Abstract

In micro-scale retail, there are problems with the cost of legality management, the high costs and complicated rules are obstacles and the cause of the decrease in the number of legality ownership of micro-scale retailers. Based on this, the Bandung City Government, West Java, innovated using application technology and the internet for legality management, which was called the Gadget Application Mobile for License abbreviated as GAMPIL. This study is intended to determine whether efforts to strengthen internet-based applications can reduce the number of micro retailers that do not yet have legality and create a competitive power for micro-scale retailers in Indonesia, especially the city of Bandung. With a quantitative approach and explanatory research methods, 300 retailers from the city of Bandung, East Bandung to be exact, were taken randomly as a sample in the hope that the research can provide input for the government regarding strengthening the competitiveness of MSMEs in Bandung City through licensing. The results obtained are that the presence of GAMPIL as an application-based business license management innovation is able to increase the competitiveness of micro-scale retailers and their interest in having legality increases by 49.1%.

Abstract

Rikitake dynamo system (1958) is a famous two-disk dynamo model that is capable of executing nonlinear chaotic oscillations similar to the chaotic oscillations as revealed by palaeomagnetic study. First, we detail the Rikitake dynamo system, its signal plots and important dynamic properties. Then a circuit design using Multisim is carried out for the Rikitake dynamo system. New synchronous quasi-sliding mode control (QSMC) for Rikitake chaotic system is studied in this paper. Furthermore, the selection on switching surface and the existence of QSMC scheme is also designed in this paper. The efficiency of the QSMC scheme is illustrated with MATLAB plots.

Abstract

The new normal learning process remains extremely difficult to implement due to changing one's mentality. Educators are not agents of knowledge dissemination. Nonetheless, it must fundamentally transform into motivators, inspirations, and collaborators in the process of developing the capacity to ask critical questions about the information contained in cyberspace and the general dearth of universities. It can organize online higher education programs properly is still a small number and coupled with students' lack of comprehension of the material provided by the lecturer online, which is significantly different from the face-to-face learning method. This research was conducted descriptively by employing a quantitative approach. This research aims to ascertain the capabilities of universities and their impact on the results achieved by universities in terms of competitiveness. The study's findings indicate that the university's unique capability significantly impacts its competitiveness.

Abstract

Keunikan kemasan dan bahan kemasa yang berkualitas seringkali menjadikan produk tertentu dinilai memiliki citra merek yang baik di benak konsumen, sebaliknya produk yang di kemas seadanya dan bahan kemasan yang berkualitas rendah menjadikan suatu produk dinilai memiliki citra merek yang rendah. White tea merupakan salah satu produk unggulan yang diproduksi oleh usaha mikro di Bandung selatan tepatnya desa Gambung, Pangalengan. Perkebunan teh Gambung berada di Desa Cisondari, Kecamatan Pasir Jambu, Pangalengan, Kabupaten Bandung menjadi salah satu daerah dengan komoditas teh terbaik di Indonesia, bahkan sampai ke pasar mancanegara yaitu ke pasar komoditas teh di Inggris dan Amsterdam, dirintis oleh Rudolph Eduard Kerkhoven, warga Belanda pada abad 18. Kepemilikan perkebunan teh beragam di Gambung, milik pemerintah, swasta dan masyarakat lokal. Salah satu usaha yang berkembang dikarenakan permintaan tinggi adalah produk white tea. Kemasan produk teh asal Gambung masih dirata ratakan sederhana dan berbahan dasar dus atau kertas dan branding sederhana sehingga produk mahal menjadi terkesan murah, dan menurunkan citra merek juga permintaan produk. Penelitian ini merupakan hasil pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh akademisi Universitas Informatika dan Bisnis Indonesia bekerja sama dengan Universitas Padjajaran Bandung, tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui faktor kemasan dan branding sebagai pendorong penningkatan citra yang dibentuk oleh kemasan dan branding tersebut, 100 responden diambil secara acak dari bagian populasi konsumen loyal di café di kota Bandung. Hasil pengolahan kuisioner menggunakan partial least square menyatakan ada pengaruh desain dan bahan kemasan juga branding terhadap citra merek produk teh putih yang diproduksi oleh usaha Menengah asal Gambung, Kab Bandung, Jabar. Abstract

