Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dimensi work engagement yang terbagi menjadi tiga dimensi yaitu vigor (X1), dedication (X2) dan absorption (X3) terhadap customer satisfaction dilihat dari persepsi karyawan muda yang bekerja di Kota Malang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory research dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah karyawan muda yang bekerja di Kota Malang dengan rentang usia 20 sampai 29 tahun dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 107 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu judgement sampling, yang merupakan bagian dari purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kusioner, studi pustaka dan observasi. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas dilakukan untuk setiap item variabel penelitian Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masing-masing variabel independen yaitu semangat, dedikasi dan penyerapan berpengaruh signifikan dan positif secara simultan dan parsial terhadap variabel dependen yaitu kepuasan pelanggan dilihat dari persepsi karyawan muda di Kota Malang. Sedangkan variabel yang berpengaruh secara dominan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan adalah dedikasi.Kata Kunci: Work engagement, Semangat, Dedikasi, Penyerapan dan Kepuasan Pelanggan.

Abstract

Blitar City is one of the cities in East Java Province which has a fairly large number of MSMEs. One of the potential MSMEs is located in the Pakunden Village. From the survey results it is known that there is one MSME actor producing Menjes Kyu Chips who has never used digital marketing in running his business. Bearing in mind, digital marketing is an urgent thing for MSMEs to do at this time because it has a positive correlation with business continuity in the future. This community service activity was a collaboration between UPN East Java students and the Blitar City Office of Cooperatives and Micro Small Enterprises. The purpose of this community service activity is to help solve problems as well as provide assistance to MSME actors related to the closeness of digital marketing in the form of making the Shopee marketplace as one of the marketplaces that is widely used by the community at large. The method of implementing this activity is divided into 3 stages, namely conducting socialization, training, and mentoring to the UMKM concerned. The results of this activity are expected that MSME actors can understand the importance of the role of digital marketing and be able to implement it into their business.

Abstract

This study evaluates the implementation of the GOPRO WANGI program, an initiative of the Banyuwangi Regency Government that aims to improve the accessibility of promotional facilities for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through the provision of free promotional carts. The program is expected to support the visibility of MSMEs, strengthen local competitiveness, and empower the economy of local communities. Despite its positive impact on improving market access, the program faces several challenges in terms of management, maintenance, and transparency of the selection process. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach through interviews, observations, and document studies to identify issues related to the program and find solutions that can improve its effectiveness. The results show that the sustainability of the program requires improvements in terms of cart availability, training for MSME participants, as well as periodic evaluations to ensure long-term benefits for the development of MSMEs in Banyuwangi.

Abstract

In terms of location, Rungkut Kidul District has high potential where there are many MSMEs who live and sell there. Through community empowerment towards increasing MSMEs, it seeks to create improvements in the economic sector. However, local people lack the necessary knowledge to expand consumer reach, attract consumers to choose their products and increase sales figures. And for the time being they only sell from neighbor to neighbor. Therefore the answer to this problem is to equip MSMEs on how to expand sales and get consumers to choose their products. With the aim of empowering the community to master technology, marketing management and attracting the attention of consumers, this has been achieved through community service activities. Several approaches have been taken to increase MSMEs in the economic sector as follows: 1) outreach and FGD (Forum Group Discussion); 2) trainingDigital Marketing, 3) mentoring, this aims so that after the community empowerment program is completed, this increase in the economic sector is maintained in the future. The solution can be done through socialization programs and FGD (Forum Group Discussion) to find out what problems are experienced by these MSMEs, especially Waroeng Aidina. Conducting Digital Marketing training is the next step where to expand enthusiasts or consumers. These final results can include various improvements in the economic sector as well as an increase in MSMEs in the Rungkut Kidul sub-district area.

Abstract

City Branding is an important part of improving competitiveness, attracting investment, and tourists. City Branding is an interesting topic to review especially in the context of marketing the city. This research was conducted to determine the factors that can influence the perception of Surabaya youth towards City Branding of Surabaya City. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents and processed quantitatively. The method used is validity and reliability analysis, then continued with multiple linear regression Ordinary Least Square (OLS) model connected to descriptive analysis. It can be seen that Media and Information and Experience can be significant factors in shaping the perceptions of Surabaya youth towards Surabaya City branding. Surabaya youth who are often exposed to positive information about the city through various media tend to have a more favorable view of "Sparkling Surabaya". In addition, pleasant first-hand experiences, either in interacting with the community or in using facilities and infrastructure, also strengthen their positive perceptions. So the city government needs to pay attention to the quality of the content created, as well as develop various programs and facilities that attract the younger generation. Thus, the positive perception of "Sparkling Surabaya" can be strengthened and attract more interest in traveling.

Abstract

Industri media massa saat ini menghadapi tantangan global yang semakin kompleks akibat pesatnya perkembangan teknologi dan kemunculan berbagai platform digital. Perubahan ini tidak hanya mengubah pola konsumsi informasi masyarakat, tetapi juga menuntut organisasi media, termasuk televisi, untuk terus beradaptasi dan meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusianya. Persaingan industri televisi yang sangat kompetitif dan dinamis membuat keterlibatan kerja karyawan menjadi semakin penting untuk dibahas lebih dalam. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh perceived organizational support terhadap work engagement melalui resilience pada Karyawan Stasiun Televisi di Surabaya. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis data Partial Least Square (PLS). Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan metode probability sampling dengan teknik simple random sampling yang melibatkan 92 karyawan sebagai responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceived organizational support berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap work engagement. Serta perceived organizational support berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap work engagement engagement melalui peran mediasi resilience pada karyawan.

Abstract

The research findings show that honorary employees of the Takalar Regency Civil Service Police Unit have a low level of organizational commitment, which has a negative impact on organizational effectiveness. The main objective of this study is to investigate the mediating effect of job satisfaction on the relationship between organizational culture and employee organizational commitment at the Civil Service Police Unit Office in Takalar Regency. This study uses a quantitative research methodology and a case study approach, with a sample size of 96 respondents obtained through a saturated sampling technique. The research data were collected through an online survey questionnaire using a Likert scale, and then analyzed using Partial Least Squares. The results revealed that organizational culture does not have a statistically significant direct effect on employee organizational commitment. However, organizational culture is proven to have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Furthermore, job satisfaction is proven to have a positive and significant effect on employee organizational commitment. In addition, the findings indicate that job satisfaction can function as an effective mediator, influencing the relationship between organizational culture and employee organizational commitment.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to determine the effect of compensation on turnover intention with job satisfaction as an intervening variable in PT. Asta Jawa Dwipa, Surabaya. The method in this study uses an associative quantitative approach with the distribution of questionnaires and short interviews as data collection techniques. The population in this study is all employees of PT. Asta Jawa Dwipa Surabaya which is in the field of technicians using a saturated sampling technique, which is 72 employees. Data analysis uses Partial Least Square (PLS). Accordingly of this research show that compensation has a significant negative effect on turnover intention and job satisfaction can mediate compensation for turnover intention at PT. Asta Jawa Dwipa, Surabaya.
