program and accounting subject. The methodology that isused in this research is quantitative with Wicoxon Test and Spearman Correlation Analysis. This studyshows that mentoring program in accounting subject which was given to the student at secondsemester doing effectively. Spearman Correlation Analysis shows that the student get a great point inboth mentoring program and accounting subject.

Abstract

This study intends to find out if factors including product, promotion, price, place, and service have affected consumers behavior in choosing syariah pawn shop (pegadaian syariah). The regression analysis results show that those factors have affected consumer decision making at 63.9%. UsingF test, all of those variables simultaneously have affected consumers decision in choosingsyariah pawn shop. Furthermore, using t test, only some variables including product, price, and place that partially have affected the consumers behavior, but, promotion and service have not affected it. The data analysis also indicates that price is the most dominant variables that affected consumers in choosing Syariah pawn shop.

Abstract

Economic growth in Indonesia can not be separated from a strategic role in the payment system to support economic activities. Strategic role of the payment system in economic activities, especially to ensure the implementation of various payment transactions, is made by the public and business. The development of innovations in the payment system is a logical consequence of the growing community needs for existence of instruments and payment mechanisms that are practical, efficient, safe and comfortable. Development of Card Payment Through in South Kalimantan are still very limited in the use of ATM cards, credit cards, and debit cards. The amount of public transactions using credit cards is also relatively very small and generally only in Banjarmasin and Banjarbaru. Card payment through low usage rate is not out of the involvement of the community in adopting card payment, so it is necessary to do research on the characteristics of the community. Characteristics of the community in South Kalimantan that different from other areas will be the research target. It is because people are consumers that determine the development of non-cash payments later. This community preferences will affect the use of non-cash payment instrument towards a cashless society.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian tentang kepuasan pelanggan bank syariah masih sangat relevan mengingat pangsa pasar bank syariah yang masih kecil dari industri perbankan Indonesia. Dengan nasabah yang lebih puas, bank syariah di Indonesia mungkin dapat menangkap porsi pasar yang lebih besar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi unsur-unsur pengalaman nasabah tabungan mudharabah bank syariah yang berkontribusi terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Ini adalah penelitian lapangan kuantitatif. Nasabah Kantor Cabang Pembantu Paringin Bank Kalsel Syariah menjadi subjek penelitian ini. Delapan puluh peserta tanpa disadari dalam pemilihan sampel formula Slovin. Regresi linier berganda digunakan untuk menilai informasi yang dikumpulkan dari kuesioner dan catatan. Menurut penelitian ini, kepuasan nasabah terhadap rekening tabungan mudharabah mereka di bank syariah telah terbukti dipengaruhi oleh beberapa elemen, antara lain kualitas layanan yang diberikan, bagi hasil, dan keterikatan emosi. With more satisfied customers, Indonesian Islamic banks may perhaps capture a larger portion of the market. This study aims to identify the elements of an Islamic bank's mudharabah savings customer experience that contribute to customer satisfaction. It is quantitative field research. Customers of the Paringin Sub-Branch Office of Bank Kalsel Syariah are the subjects of this study. Eighty unwitting participants in the Slovin formula's sample selection. Multiple linear regression was used to assess the information gathered from questionnaires and records. According to this study, customer satisfaction with their mudharabah savings accounts at the Islamic bank is influenced by several elements, including service quality, profit sharing, and emotional attachment. Abstract

Cirebon Regency, which is one of the easternmost regencies in West Java Province with an area of ​​989.70 Km2, a coastline of 54 Km and a pond area of ​​7,500.0 Ha, makes Cirebon Regency one of the potential areas for fishery business in West Java province. Based on fishery production development data for 2007, Cirebon district produced fishery production of 55,708 tons. However, in 2008 this value decreased to 52,342.40 tons or a decrease of 6.04%. (Marine and Fishery Service 2008: 35). The decline in production results is due to various factors including the lack of utilization of existing potential areas, lack of information, limited use of technology in the field of fisheries and so on. The lack of information about fishery resources causes a lack of optimal utilization of existing fishery resources, so it is necessary to use information technology such as the development of a spatial information system for fishery potential in Cirebon Regency. This information system displays potential fishery locations, for example pond locations, Fish Landing Bases and Fishery Product Processing Sites and is presented in spatial form and presented on a web-based basis, this will be easy to use, as well as the completeness of the the data presented can be used as a reference source for local governments in order to increase the potential of the existing fisheries sector.

Abstract

This research describes in detail the process and meaning of the tradition of reading Surah Yasin 41 for teachers and students at the Purbabaru Musthafawiyah Islamic Boarding School which was held when they were facing a critical situation or had both personal and congregational needs. Using data obtained from documentation, direct observation and interviews, this research analyzes with a phenomenological approach related to the living Qur'an. This research found that the tradition of reading Yasin 41 in Mustafawiyah has a reference base from a Syafi'iyah cleric named Sheikh Ahmad Ad-Dairobi. yasin is accompanied by moving the gundal and patting the right thigh with one clap) and the closing stage (prayer reading). And according to the teachers and students who practice it, this ritual means the hope of salvation and a prayer so that the wishes will be immediately granted.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the concept of dialogue between religious communities based on culture. Franz Magnis Suseno, a Catholic theologian in Indonesia has unique thoughts about building dialogue between religious communities based on culture which has implications for strengthening religious identity and multiculturalism. In analyzing the problems above, this research uses a qualitative approach through literature study. The results of this research show that the theological and cultural-based concept of inter-religious dialogue built by Franz Magnis Suseno is motivated by the spirit of culturation which is divided into three concepts, namely the concept of inculturation dialogue, interiority dialogue, and integral dialogue. This research concludes that the concept of dialogue between religious communities based on theology and culture is relevant in building harmonious religious life in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability, solvency, liquidity, leverage, and activity variables on sukuk ratings in Indonesia. The method used is logistic regression with sample data totaling 50 sukuk samples published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021.This research contributes to understanding factors that affect sukuk ratings in Indonesia. The implication of this research is the importance of companies improving their financial performance in order to obtain better and higher sukuk ratings.

Abstract

Islamic universities in Indonesia face challenges in sustaining operations and improving service quality. One approach to addressing these challenges is to establish business units within the universities, which can generate additional revenue and improve service delivery. To this end, some new Islamic state universities establishing business units as part of their efforts to change institutional status to a Public Service Agency (BLU). This study assess whether a sharia dormitory business unit can support  the sustainability of an Islamic state university by analyzing market potential, financial feasibility, and compliance with maqashid sharia. The study draws on a survey of 200 respondents to assess the market demand for the business unit and conducts a feasibility analysis based on Net Present Value (NPV), Pay Back Period (PP), and maqashid sharia aspects. The paper argues that the sharia dormitory business units can contribute to Islamic state universities sustainability by generating additional revenue, enhancing the quality of service to students, and aligning with maqashid sharia principles.
