Abstract

Kalirungkut Village is an area that has various potentials. One of the superior potentials of the village located in Rungkut District, Surabaya is Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Many MSME actors have joined the Kalirungkut MSME Association. Association member products are dominated by food and beverages. In addition, there are several MSMEs selling crafts. On the other hand, running a business is not an easy thing. Many MSME actors are constrained, both internal and external constraints. Based on surveys and observations, the main problem faced by members of the Kalirungkut MSME Association is marketing which is still simple and traditional so that it affects the slow, even stagnant, development of MSMEs. Therefore, the East Java MBKM "Veteran" UPN "Veteran" KKNT Group of 85 took the initiative to organize digital marketing socialization which aims to provide knowledge and skills to market products digitally. This socialization had a positive impact in the form of increasing the awareness of MSME actors to start engaging in digital marketing.

Abstract

Low competitiveness is generally caused by the limited ability of business actors to carry out marketing. So the purpose of this service is to increase the knowledge of MSMEs actors about the importance of digital media for marketing and also to build product identity through training and mentoring. The partner in this activity is the MSMEs Dapoer Kerontang located in Rungkut Mejoyo, Surabaya. The training provided is Digital Marketing socialization by creating an Instagram social media account, registration of point of sale locations on Gmaps, Product Photos, Logo and Packaging Design, and Product Catalogs. The results obtained from this community service activity are that Dapoer Kerontang MSMEs products provide knowledge to Dapoer Kerontang MSMEs owners regarding the importance of marketing their products through digital media. after the training and mentoring are expected to increase Brand Awareness, have a wider market, increase the competitiveness of MSMEs through the use of digital marketing, and provide knowledge to Dapoer Kerontang MSMEs owners regarding the importance of marketing their products through digital media.

Abstract

The research findings show that honorary employees of the Takalar Regency Civil Service Police Unit have a low level of organizational commitment, which has a negative impact on organizational effectiveness. The main objective of this study is to investigate the mediating effect of job satisfaction on the relationship between organizational culture and employee organizational commitment at the Civil Service Police Unit Office in Takalar Regency. This study uses a quantitative research methodology and a case study approach, with a sample size of 96 respondents obtained through a saturated sampling technique. The research data were collected through an online survey questionnaire using a Likert scale, and then analyzed using Partial Least Squares. The results revealed that organizational culture does not have a statistically significant direct effect on employee organizational commitment. However, organizational culture is proven to have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Furthermore, job satisfaction is proven to have a positive and significant effect on employee organizational commitment. In addition, the findings indicate that job satisfaction can function as an effective mediator, influencing the relationship between organizational culture and employee organizational commitment.