Terrorism is a very dangerous thing and has become a threat both on a national and international scale. Understanding terrorism seeks to instill the seeds of hostility towards a group, government agencies and even the state. Before entering the 21st century terror attacks are blatant in the business sector by sabotaging and damaging public facilities and vital objects. These physical attacks can be prevented by recording personal identities or conducting regular security patrols and placing a large number of security personnel in places of business and places that are considered strategic. However, this is still not optimal where the level of security and the number of personnel are limited in monitoring the place for a long time and are sustainable. The terrorist attacks in the 21st century are different and require different handling. Attacks can be physical or non-physical. On non-physical objects attacks are usually carried out by hacking networks that can damage internet network connections in one area and even one country. Ways to prevent attacks that are physical in nature by utilizing computer vision technology capabilities that are used to record all civil society. An additional feature in this technology lies in the face recognition and pattern matching techniques where a person's face will be searched for unique features. Then from these data will be biometric data, namely data that will not change and disappear. Computer vision algorithms can detect a person's face or object even though it has been modified or changed in physical and color conditions. The advantages of these algorithms are effectively used to record visitor identities and are optimal in recognizing an object with an accuracy of up to 90%. This system is able to help and improve a security feature of a business and tourist area.

Abstract

Abstrak. Pada umumnya orde dari persamaan diferensial adalah bilangan asli, namun orde pada persamaan diferensial dapat dibentuk menjadi orde pecahan yang disebut persamaan diferensial fraksional. Paper ini membahas persamaan diferensial fraksional Riccati dengan orde diantara nol dan satu, dan koefisien konstan. Metode numerik yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan solusi dari persamaan diferensial fraksional Riccati adalah Adomian Decomposition Method (ADM) dan Variational Iteration Method (VIM). Tujuan dari paper ini adalah untuk memperluas penerapan ADM dan VIM dalam menyelesaikan persamaan diferensial fraksional Riccati nonlinear dengan turunan Caputo. Perbandingan solusi yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa VIM adalah metode yang lebih sederhana untuk mencari solusi persamaan diferensial fraksional Riccati nonlinier dengan orde antara nol dan satu, kemudian hasil yang diperoleh disajikan dalam bentuk grafik.Kata kunci: diferensial, fraksional, riccati, adomian dekomposisiThe solution of Riccati Fractional Differential Equation using Adomian Decomposition methodAbstract. Generally, the order of differential equations is a natural numbers, but this order can be formed into fractional, called as fractional differential equations.  In this paper, the Riccati fractional differential equations with order between zero and one, and constant coefficient is discussed.  The numerical methods used to obtain solutions from Riccati fractional differential equations are the Adomian Decomposition Method (ADM) and Variational Iteration Method (VIM).  The aim of this paper is to expand the application of ADM and VIM in solving nonlinear Riccati fractional differential equations with Caputo derivatives.  The comparison of the obtained solutions shows that VIM is simpler method for finding solutions to Riccati nonlinear fractional differential equations with order between zero and one. Abstract

