Abstract

Since March 2020, online learning has been implemented, especially in universities in Indonesia as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic. And in its implementation some obstacles also occur, so that it is possible to also have an impact on students' understanding of the teaching materials delivered. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to help determine the effectiveness of online learning systems that have been implemented. The research was conducted using qualitative method by distributing questionnaires through social media and has been responded by 197 students both from State Universities and Private Universities. Then the data were analyzed using Miles and Huberman analysis techniques that resulted in the online learning system being implemented effectively enough so that students could understand the teaching materials that had been delivered with the condition of many students doing online learning at home using laptops or computers and personal data packages with moderate signal conditions.

Abstract

At this time the information system has a very large influence on the development of management, one of which is in providing information on goods data so that it is easier to do work in processing goods data. Requires a good data processing system and supporting facilities to help process data quickly and produce reports needed by the company called an information system for management that has the ability to present information quickly, precisely and efficiently. The current logistics goods procurement system still applies a semi-computerized system where data processing of goods is still carried out by recording on paper and then recapitulating it into Microsoft Excel. In order to overcome the problems that occur, the author tries to design and build a system of data procurement. Today's programming world, both desktop-based and web-based, is increasingly working with the use of frameworks and one of the widely used PHP-based frameworks is CodeIgniter (CI). The CodeIgniter (CI) framework was developed to facilitate application development with its source code file structure using model-view-controller (MVC). Therefore, the author uses CI in developing this application with the Unified Modeling Language (UML) to produce a system display design and the SDLC method as a system design method. This logistics procurement system application can be accessed internally and on the web, making it easier for employees to access it and providing convenience in the process of recording goods data and the search process. Keywords—Procurement of Goods; CodeIgniter Framework; website Pada saat ini sistem informasi mempunyai pengaruh yang sangat besar terhadap perkembangan manajemen salah satunya dalam penyediaan informasi data barang sehingga memudahkan dalam melakukan pekerjaan dalam mengolah data barang. Membutuhkan sistem pengolah data yang baik dan fasilitas pendukung untuk membantu mengolah data dengan cepat dan menghasilkan laporan yang dibutuhkan oleh perusahaan disebut sistem informasi untuk manajemen yang mempunyai kemampuan menyajikan informasi secara cepat, tepat dan efisien. Sistem pengadaan barang logistik yang ada saat ini masih menerapkan sistem semi komputerisasi dimana pengolahan data barang masih dilakukan dengan mencatat di atas kertas kemudian merekapitulasi ke dalam Microsoft Excel.Guna mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi, penulis mencoba merancang dan membangun sebuah sistem pengadaan data barang. Dunia pemrograman saat ini, baik berbasis desktop maupun berbasis website, semakin banyak bekerja dengan penggunaan kerangka kerja dan salah satu kerangka kerja berbasis PHP yang banyak digunakan yaitu CodeIgniter (CI). Framework CodeIgniter (CI) dikembangkan untuk memfasilitasi pengembangan aplikasi dengan struktur file kode sumbernya menggunakan model-view-controller (MVC). Oleh karena itu, penulis menggunakan CI dalam mengembangkan aplikasi ini dengan Unified Modeling Language (UML) untuk menghasilkan desain tampilan sistem dan metode SDLC sebagai metode perancangan sistem. Aplikasi sistem pengadaan logistik ini dapat diakses secara internal maupun di web, sehingga memudahkan karyawan dalam mengaksesnya dan memberikan kemudahan dalam proses pencatatan data barang dan proses pencarian. Abstract

Di era perkembangan teknologi informasi pada saat ini, pemanfaatan komputer di PT. Hankook Ceramic Indonesia sangatlah penting untuk menunjang kebutuhan- kebutuhan informasi di PT. Hankook Ceramic Indonesia. Penggunaan komputer merupakan hal yang wajib, karena dengan adanya sistem terkomputerisasi segala proses mulai dari pengolahan data hingga dokumen penting lainnya dapat tersusun dengan rapih sehingga dapat mempermudah penyimpanan dan pencarian data. masalah yang dihadapi pada sistem informasi persediaan barang di PT. Hankook Ceramic Indonesia adalah kurang adanya sistem informasi yang akurat, cepat, dan tepat walaupun sistem persediaan barang yang ada pada PT. Hankook Ceramic Indonesia masih menggunakan microsoft office namun masih belum maksimal, sehingga didalam menghasilkan seluruh laporan yang akurat dan tepat relatif lama. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian yang dilakukan penulis adalah melakukan analisa terhadap sistem informasi yang berjalan pada PT. Hankook Ceramic Indonesia. Metodologi yang digunakan yaitu dengan pendekatan siklus hiduppengembangan sistem mulai dari menganalisa sistem yang berjalan melalui UML (Unified Modeling Languange), melakukan elisitasi serta hasil akhir yang dicapai dari laporan yaitu terbentuknya suatu prosedur sistem dengan menggunkan program UML untuk menggambarkan analisa sistem yang berjalan dan analisa sistem yang diusulkan. Selain itu dihasilkan pula perancangan sistem informasi persediaan barang yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja operasional pada pegawai PT. Hankook Ceramic Indonesia.

