Abstract

Business opportunities to hold umrah services are very interesting becausethe majority of the population of Indonesia is Muslim. Fraud cases carried out bythe Hajj and Umrah Travel bureau companies are not the only corporate criminalacts that occur in Indonesia, Fraud Cases of the First Travel Hajj and Umrahtravel agencies, Abutours, fraud cases of the Hajj and Umrah travel agents JoePentha Wisata, Fraud travel agency cases Hajj and Umrah, PT Solusi BaladLumampah (SBL). The rarity of corporations that are made as suspects ordefendants is certainly interesting to study and study.This type of research can be classified in normative legal research, namelylegal research conducted by researching library materials. This study examinesthe subject matter in accordance with the scope and identification of the problemthrough a statute approach carried out by examining the laws and regulationsthat relate to the legal issue under study. In this study the authors conducted astudy of the principles of law by utilizing descriptive methods. Data collectiontechniques used in the Normative Legal Research are library research methods(library research) which uses the library as a means of collecting data, bystudying books as reference material related to the problems to be studied.The conclusion that can be obtained from the results of the study isCriminal Crime Accountability by the Company Hajj and Umrah Travel Agenciesexperiencing obstacles. There is no uniformity of understanding among lawenforcement officials ranging from the police, prosecutors to the judiciary aboutthe criminal responsibility of the corporation. The Ideal Setting of Fraud CrimeAccountability by Hajj and Umrah travel agency companies must provide legalcertainty. The formulation of when a corporation can be said to commit a crimemust be clearly regulated, namely when the crime is carried out by people, eitherbased on work relations or based on other relationships, acting within thebusiness entity or in other words corporate crime can only occur when a personacts in a corporate environment both in work relations and other relationships,outside of these restrictions cannot be regarded as a corporate crime.Keywords: Criminal Liability, Corporations, Fraud, Hajj and Umrah TravelBureau

Abstract

Informatics logic is a compulsory subject students especially in propositional calculus material. Proposition calculus is generally studied by various groups of students, from high school to college level. Proposition calculus studies the true (True / False) value of a proposition. Truth table is a tool or table used to provide values with certain rules. The truth table is a table used to see the truth value of a premise / statement. To complete a proposition truth table, we must first find out how many different statements the table contains. This step is absolutely necessary so that there are no errors in solving the problem. Therefore, the authors are interested in making an application for calculating employee salaries with the culpulus proposition method and truth tables that can be used to solve the problem of working on propositions manually, so as to produce accurate truth values. , which at the same time can be used as a medium for student learning

Abstract

Stunting menjadi perhatian khusus pemerintahan pusat, tak terkecuali pemerintahan Desa Bandur Picak, akhir-akhir ini. Stunting merupakan salah satu gangguan yang mengancam pertumbuhan dan perkembangan pada anak, yang ditandai dengan salah satunya tinggi badan tidak sesuai dengan ukuran tinggi seharusnya pada usia anak tersebut. Berbagai pendekatan dilakukan guna menekan dan mencegaah naiknya angka stunting di Indonesia, salah satunya dengan meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat untuk mengosumsi pangan lokal yang kaya akan nutrisi. Focus penelitian ini yaitu penyaluran hasil olahan pangan lokal dan mengamati respon masyarakat terhadap olahan tersebut sebagai upaya memenuhi asupan gizi pada anak dan ibu hamil  serta meningkatkan kesadaran untuk mengolah dan mengkreasikan pangan lokal yang kaya akan nutrisi di Desa Bandur Picak. Hasil pengamatan awal menunjukan besarnya antusiasme masyarakat dalam dalam menerima varian dan cara baru untuk menikmati ikan. Diharapkan implementasi kegiatan ini dapat terus dilanjutkan guna mendukung percepatan penekanan angka stunting di Indonesia khususnya di Desa Bandur Picak Kecamatan Koto Kampar Hulu, Riau. Kata kunci: Stunting, Bakso ikan, Pangan Lokal, Penyaluran PMT, Desa Bandur Picak

