Abstract

Abstract: This study examine the attitude of the community towards the Youth Family Development Program (BKR) in the KB Village, Kampung Tengah Sub-district, Sukajadi District, Pekanbaru. This type of research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach, while the data collection process is carried out through a questionnaire (questionnaire) and disseminated to respondents who are selected as research samples. The sampling technique used in this study was random sampling. The result og this study found that the community’s attitude towards the Youth Family Development Program (BKR) in the KB Village, Kampung Tengah Sub-district, Sukajadi District was quite high. Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the competence of teachers in education in equality education in the Learning Activity Studio (SKB) of Pekanbaru City, Riau Province. The sample in this study was 30 people, namely the equality education tutor of the Pekanbaru City Learning Activity Center (SKB) with a saturated (total) sampling technique. The technique to collect data using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using the SPSS program and percentage calculation. The results of this study indicate that the competence of Teaching in Education for Equality in the Learning Activity Studio (SKB) of Pekanbaru City in Riau Province is reasonably good at planning and that implementing learning is reasonably good , starting with the preparatory activities, core activities and closing activities. to learn. Moreover, when performing the assessment of learning, it is still reasonably good.Key Words: Teacher Competence, Education, Equality Education, Studio Guidance Activities In Pekanbaru City

Abstract

Abstract:The purpose of this study was to find out how good upbringing in the Al-Hidayah Children's Orphanage Labuh Baru Barat Village, Payung Sekaki District, Pekanbaru City, this study used a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study was 20 for questionnaire tests and 30 people for research questionnaires with saturated sampling techniques in which all populations were sampled. The technique to collect data using a questionnaire. Techniques for data analysis using the percentage formula. The results of this study indicate that authoritarian parenting is reasonably good, tolerant parenting is classified as poor and democratic parenting is fairly good. So the three indicators of parenthood, if combined, are pretty good interpretations.Key Words: Parenthood, Foster Parents.

Abstract

Abstract: This study reviewed the andragogy competence of tutors ineducational equality program C at PKBM Bina Kreasi Kelurahan Tangkerang TimurKecamatan Tenayan Raya Pekanbaru. The purpose of this research is to know thecompetency of the andragogy tutors at the community study center (PKBM) of a newpekanography creation. This type of research is a naturalistic descriptive approachwith a qualitative approach, the process of data collecting is conducted by interviewingthe three research subjects of 1 core informant and 2 control informants bydocumenting. In this study researchers used 3 subfoci from the focus of the competencyandragogy research tutors, which is: (1) the characteristics of citizens learn, (2)package curriculum c, (3) implementation of learning. Abstract

Abstract. Research date collegcion was conducted in the second semester of teaching 2013/2014, through date collection instruments in the from of observasion sheets and interview caragivers. The results showed that of the 12 aspects and 24 caregivers overall competence in category of enough by an average 58.63%. whereas the competency of caregiver in child care center sub-district kuantan mudik kuantan regency in both categories and quite good. As for the indicators that are in both categories is the first indicator of the average of 67.86%, the secound indicator with anaverage of 66.67%, the third indicatorwith an avarage of 67.86%, indicator fourth with an avarage of 63.1%, the fifth indicator with an average of 66.67%, the sixth indicator with an average of 72.62%, the twelve indicators with an avarage 64.29%, thirteen indicator with an average 64,29%, the sixteenth indicator with and average 63.1%, the nineteenth indicator with an average of 61.9%, the twenty-two indicator with an average to 60.71%, and the twenty four indicator with an average 75%. Whereas obtain sufficient indicator category is the seventh indicator with an average 58.33%, the eighth indicator with an average 57.14%, indicator of nine with and average 42.86%, indicator of ten with an average 47.62%, indicator eleven with an average 46.43%, indicator fourteen with an average 42.86%, indicator fifteen with an average 45.24%. indicator seventeen with an average 58.33%, indicator twenty one with an average 53.57%, indicator twenty three with an average 51.19%.Keyword: competence of caregivers

Abstract

Abstract: The problem in this study is whether Korean Culture (K-Pop Music Genre) has an effect on Lifestyle Among PLS Students, Riau University, Pekanbaru City?. And are there differences in Korean Culture (K-Pop Music Genre) that affect the Lifestyle Among PLS Students, Riau University, Pekanbaru City based on gender and actor?. This study aims to determine the level of influence of Korean culture (K-Pop music genre) on the level of lifestyle among PLS students, Riau University, Pekanbaru City. And is there a difference which means that Korean Culture (K-Pop Music Genre) has an effect on Lifestyle Among PLS Students, Riau University, Pekanbaru City based on gender. The population in this study was the influence of Korean culture (K-Pop music genre) on style among PLS students, Riau University, Pekanbaru City, as many as 140 PLS students. The sampling technique in this study is the Random Sampling technique using the Slovin formula. The number of samples in this study were 59 students Pls. Collecting data that the authors obtained using documentation techniques, and questionnaires (questionnaire), which consists of 48 Lifestyle variables (Y) and 21 statements of Korean Culture variable (X). Data were obtained from respondents who found 20 students for the trial sample and 59 students for the research sample. After the questionnaire was tested, there were 6 invalid Lifestyle variables (Y) and 2 invalid Korean Culture variables (X), and the researcher discarded invalid statements. Based on the analysis that out of 59 respondents, 15 respondents (25%) were male, while 44 respondents (75%). This shows that most of the respondents are dominated by female respondents.Key Words: Korean Culture, Lifestyle, Students Pls

