Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of online learning (e-learning) on the learning achievement of Community Education Students, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Riau. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is an effect of online learning (e-learning) on the learning achievement of Community Education Students. This study consists of 2 online learning variables (e-learning) (X) and learning achievement (Y), where the online learning variable (e-learning) has 4 indicators and learning achievement variables use a measurement system using the learning achievement index listed in the KHS (Study Result Card) students. The population in this paper is the 2018 & 2019 Community Education Students with 95 students. The sampling technique with stratified random sampling used was proportionate stratified random sampling with a total of 20 trial samples and 49 research samples. The data collection technique in this study was a questionnaire technique through google form, which amounted to 41 statements for the online learning (E-learning) variable. After the questionnaire was tested, there were 5 invalid statements on the e-learning variable, and the researcher discarded the invalid statements. Based on descriptive analysis based on variables, the learning achievement level is obtained with a mean of 3.60 which is in a very good interpretation, based on a descriptive analysis of variables, it is obtained online learning (e-learning) with a mean of 3.44 which is in a high interpretation. A significant effect was obtained between the variables of Online Learning (E-learning) (X) on the learning achievement (Y) of the students of Community Education, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Riau University, which had a large effect of 10.5% with a low interpretation. Because there are still 89.5% determined by other factors that are not part of this writing.Key Words: Online Learning (E-Learning), Learning Achievement,Community Education Students

Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by the factors that encourage housewives to work in Pulau Bodi Village, Bangkinang District, Kampar Regency, so that the aim is to determine the most dominant factor in encouraging housewives to work in Pulau Bodi Village, Bangkinang District, Kampar Regency. The population in this study were 67 housewives who worked as farmers. The sample of this study were 40 people and 20 working housewives. The sample used was simple random sampling. The data processing technique in this research is to verify data, group items based on indicators, make a preparation table for raw scores, tabulate by making a list of frequency distribution based on indicators and using percentages. Data analysis through quantitative descriptive analysis. The weight of each answer is Very True (SB) with a score of 5, True (B) with a score of 4, Not True (KB) with a score of 3, Not True (TB) with a score of 2, Very False (STB) with a score of 1 The validity test was carried out on 20 housewives who work in the Bodi Island Village, Bangkinang District, Kampar Regency. With a critical r value of 0.444. Of the 42 statement items tested, 6 statements were invalid. Researchers discard all invalid statements, because 6 invalid statements are discarded and do not result in other items. Based on these results, the factors that encourage housewives to work in the Pulau Bodi Village, Bangkinang District, Kampar Regency are classified as high, with the highest indicator being socio-cultural factors, compared to economic factors.Key Words: Perception, Perception of Citizens Learning

Abstract

Abstract: This study examines the career development of equality tutors in the Learning Activities Studio (SKB) Pekanbaru City. This research uses descriptive qualitative paradigm approach. The subject of this research will be determined based on purposive sampling, there are 3 (three) informants in this study. Data collection is done by observation (observation), documentation, in-depth interviews (indept interviews), data analysis is done by: data reduction (data reduction); data exposure (data display); and conclusion drawing and verification (conclusion drawing / verifying). The results of the study show: 1) Equal equivalency tutors implement tutor career development, from tutors' indicators participating in education and training in the LCS, attending seminars in the LCS, attending workshops, following promotions. 2) supporting factors for tutor career development are the SKB equality tutors who always try to participate in various training activities, seminars, workshops and promotions to support their careers in the world of work. While the inhibiting factors are some tutors who are difficult to attend in participating in karri development activities such as seminars, workshops, training. 3) The impact of career development on equality tutors at Pekanbaru City Learning Centers (SKB), where so far the SKB equality tutors are tutors who have high competence in learning and teaching activities, have tutors with minimum tertiary education qualifications.Key Words: Development Of Equal Tutor

Abstract

Abstract: This research is an evaluation research with a formative evaluation type that uses a naturalistic qualitative approach that aims to provide a systematic description of the evaluation of tutor assignments in the learning process of package B in PKBM Harapan Bangsa. This research was conducted at PKBM Harapan Bangsa, Kecamatan Tambang, Kabupaten Kampar and involved 3 informants who were used as resource persons, including tutors as core informants I and core informants II, and managers of PKBM as control informants. The results of this study indicate that the tutor performs his duties in the learning process of package B in PKBM Harapan Bangsa in accordance with the Guidelines for the Implementation of Equality Education Package B (2012: 7) This can be seen from the implementation of tutor assignments starting from planning such as preparing lesson plans, conducting activities learning administration. Implementation of learning such as managing the learning process, choosing methods and implementing learning in accordance with the realm to be achieved, motivating students, choosing to develop or develop media / teaching materials and Conduct an assessment in the learning process. The results of the evaluation of tutor assignments in the learning process of package B in PKBM Harapan Bangsa are that the tutors are considered good in doing their work in the learning process.Key Words: Evaluation, Tutor Task, Learning Process, Package B

