Abstract: This study aims to determine and analyze the level of Community Reading Park Service Effectiveness (TBM), this research was conducted at the Non-Formal Education Unit (SPNF) of the Pekanbaru City Learning Center (SKB), the variables used were service effectiveness measurement indicators in service effectiveness. yautu prasatana facilities and human resources This study used descriptive statistical analysis with a quantitative approach to one variable The population in this study amounted to 40 citizens learning the equivalence of packages A, B and C. Regardless of the characteristics in the population, Lustramen in this study is a questionnaire or a questionnaire which contains 45 statements about the effectiveness of response which are identified from two indicators. Obtained the mean of the infrastructure and facilities indicator is 2, then the human resource indicator is 4.22 which is classified as high. 77.55 and the remaining 22.75 are influenced by other indicators besides the indicators in this study.Key Words: Perception, Service effectiveness. Abstract : This study aims 1) To determine the ability to recognize letters in children aged 4-5 years prior to the application of the letter in the post card media ECD Mekar Sari subdistrict Tapung. 2) To determine the ability to recognize letters in children aged 4-5 years after the implementation of the letter in the post card media ECD Mekar Sari subdistrict Tapung. 3) To determine how much influence the media card application letter to the ability to recognize letters in Pos Paud Mekar Sari District Tapung. This type of research is an experimental research. Samples of research that children aged 4-5 years in Pos Paud Mekar Sari District Tapung consisting of 14 children, consisting of 7 men and 7 women. Collecting data using observation and documentation. Based on the survey results revealed that 1) The ability to recognize letters in Children Aged 4-5 Years in Pos Paud Mekar Sari District Tapung before treatment is given in the form of media cards belonging letters began to grow, meaning that a new child to know some letters and can not recognize letters well. 2) The ability to recognize letters in Pos Paud Mekar Sari District Tapung after treatment is given in the form of letters increased media card and classified evolve as expected, meaning that children are able to recognize the letters are taught by a teacher and be able to distinguish the letters designated by the teacher. 3) The effect of the application of the card media letter to the ability to know the letters in Childhood 4-5 Years in Pos Paud Mekar Sari District Tapung that is equal to 51.55%, which means that children are able to recognize the letters well after applying the letter card media.

Abstract: Digital literacy is defined as the ability to understand and use information in various forms from a very wide variety of sources that are accessed through computer devices. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze how high the digital literacy in PKBM Daya Guna Sesap Village, Tebing Tinggi District, Kepualuan Meranti Regency. Knowing and analyzing how much the contribution of digital literacy of learning citizens based on indicators of digital literacy variables of learning citizens in PKBM Daya Guna Sesap Village, Tebing Tinggi District, Kepulauan Meranti District. This research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach to one variable. The population in this study amounted to 37 people throughout the study population. Sampling is done by random sampling technique, because the sampling of members of the population is done randomly without regard to strata that exist in that population. The instrument in this study was a questionnaire or questionnaire containing 47 statements about digital literacy contained from three indicators. The mean of the base class indicator is 4.60, then the mean of the cultural base indicator is PKBM 4.60, and the mean of the community base indicator is 4.42, which is classified as very high. Based on inferential statistical analysis, the digital literacy contribution of learning citizens is relatively high with a mean value of 76.93% and the remaining 23.07% is influenced by other indicators besides the indicators in this study.Key Words: Digital literacy, Learning Citizens, PKBM

Abstract: This study aims to determine which parenting pattern is most dominantly applied by parents whose children attend school at SDN 001 Sawah Baru Kampa Subdistrict Kampar District. The formulation of the problem of this research is the most dominant parenting pattern applied by parents whose children go to school at SDN 001 Sawah Baru Kampa Kampar District. The population in this study were 55 people. So the researcher use saturated samples so that all the population sampled that is as many as 55 people, and 20 people for sample test questionnaire at SDN 002 Rambai Island Kampa District Kampar District. The type of this research is descriptive with quantitative approach. The data collection instrument is a questionnaire with 45 statements and after the trial there are 40 valid statements to be used as research instruments. Data analysis through quantitative descriptive analysis. The findings of this study indicate that the pattern of parents' care that their children go to SDN 001 Sawah Baru Kampa Kampar District is the most dominant of democratic parenting with a percentage of 70.8%. Abstract: The formulation of the problem in this research is How the Implementation of Face-to-Face Learning Process of Package B Equality Education Program in PKBM Al'Ilmi Riau Kota Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of face-to-face learning process of equivalence education program B in PKBM Al'Ilmi Riau Kota Pekanbaru. This study uses a descriptive study with a qualitative approach that aims to provide a systematic description of the ongoing situation in the object of research, namely the implementation of face-to-face learning process package E equality education program in PKBM Al'Ilmi Riau Kota Pekanbaru. Informants in this study were 4 informants consisting of 2 core informants, 1 control informant, and 1 supporting informant. The research instrument used was the interview guide grid, which was to obtain data on the implementation of face-to-face learning process of package B equality education program at PKBM Al 'Ilmi Riau, Kota Pekanbaru. Abstrak: This research is motivated by the evaluation of the implementation of the governor's activities so that the problem formulation in this study is whether the Evaluation of the Implementation of the Activities of the Governor Executive Body of the 2019-2020 Student Period at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Riau has been well implemented "? The benefits of this research as input material to add knowledge about the organization to students and its application in establishing cooperation among other BEM members. This research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The population in this study was 87 people. Sampling in this study used simple random sampling. The instrument used was a questionnaire containing 47 items of statements that were valid to be used as research instruments. Data analysis through quantitative descriptive analysis. Weight each answer for Very Good (SB) with a score of 5, Good (B) with a score of 4, Fairly Good (CB) with a score of 3, Poorly (KB) with a score of 2, Not Good (TB) with a score of 1. From the findings of the study of the three indicators it can be concluded that the indicators are classified as good. This is evidenced from the presentation of the recapitulation of the Evaluation of the Implementation of the Activities of the Governor of the Student Executive Body 2019/2020 Period of the Teaching and Education Faculty of Riau University as a whole indicator: (1) comparing with the percentage of 79% then the percentage (2) contained in the indicator differentiating with a percentage of 78% and the third (3) is the indicator rate with a percentage of 76%. Abstract: The study provides background for alumnus in job placement, so the problem with this study is whether or not the alumnus of public education in the presence of expertise and employment is already good? The merits of this research as an input and consideration material for the party. The study program as accredited and for enhanced insight and knowledge regarding attitudes in appropriate placement and disnatch the alumni educational background asa graduate of community education, so it can be successful and optimally this research is deskipctive with a quantitative approach,the population in this study is 60 alumnus, using the simple random sampling. Instruments in this study in an angket with 79 valid statement items to be fitted with research instrument, using an alternative answer on positive statement (SS) given a 4, ounce (S) weight 3 sometimes (cow) attached to 2, no ratter (P) on the weight of 1 and instead on statement negative results found alumnus research on job placement the skill and job matching that performance all right, this is proven by the recapitulation of the 3rd indicator, the highest achievement on the affective indicator with answer very often (SS) 75%.Key Words: Alumnus, Placement and Performance