Abstract

Dalam konteks pendidikan, akses dan keterlibatan menjadi kendala signifikan. Solusi yang muncul adalah Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs), platform kursus daring terbuka yang menawarkan akses gratis dan fleksibilitas melalui teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki penerimaan MOOCs, berfokus pada model UTAUT yang dimodifikasi, serta memahami sikap dan persepsi pengguna terhadap MOOCs dalam konteks pendidikan. Dengan menggunakan desain penelitian cross-sectional, data dikumpulkan melalui penggunaan kuesioner. Hasil analisis statistik deskriptif menunjukkan preferensi pengguna terhadap pendekatan pembelajaran yang ditawarkan oleh MOOCs daripada fokus pada kemudahan teknis penggunaannya. Mayoritas responden cenderung melihat MOOCs sebagai alat efektif dalam pendidikan. Studi ini menyoroti kecenderungan positif terhadap penggunaan MOOCs dalam meningkatkan hasil akademis. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki penerimaan dan persepsi pengguna terhadap MOOCs dalam konteks pendidikan, serta untuk memahami preferensi pengguna terhadap model pembelajaran yang ditawarkan oleh MOOCs.

Abstract

The crime of human trafficking is a form of modern human slavery. Apart from that, the criminal act of human trafficking is one of the worst forms of treatment that violates human dignity. The rise of human trafficking crimes in various countries, including Indonesia and other developing countries, is a problem in itself for Indonesia. The international community and members of international organizations, especially the United Nations (UN). The emergence of human trafficking often occurs when someone is vulnerable, among whom the victims are often women and children who are categorized as weak. This research is also descriptive analysis, descriptive analysis is an attempt to describe or describe events and happenings without carrying out hypotheses and statistical calculations. Analytical descriptive is what the respondent states in writing or orally, as well as their real behavior, which is researched and studied in its entirety. Data collection was carried out using a documentation study where all secondary data used in this research was collected using this research. This research was carried out using data collection tools, namely: literature study or document study.Prevention carried out by Immigration to prevent the Crime of Human Trafficking, namely Immigration can prevent the Crime of Human Trafficking by increasing monitoring at borders, tightening the provision of passports, especially for people who are still of productive age to prevent them from becoming victims of the Crime of Human Trafficking abroad, Immigration officers take effective anticipatory steps by conducting further and in-depth interviews with passport applicants before deciding whether to approve or reject the issuance of a passport, increasing officer training to recognize signs of victims of human trafficking crimes, collaborating with international institutions and non-governmental organizations in the campaign against the Crime of Human Trafficking, as well as involving the community in this prevention effort

Abstract

The development of means of transport is now increasing rapidly, making it easier and more efficient for people. Transport is not only a means of moving places, but also contributes to economic, social and quality of life activities. This research uses the agile method for the development of the Drift Rent car rental application. The agile method is an approach that focuses on incremental and iterative system development, prioritising teamwork between developers and customers and the ability to adapt to changes during the development process. The development of the Drift Rent app began with the analysis phase, where the car rental app was identified as a user and business need. This analysis included data collection through surveys and interviews with potential users, as well as a review of similar applications. The results of the analysis showed that users needed an application that facilitated login, registration, booking a car, and viewing order history. Based on the development of this project, it can be concluded that the car rental app successfully combines the required features with a user-friendly interface. All business objectives and user needs have been considered in the development process, from analysis to testing. Through this application, users can easily login, book a car, and view their order history.

Abstract

Patchouli is one of the C3 plants that can grow without full sunlight. Photosynthesis in C3 plants is greatly influenced by CO2 content. Unpredictable climate fluctuations can affect the productivity of this plant. Continuous rain or long droughts can affect the photosynthesis process of patchouli plants.  This study aims to evaluate the effect of water stress on the morphological and physiological characteristics of patchouli plants (Pogostemon cablin Benth). The study used a Factorial Randomized Block Design (RBD) consisting of two factors. The first factor was four genotypes of mutated patchouli: Genotypes 7, 8, 9, and 10 (as a control). The second factor was different field capacity treatments (60%, 80%, 100%, and 120%).  Observation parameters include physiological parameters, namely the number of leaves, and morphological parameters, namely main stem diameter and number of branches.  The results showed that water stress significantly affected the number of leaves, main stem diameter, and branches.  Genotype 7 showed the best growth in the parameters of main stem diameter and number of branches. Genotype 7 showed a 25% larger main stem diameter and 10% more branches at 100% field capacity than other genotypes.