Abstract

With the rapid development of technology, business competition is getting tougher in the company, thus encouraging the emergence of new innovations to meet the needs of companies with technology that is able to support all work activities quickly and accurately. The ongoing business process at Onna Kreasi Aesthetics is semi-computerized in recording sales transactions, thus hampering the smooth running of reports. The purpose of this research is to analyze the company's ongoing business processes, provide recommendations and design a sales information system that can support the company's operations. The PIECES analysis method is used in this study, UML is used to describe or describe the running system and the system proposed in this study. Black box testing is used to find out whether the system created is running well or not. This research produces a system that can facilitate transaction data collection, and is reliable. Proving results that the system created can help the company's performance in carrying out ordering activities, and monitoring sales so that business processes can run faster and ensure accurate and quality data sources.

Abstract

To market a product is usually done by offering it to many people you meet or giving brochures. However, if a product that is sold and offered to potential buyers is not everyone's consumptive product, then the marketing must be different. The use of digital media in the current technological era, it is highly recommended to market products as a means of selling such as a sales website. This sales transaction is still conventional, where when ordering products using the telephone and sales that go directly to the field (shops) to offer products. For the management of data and reports, it is done semi-computerized using Microsoft Office. This study aims to analyze the problems that occur and provide system design proposals for the company. In collecting the required data, it is done by means of observation, interviews, and literature study. method of analysis in this study using PIECES analysis. Unified Modeling Language (UML) is used to describe the design model and system design created. The results obtained are a sales information system designed using the PHP programming language, MySQL database, and assisted by a framework such as Laravel which is specially designed to facilitate and speed up the web development process. With this system, it makes it easier for customers to find and buy products contained in the company as a company's sales promotion media, and help sales in selling products. Keywords—Laravel Framework, Website, Sales Untuk memasarkan suatu produk biasanya dilakukan dengan menawarkannya kepada banyak orang anda temui atau memberikan brosur. Akan tetapi, apabila suatu produk yang dijual dan ditawarkan kepada calon pembeli bukan merupakan produk konsumtif semua orang, maka pemasarannya pasti berbeda. Penggunaan media digital di era teknologi saat ini, sangat disarankan untuk memasarkan produk sebagai sarana penjualan seperti website penjualan. Transaksi penjualan ini masih bersifat konvensional, dimana pada saat pemesanan produk menggunakan via telepon dan penjualan yang terjun langsung kelapangan (toko-toko) untuk menawarkan produk. Untuk pengelolaan data dan laporan dilakukan secara semi komputerisasi menggunakan Microsoft Office. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis permasalahan yang terjadi dan memberikan usulan perancangan sistem bagi perusahaan. Dalam mengumpulkan data yang dibutuhkan dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan studi kepustakaan. metode analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis PIECES. Unified Modeling Language (UML) digunakan untuk mendeskripsikan model desain dan desain sistem yang dibuat. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah sistem informasi penjualan yang dirancang dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, database MySQL, dan dibantu dengan framework seperti laravel yang dirancang khusus untuk memudahkan dan mempercepat proses web development. Dengan adanya sistem ini memudahkan pelanggan untuk mencari dan membeli produk yang terdapat pada perusahaan sebagai media promosi penjualan perusahaan, dan membantu sales dalam menjual produk. Abstract

This research focuses on the high urgency of utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the Internet of Things (IoT) to enhance Smart Tourism Destinations (STDs). The integration of AI and IoT technologies offers unprecedented opportunities to revolutionize various aspects of tourism, from personalized recommendations to real-time data collection. The research aims to provide a comprehensive analysis of the current state, challenges, and future direction of STDs in the context of AI and IoT integration. It explores various AI techniques and IoT-enabled data collection mechanisms that can enrich the traveler experience and improve destination management. However, challenges such as privacy and data security issues need to be addressed. The research also provides foresight into future technologies like Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) that can further enhance STDs. The ultimate goal is to contribute to the development of smarter, visitor-oriented tourism destinations. The research highlights the significance of AI in shaping STDs and emphasizes the importance of addressing ethical considerations, data quality, interpretability, and human-AI collaboration to ensure responsible and effective use of AI in the tourism industry.
