Abstract

Abstract: Learning habits are a person's way of learning that is done repeatedly so that it becomes a habit to gain knowledge and increase achievement, everyone has their own learning method which in this way can make them study well to increase achievement. This means that with good study habits, the understanding obtained will be more meaningful and the purpose of learning will be achieved, namely obtaining learning achievements in accordance with expectations. The purpose of this study was to determine the study habits of students of the Community education study program at the University of Riau. This research is classified as a descriptive study using a one-variable quantitative approach. The population in this study were all students of the Public Education Study Program at the University of Riau, totaling 226 people from the 2016 2019 class. The sample technique used in this study was Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling, which was used when the population had members / elements that were not homogeneous and proportionally stratified. The instrument in this study was a questionnaire or questionnaire containing 35 statements about learning habits consisting of three indicators. Based on statistical analysis, students' study habits were found to be very high with a percentage of 91.2% and the rest were influenced by other indicators besides the indicators in this study.Key Word: Study Habits

Abstract

ABSTRACT : Based on observations of the writer while in some kindergarten in the Kelurahan Simpang Baru Kecamatan Tampan found symptoms or phenomena include: The existence of some teachers who have not completed the learning tools, such as (RKH), assessment and so on, lack of initiative in developing a model teacher or learning methods are more appealing to children. Learning tends to be carried out by conventional methods, lack of creativity of teachers in the provision of media and learning resources that appeal to children. Presence of some rare rebuke the principal teacher when the teacher is not performing the task properly, existence of partial principals rarely directly involved in teaching and learning in schools. The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship between principal leadership with the kindergarten teacher's performance in the Kelurahan Simpang Baru Kecamatan Tampan Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all kindergarten teachers in Kelurahan Simpang Baru Kecamatan Tampan as many as 43 people comprising teachers from 12 kindergartens. The taking of sample with us random sampling technique are 43 people sampling. While for the purposes of the trial investigators determined 20 kindergarten teachers from the District Tampan. From the above results are known on the Kolmogorov-Smirnov column can be seen that the value of significance for teacher’s perceptions against principal leadership (0.063) and teacher performance (0.107), Based on the results of the homogenity test analysis, the value of statistical probability value of 0.683 and 0.191, and the resulting coefficient of determination is equal to r2 = 0.546 and p = 0.000 (p <0.05), it can be seen that the teacher perceptions of principal leadership for 54.6% effect on teacher performance, we conclude there is a relationship between teacher perceptions of principal leadership against the performance kindergarten teacher in Kelurahan Simpang Baru Kecamatan Tampan Pekanbaru. The level of the relationship between the two variables are ins a strong category. This means that the better the perception of teachers against the principal leadership performance kindergarten teacher in Kelurahan Simpang Baru Kecamatan Tampan Pekanbaru will also increase.Keywords: Principal Leadership, Teacher’s Performance

Abstract

Abstract: This study examines the situational leadership of the organizer of the C package equality program at the Hang Tuah PKBM Pekanbaru City. This study uses a descriptive qualitative paradigm approach. The research subjects will be determined based on purposive sampling, there are 5 (five) informants in this study. Data collection is done by observation (observation), documentation, in-depth interviews (indept interviews), data analysis is done by: data reduction (data reduction); data exposure (data display); and conclusion drawing and verification (conclusion drawing / verifying). The results showed: 1) The manager of the C package equality program implements the situational leadership style, from the indicator the manager acts as an instructor / informs that it has been carried out, consulted / peddled, participated / involved delegating / delegated, 2) the factors supporting situational leadership are the manager of the C package equality program always trying to embrace all parties in carrying out their duties, being fair, providing motivation, having HR in accordance with competency standards, availability of adequate facilities and infrastructure of PKBM. While the inhibiting factors include a number of managers who have difficulty communicating with leaders, 3) Impact of situational leadership in managing the C package equality program at the Hnag Tuah PKBM Pekanbaru City, where up to now the Hnag Tuah PKBM institution has received an "B" accreditation score, and the program equality of the best C packages in Pekanbaru City.Key Words: Leadership Situational, Manager.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the perceptions of learners on learning in English language course institutions MRJ English House Binakrida street Kelurahan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru. The formulation of the problem in this research is whether the perception of the learning community on the learning of English language course institution of MRJ English House has been considered good. The type of this research is descriptive with quantitative approach that aims to describe the results of research with numbers. Number of population as many as 50 people then the researcher use saturated samples then all the population sampled as many as 50 people studying in English language course institution MRJ English House Jalan Bina Krida Kelurahan Tampan Pekanbaru City. And 20 people tested in Institute ICC course Pekanbaru City. Technique of collecting data in this research is questionnaire which amounts to 55 item statement conducted 5 questionnaire erdapat experiments that are not valid then peneli throw it into 50 statement for research. The result of data analysis shows that the perception of the students learn tehadap learning in English language course institution MRJ English House Binakrida street Kelurahan Tampan Pekanbaru city is very good with the percentage of overall 88.9% means the perception of learning to learn very good. Can be concluded among the 7 indicators are very dominant facilities and infrastructure with sub-indicators of learning facilities that have covered the place of learning, teaching materials, internet and other learning facilities with a percentage of 97.33. Abstract