Abstract

Abstract: Perception is as a vision or response in the power of understanding or responding. The purpose of this study was to determine the perception of foster children towards caregivers in the As Shohwah Orphanage, Simpang Baru Village, Tampan District, Pekanbaru City. This study consisted of 1 variable, consisting of 4 indicators. The population in this study were 60 Foster Children. This study uses descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire containing 66 items of statements to foster children in the orphanage. Data processing techniques in this study by verifying data, grouping items based on indicators, making preparation tables for raw scores, tabulating by making a list of frequency distributions based on indicators and using percentages. Then a descriptive analysis was conducted. From the results of the study, it is proven by the recapitulation presentation that the average percentage is 39.36%, with the percentage of indicators thinking 44.53%, with the percentage of indicators feeling 40.93%, with the percentage of social indicators 42.33%, with the percentage of physical indicators 29.53% classified as poor interpretation. Therefore, it can be stated that some of the Foster Children have different perceptions of caregivers at the Shohwah Orphanage, Simpang Baru Village, Tampan District, Pekanbaru City. Abstract

Abstract: This study is about the treatment of the elderly in the posyandu, Muara Lembu Village, Singingi District, Kuantan Singing District. (1) Health Services, (2) Food and Nutrition Services, (3) Morning Gymnastics Services. The purpose of this study was to determine the elderly in the Posyandu, Muara Lembu Village, Singingi District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. Elderly is a term for individuals who have entered the period of late adulthood or old age, where the period of late adulthood or old age is a closing period for the vulnerable lives of elderly people. Therefore, Posyandu was held for the elderly and also handling for the elderly who were in the Posyandu. The older a person gets, the more susceptible he is to a disease due to a decrease in his body system. The elderly tend to experience a decrease in the musculoskeletal system. This decrease in the musculoskeletal system can affect physical mobility in the elderly and can even result in impaired physical mobility in the elderly. Handling the elderly is a way of providing social welfare services for the elderly through health adjustments by filling free time in the form of useful activities in creating a relationship that is appropriate with fellow elderly, as follows: 1) Health services for the elderly 2) Food and nutrition services elderly 3) Gymnastics services for the elderly. The results of this study will be explained about research findings about understanding the handling of the elderly in the posyandu, Muara Lembu village, Singingi district, Kuantan Singing district.Key Words: Handling, Service, Posyandu.

Abstract: Studies examined the sewing skills performed in the community empowerment program in the Village Lambang Sari IV District Lirik Regional Indragiri Hulu and empowerment there are priciples, purposes, stages and steps in performing community empowerment through sewing skill. The purpose of this study is to improve education levels, improve accessibility. To improve actions, to improve businesses and to improve people’s incomes. Public empowerment is also aimed at improving the quality of community independence by providing adaptive education such as needlepoint sewing this type of research is a deductive to a qualitative approach, a complex data collection process is conducted: by interviewing the research subjects of 1 core informant and 2 control informant with the documented. Based on the interview. The research found 3 indicators of (1) execution, (2) relevance and (3) the participation of the study off all 3 of the these indicators is helpful in understanding how the appropriate phase of process of executing is done. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh kompensasi non finansial dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Pundi Mas Berjaya Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode non probability sampling. Responden penelitan adalah seluruh karyawan pada PT. Pundi Mas Berjaya Medan yang berjumlah 52 (lima puluh dua) karyawan. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuesioner untuk mengumpulkan data dari variabel kompensasi non finansial, variabel stres kerja, dan variabel kinerja karyawan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis deskriptif, uji multikolinearitas, uji normalitas, analisis linear berganda, uji koefisien korelasi linear berganda, uji hipotesis parsial atau uji t, uji hipotesis simultan atau uji F, dan perhitungan koefisien determinasi. Hasil analisis deskriptif untuk variabel kompensasi non finansial, variabel stres kerja, dan variabel kinerja karyawan berada dalam kategori baik, pada PT. Pundi Mas Berjaya Medan. Berdasarkan analisis secara parsial, kompensasi non finansial dan stres kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Pundi Mas Berjaya Medan. Secara simultan, kompensasi non finansial dan stres kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Pundi Mas Berjaya Medan. Kontribusi dari variabel kompensasi non finansial dan stres kerja untuk meningkatkan variabel kinerja kerja karyawan adalah sebesar 0,684 atau 68,4%, sedangkan sisa 0,316 atau 31,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti oleh penulis dalam penelitian ini, seperti disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja, dan kepuasan kerja. Kata Kunci : Pengaruh Kompensasi Non Finansial