Abstract: The formulation of the problem in this research is how high is the social support of the village apparatus in the development of the brilliant star library in Maredan Barat Village, Tualang District, Siak Regency, How high is the responsibility of the village apparatus in developing a bright star library in West Maredan Village and knowing the positive and significant influence between social support and responsibility of village apparatus in the development of the Bintang Cemerlang Library, Maredan Barat Village, Tualang District, Siak Regency. The purpose of this study is, To determine and analyze the level of social support of village officials in developing bright star libraries in Maredan Barat Village, Tualang District, Siak Regency the responsibility of village apparatus in the development of the brilliant star library in Maredan Barat Village, Tualang District, Siak Regency, and to find out how much influence social support has on responsibility. awab village officials in the development of the brilliant star library in Maredan Barat Village, Tualang District, Siak. Districts. This research is ex-post facto, which is a type of research in which the independent variable is an event that has already occurred. The approach in this research is a quantitative approach, namely research in which the data obtained is related to numbers that lead to the use of statistical analysis techniques. The number of samples in this study were 49 people. The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of social support on the responsibility of village officials in the development of the brilliant star library, so there is a significant influence between the social support variable (X) on the responsibility (Y) of the library manager. Village apparatus in the development of the Bintang Cemerlang Library, Maredan Barat Village, Tualang District, Siak Regency, the influence of which is 27.70% with a low interpretation, because 72.30% is still determined by other factors that are not part of this research.Key words: The infuence of social support, the responsibility of village officials in thedevelopment of the brilliant star library

Abstract: The purpose of this study are (1) for a description of the visit in the public reading of Pekanbaru, (2) internal factors affecting low reading public interest in the public reading of Pekanbaru, (3) external factors affecting low public interest in reading in the park Pekanbaru city public reading. The type of research conducted is a qualitative description with a descriptive case study approach aims to determine the factors that affect the low reading public interest in the park reading the city of Pekanbaru. Where the research was conducted in TBM Pekanbaru located on the road Tambelan state parks white wood village Simpang Empat Pekanbaru. TBM Pekanbaru are investigating a given range of issues concerning the public interest, Pekanbaru. Subjects in this study were 3 people consisting of one person kasudit services library and archives Pekanbaru, one employee TBM Pekanbaru and one of the visitors who will be used as informants. Data collection techniques are the ways that researchers to collect data, the study was conducted through the following steps: observation, interviews, documentation, triangulation. To determine the factors that affect low reading public reading public in the city of Pekanbaru. The researchers collecting data in accordance with the guidelines of data collection techniques are available, the obtained results of the research findings tendency to lower the public interest in TBM city of Pekanbaru influenced by internal factors which include aspects of age and psychological needs of visitors, while external factors covering aspects of availability book, infrastructure, and teman.Didasarkan influence on the outcome of the above data it can be concluded that the research results the dominant factor affecting low reading public interest in Pekanbaru city TBM are external factors which include covering aspects of availability of books, facilities, and the effect teman.Untuk recommendation that researchers aimed for managers as the executor TBM management of Pekanbaru city, the library board and archives Pekanbaru city as the policy makers in the development of culture in the city of Pekanbaru, as well as the parties that support the cultivation of reading interest, especially in the city of Pekanbaru.Keywords: interest in reading, community, public reading

Abstract: This study examines Community Empowerment through CatfishLivestock Management at Rt 007/ Rw 003 Benteng Hulu Village, Mempura District,Siak Regency and in the Empowerment there are preparation, planning, implementationin starting the management of catfish. The purpose of the study was to identify anddescribe community empowerment through the management of catfish livestock in RT007/ RW 003 Benteng Hulu Village, Mempura District, Siak Regency. This type ofresearch is descriptive with a qualitative approach, where the data collection process iscarried out by interviewing 5 subjects, namely core informants, control informants, coreinformants 1, core informants 2, core informants 3, with documentation included. Basedon the results of interviews, researchers found 3 indicators, namely: (1) preparation, (2)planning, (3) implementation. the study of the 3 indicators, the researchers found theappropriate implementation stages in carrying out Community Empowerment throughCatfish Livestock Management.Key Words: Community Empowerment, Catfish Livestock Management
