Abstract

Mataram is a city that has a fairly rapid population growth and development rate, rapid development and growth has made the volume of vehicle use also increase both from the use of goods or services. The activities of residents living in urban areas create areas of attraction and generation areas that increase traffic demand. The ring road is usually used as a solution to reduce congestion because there is a sufficiently increased need for traffic. This can occur in the city of Mataram, resulting in congestion, but there are several roads that are very effectively used to reach the area of ??interest we are going to. To find out which road is more effective to get to the attraction area, we can use the origin-destination matrix with the origin-destination matrix method. Based on the condition of the ring road, we can conduct research related to a comparison of which 2 roads are more effective to use to get to the attraction area. The results of the calculation are for the capacitance value to get a value of 70425 pcu/hour from all the arms at the Tugu Metro Mataram roundabout. And the DS value of 0.24 indicates that the road is not saturated and the road that is effectively used is 2 arms, namely arm A and arm B based on the factors of attraction and generation

Abstract

Jalan merupakan prasarana transportasi darat yang sangat penting untuk memperlancar pertumbuhan ekonomi onomi, baik antar kota dengan kota lain, antar kota dengan desa, dan antar desa dengan desa yang lainnya. Kabupaten Sumbawa memiliki panjang jalan 1.580,60 km, pada tahun 2020, masyarakat dapat menikmati jalan beraspal sepanjang 570,35 kilometer dari panjang jalan Kabupaten Sumbawa. Meskipun secara data jalan di Kabupaten sumbawa menunjukkan angka yang baik namun disisi lain masih terdapat beberapa wilayah yang secara kondisi fisik jalan masih rusak, salah satunya Jalan Boak Dalam. Jalan Boak Dalam memiliki panjang 3,668 m yang kondisi jalannya memiliki kerusakan dibeberapa titik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui nilai kerusakan jalan berdasarkan analisis pavement condition index (PCI) dan memberikan solusi untuk mengatasi kerusakan pada Jalan Boak Dalam. Untuk hasil dari analisis PCI pada Jalan Boak Dalam memiliki nilai 88,055 dengan ratting sempurna (excellent), tetapi ada beberapa segmen yang memiliki ratting poor dan very poor yaitu segmen 10, segmen 14, segmen 69 dan segmen 70, sehingga diperlukan perhatian dan penanganan untuk perbaikan. Pada ruas jalan yang diteliti segmen 70 memiliki ratting paling rendah dengan nilai PCI 12 dan dalam kategori Very Poor. Untuk solusinya dapat dilakukan perbaikan dengan metode rekonstruksi dan penambalan (patching)

Abstract

The population in Sumbawa increases every year which encourages various activities to use modes of transportation. Activities carried out such as mobility to areas that have attractions from various sectors such as Mataram, which is the capital city of West Nusa Tenggara Province. One of the modes of transportation that is widely used on the Sumbawa-Mataram route is travel which is a mode of transportation with relatively expensive rates. The description of the characteristics of travel passengers shows that 59% of travel users are women and 41% are men, with a vulnerable age of 20-29 years, then the last education is S1/S2/S3, with an income of IDR 1,000,000 – IDR. 2,000,000, most of whom own motorbikes, travel for business/work purposes, and use travel because of convenience. From the survey results using the State Preference method, the travel selection model is obtained in the form of a formulation in the form of multiple linear regression which reflects the utility value of travel selection, namely Y = 7.251 + (-0.078) X1 + 0.127X2 + 0.908X3. Then the utility and probability values are obtained for each model so that it is concluded that the travel selection model costs Rp. 140,000, a departure schedule of 5 times a day and a service consisting of 6 items is the model for choosing the best public transportation mode for the Sumbawa-Mataram route with a utility of 2.41 resulting in a probability of 92%, which is the best travel choice for the Sumbawa-Mataram route