Abstrak. Ide dari konsep turunan fraksional adalah bagaimana menentukan turunan yang berorde suatu bilangan pecahan (fraksional) yaitu bilangan rasional atau bahkan bilangan real. Dalam makalah ini dikaji tentang definisi, teorema, dan karakteristik serta contoh turunan fraksional pada fungsi pangkat tiga dan fungsi eksponen yang dikembangkan oleh matematikawan Riemann dan Liouville. Metode penelitian yang ditempuh adalah melalui studi literatur primer, yaitu dengan mengembangkan teori yang telah dikerjakan peneliti terdahulu, sehingga metode tersebut dapat diterapkan untuk penyelesain masalah yang dapat diaplikasikan dan dikembangkan secara lebih luas. Hasil dari makalah ini berupa analisis dari turunan fraksional fungsi pangkat sederhana dan fungsi eksponensial.Keywords: turunan fraksional, fungsi pangkat tiga, fungsi eksponenAbstract. The idea of the fractional derivative concept is how to determine the derivation with fractional order, that is a rational number or even a real number. In this paper, we examine the definitions, theorems, and the characteristics as well as fractional derivatives example of the cubic and exponential functions in which developed by mathematician Riemann and Liouville. This research is done by primary literature review, that is by developing the theory that has been done by the previous researcher, so that the method of problem solving can be applied and developed widely. Abstract

Abstrak. Permasalahan dari persediaan adalah bagaimana menentukan jumlah produksi optimal dengan biaya total persediaan yang minimum. Sebuah persediaan dilakukan tidak lain dengan maksud mengantisipasi dan memenuhi permintaan yang akan datang. Penyimpanan persediaan dalam jangka waktu yang lama akan berdampak pada keusangan dan menurunnya kualitas, sehingga diperlukan perhitungan jumlah persediaan yang optimal. Model persediaan Economic Production Quantity (EPQ) merupakan suatu metode yang digunakan untuk mempertimbangkan jumlah produksi dan jumlah permintaan hasil produksi. Tujuannya adalah dengan menentukan banyaknya produksi yang meminimumkan total biaya persediaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghitung jumlah produksi optimum pada perusahaan kerudung. Selama ini, jumlah produksi pada tahun 2017 dan sebelumnya berpedoman pada jumlah pesanan pelanggan ditambah 17,5% dari jumlah permintaan untuk cadangan persediaan. Hasil solusi optimum dengan model EPQ memiliki perbedaan yang signifikan dibandingkan dengan yang selama ini berlaku.Kata Kunci: economic production quantity, persediaan, produksiAbstract. The problem of inventory is how to determine the optimal amount of production with minimum total inventory cost. An inventory is carried out with no other intent to anticipate and meet future demand. Storage of inventory over a long period of time will have an impact on obsolescence and declining quality, so it is necessary to calculate the optimal amount of inventory. Model inventory Economic Production Quantity (EPQ) is a method used to consider the number of production and the number of production demand. The goal is to determine the amount of production that minimizes the total cost of inventory. This study aims to calculate the number of optimum production on the company's hood. So far, the number of production in 2017 and previously guided by the number of customer orders plus 17.5% of the total demand for inventory reserves. The results of the optimum solution with the EPQ model have significant differences compared to those currently in force.Keywords: economic production quantity, inventory, production

Penentuan solusi sistem persamaan diferensial linear non-homogen orde satu dengan koefisien konstanta, dilakukan dengan mengubah sistem persamaan tersebut menjadi persamaan diferensial linear non homogen tunggal. Dari persamaan diferensial linear non homogen tunggal tersebut kemudian dicari solusi homogennya menggunakan akar-akar karakteristiknya, dan mencari solusi partikularnya dengan metode variasi parameter. Technical to Find The System of Linear Non-Homogen Differential Equation of First OrderAbstract. Determination of first-order non-homogeneous linear differential equation system solutions with constant coefficients, carried out by changing the system of equations into a single non-homogeneous linear differential equation. From a single non-homogeneous differential equation, a homogeneous solution is then used using its characteristic roots, and looking for a particular solution with the parameter variation method. The general solution of these linear differential equations is the number of homogeneous solutions and their particular solutions. The single linear differential equation is n-order, the solution being in the form of  . Abstract

This work introduces a new 3-D chaotic system with a line of equilibrium points. We carry out a detailed dynamic analysis of the proposed chaotic system with five nonlinear terms. We show that the chaotic system exhibits multistability with two coexisting chaotic attractors. We apply integral sliding mode control for the complete synchronization of the new chaotic system with itself as leader-follower systems.