Abstract: The formulation of the research problem is how high the socialinteraction of the children in the merchant's family, how high is the achievementmotivation of the merchant's children and how much influence is the social interactionin the family on the achievement motivation of the children of traders in Maredan BaratVillage, Tualang District, Siak Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine thelevel of social interaction of children in the merchant's family, to determine the level ofachievement motivation of the merchant's children, to determine the influence of socialinteraction in the family on achievement motivation of the children of traders inMaredan Barat Village, Tualang District, Siak Regency. This research is a type of expost facto research, a quantitative descriptive study of two variables to find theinfluence between variables. The number of samples in this study was 46 people.Descriptive statistical analysis was carried out to describe the respondent's profile datain the form of mean and standard deviation of the questionnaire results, based on thedemographics of the respondents, variables, indicators and questionnaire items, theninferential statistical analysis was used to test the previously formulated hypotheses.The results of the study showed that the level of social interaction in the family and highachievement motivation for the child traders. Furthermore, it was obtained a significantinfluence between Social Interaction in the Family (X) on Achievement Motivation (Y)for the children of traders in the village of maredan barat, Siak Regency, the biginfluence was 22.20%, because there were still 77.80% which was determined by otherfactors that were not be part of this research. This effect is illustrated by each one-unitincrease in social interaction in the family (X) followed by an increase in achievementmotivation(Y) of 1.168 one unit. With the Pearson product moment correlation valuebetween social interaction in the family and achievement motivation 0.472 and sig (2-Tailed) 0.00.Key Words: Social Interaction in the Family, Achievement Motivation and Traders' Children

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the level of effectiveness of posyandu cadre work in improving maternal health in family planning program in Kampar district of Kampar regency. The formulation of the problem of this research is to know the level of effectiveness of posyandu cadre work in improving maternal health in family planning program in kampa sub district of Kampar regency. The population in this study as many as 50 people. So the researchers used the sample saturated so that all the population sampled as many as 50 people, and 20 people for a sample test questionnaire at Posyandu District Tambang Kampar regency. The type of this research is descriptive with quantitative approach. Instrument data collection is a questionnaire with 42 statements and after the test remaining 38 valid statements to be used as research instruments. Data analysis through quantitative descriptive analysis. The findings of this study indicate that the effectiveness of posyandu cadre work in improving maternal health in family planning program in Kampar sub-district of Kampar regency is the highest with extension 85%.Keywords: Work Effectiveness, Posyandu cadres.

Abstract

Abstrack: The formulation of the problem in this study is who are the people involved in managing the tahfidz Alquran program at PKBM Harapan Bangsa Kampar District? how is the transformational leadership pattern in managing the tahfidz Alquran program at PKBM Harapan Bangsa Kampar District? what is the reason for practicing transformational leadership in the tahfidz Alquran program at PKBM Harapan Bangsa Kampar District? where are the places of implementation of the tahfidz Alquran program at PKBM Harapan Bangsa Kampar District? at what time is used in the tahfidz Alquran program at PKBM Harapan Bangsa Kampar District? This research is a type of descriptive research using a qualitative approach. Data collection is done by observation (observation), documentation, in-depth interviews (indept interviews), data analysis is done by: data reduction (data reduction); data display (data display); and conclusion drawing (conclusion drawing / verifying). This study consists of one variable, namely 4 indicators and 5 sub-indicators, 1) The ideal influence, consisting of sub-indicators showing exemplary, 2) Inspirational motivation, consisting of sub-indicators motivating and appreciating followers, 3) Intellectual stimulation, consisting of sub-indicators have ideas that inspire followers, 4) Individual considerations, consisting of sub-indicators treating followers with respect, and supporting employees' desire to progress and develop. The informants of this study were 3 people consisting of 1 core informant, 1 control informant, and 1 observer informant. The subject of this study was the chairman of the PKBM Harapan Bangsa Kampar District. The results showed that transformational leadership in the management of the Alquran tahfidz program had been implemented by the head of PKBM in accordance with research indicators.Key Words: Transformational Leadership, Management, And The Alquran Tahfidz Program