Abstract

Abstract : The purpose of this research was as follows:) To know the discipline of children aged 4-5 years before granting rewards token economy at PAUD Kenanga Siak Hulu. 2) To know the discipline of children aged 4-5 years after granting rewards token economy at PAUD Kenanga Siak Hulu. 3) To determine the influence of reward token economy to discipline children aged 4-5 years at PAUD Kenanga Siak Hulu. The population in this study was the children PAUD Kenanga Siak Hulu consisting of 15 children were taken from the entire population of the research sample. Collecting data using observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques used in this study is a t-test analysis techniques. From the results obtained with t = 18 963 means greater than t-table at significance level of 5% (18 963> 2145). Thus, it means Ho rejected. This means that there are influence reward token economic toward discipline children aged 4-5 years at PAUD Kenanga Siak Hulu. From this study it can be concluded that the big influence reward token economic on the discipline in children aged 4-5 years at PAUD Kenanga Siak Hulu with the percentage of 60.25%.Keywords: Delivery of token reward economic, discipline child

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims 1) To determine the ability to recognize the concept bilangananak children aged 5-6 years at Tk Darul Jannah Kampar before giving the game of snakes and ladders. 2) To determine the ability to recognize the concept of numbers in children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Darul Jannah Kampar regency after the game of snakes and ladders. 3) To determine how much influence the ability to know the concept of numbers in children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Darul Jannah Kampar after giving the game of snakes and ladders. This type of research is an experimental research. The research sample is the child class B consisting of 20 children in kindergarten Darul Jannah Kampar with details of 10 boys and 10 girls .. The data was collected using observation and documentation. Based on the survey results revealed that 1) The ability to recognize the concept of numbers in children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Darul Jannah Kampar before treatment is given in the form of a game of snakes and ladders are low. 2) The ability to recognize the concept of numbers in children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Darul Jannah Kampar after treatment is given in the form of snakes and ladders game has increased and is high. 3) The game of snakes and ladders have a significant impact on the ability to know the concept of numbers in children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Darul Jannah Kampar regency. It can be seen that there are differences in the form of increased ability to know the concept of numbers in children before and after treatment. 4) The game of snakes and ladders have an impact of 27.7% on the ability to know the concept of numbers in children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Darul Jannah Kampar regency.Keywords : Snake and Ladder Game, Numbers Concept

Abstract

Abstract: Ornamental fish entrepreneurial strategy is a series of designs thatcan be taken to achieve a pre-planned plan or can be said to be a tool to createcompetitive advantage in ornamental fish marketing. The purpose of this assessment isto determine the entrepreneurial strategy of ornamental fish (hickey) in KampungDalam Village, Siak Sri Indrapura District, Siak Regency based on research indicators.They are: 1. Marketing strategy, 2. Pricing strategy, and 3. Promotion strategy. Thisstudy used a descriptive study with a one-variable naturalistic approach. Thepopulation in this study amounted to 3 people, namely ornamental fish shop owners,cashiers, and shop employees. The conclusion in the study entitled the ornamental fishentrepreneurial strategy (hickey) in Kampung Dalam Subdistrict, Siak Sri IndrapuraDistrict, Siak Regency, when viewed from the success indicators of the entrepreneurialstrategy, only 2 have been fulfilled, but it cannot be said to be a failure considering thatthis ornamental fish shop has only been running for one year and is still running.proceed. In addition, although this activity cannot be said to be successful in improvingthe economy, through this ornamental fish shop (Hickey) it has provided understandingto the community so that they can open a business to be able to help the familyeconomy.Key Words: Entrepreneurial Strategy, Ornamental Fish

Abstract:                  This study Aims To Know How Much Influence Method Role Playing Against Social Skills Ages 4-5 Years On SPS Mahkota Dewa, District Sail, Pekanbaru. This research Consists Of Two Variables: Role Playing Method and Children's Social Skills. Proposed hypothesis in this study are the following: There is a Role Playing Against Method Effect of Social Skills Ages 4-5 Years On SPS Mahkota Dewa, District Sail, Pekanbaru. The study involved 20 subjects, namely 4-5 years old. Methods of data collection in this study using experimental. Data analysis techniques used in this study is a partial correlation techniques using facilities assistance program SPSS 17.0 for windos.The results showed no significant positive relationship between the independence of Mechanical Token Economy Against Children Aged 4-5 Years On SPS Maohkota god, District Pekanbaru City. Based on the test results after the child's social skills differences using methods contained 48.67% Role Playing Role Playing Method influence Against Child Social Skills.

This research Consists Of Two Variables: Punishment Thinking Chair and Aggressive Behavior. Methods of data collection in this study using experimental. Abstract

Abstract: this study examined the skills of speaking in front of the multitude that is commonly called public speaking by using technical and english-speaking techniques and arts in public so that it makes speech less boring and the intent and purpose of the talk can be conveyed well. The purpose of this study is to learn the training activities we center in moving, moving or transferring skills in public speaking (public speaking) by using the knowledge transfer learning strategy. This type of research is a naturalistic descriptive approach with a qualitative process of data collecting done by interviewing the 3 research subjects of 1 core informant and 2 control informants with the accompanying documentation. Based on interviews researchers came up with three indicators of this: (1) the process of the movement of knowledge, (2) the learning process, (3) the transfer of knowledge. The study of the 3rd indicator is helpful in understanding how the appropriate forms and stages of using the transfer of knowledge on the training process were to lower and transfer public speaking skills toward others so that others could have such desired and required speaking skills.Key Words: Transfer Of Knowledge, Skills, Public Speaking