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine whether there are significant differences between the ability of first grade elementary mathematics students who follow and who do not follow the early childhood education at the SDN 006 Salo Kampar district. This type of research is comparative. Remembering the wide scope of the problem, the authors need to provide boundary problem to be studied namely the difference Mathematical ability elementary students in grade I follow and who do not follow the Early Childhood Education (ECE) at the SDN 006 Salo Kampar district. Data collection tool used in the form of documentation capabilities graders Math I. The population in this study were 006 students of Class I SDN Salo Kampar district, the overall number is as many as 26 students To determine the sample of this study, this study uses total sampling technique, which takes a sample of the total population that is 26 students. The variables in this study consists is, X1: Math ability level of students who take early childhood and X2: Math ability level of students who do not follow ECE. Based on the research results, the conclusion of this study is that there is a comparison. It can be seen from t is greater than the table ta (62.39> 2.064). Thus Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of online learning (e-learning) on the learning achievement of Community Education Students, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Riau. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is an effect of online learning (e-learning) on the learning achievement of Community Education Students. This study consists of 2 online learning variables (e-learning) (X) and learning achievement (Y), where the online learning variable (e-learning) has 4 indicators and learning achievement variables use a measurement system using the learning achievement index listed in the KHS (Study Result Card) students. The population in this paper is the 2018 & 2019 Community Education Students with 95 students. The sampling technique with stratified random sampling used was proportionate stratified random sampling with a total of 20 trial samples and 49 research samples. The data collection technique in this study was a questionnaire technique through google form, which amounted to 41 statements for the online learning (E-learning) variable. After the questionnaire was tested, there were 5 invalid statements on the e-learning variable, and the researcher discarded the invalid statements. Based on descriptive analysis based on variables, the learning achievement level is obtained with a mean of 3.60 which is in a very good interpretation, based on a descriptive analysis of variables, it is obtained online learning (e-learning) with a mean of 3.44 which is in a high interpretation. A significant effect was obtained between the variables of Online Learning (E-learning) (X) on the learning achievement (Y) of the students of Community Education, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Riau University, which had a large effect of 10.5% with a low interpretation. Because there are still 89.5% determined by other factors that are not part of this writing.Key Words: Online Learning (E-Learning), Learning Achievement,Community Education Students

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Tutor Program Equivalency Education Performance Package C in Non-Formal Education Unit Pekanbaru City Learning Activity Center. This research uses descriptive research with qualitative approach which aims to provide a systematic description of the Performance Effectiveness of Tutor of Equal Education Program Package C in Non-Formal Education Unit Pekanbaru City Learning Activity Center.As a reference to conduct research in the field, researchers prepare a grid in the form of questions to be presented interview materials to respondents. After the data collected, the researchers continue the analysis of research data. The results of research on the Performance Effectiveness of Tutor Program Equivalency Education Package C in Non-Formal Education Unit Pekanbaru City Learning Activity Center has been implemented effectively viewed from: 1) All the equivalent education programs C package education has been carrying out the main task and function of teaching equality education package C , 2) The process of educating citizens learning package C has been implemented with an emotional and interactive approach. Tutors have tips on teaching so that time can be optimized effectively. As for the tutor's tips by providing independent tasks to the residents learn to read more material provided through the internet or other sources. 3) Teach citizens learn the equivalence of C packets implemented with face-to-face at least 16 times. Using lecture methods, frequently asked questions and discussions. 4) The guidance process held is personal. The tutor carries out guidance to the learning community who needs more guidance. 5) Briefing given tutor to the citizens learn in the form of advice, motivation, and solutions so that the problems of learning citizens can be completed.
