Abstract

This study aims to measure the prediction of survival of covid-19 patients with the best algorithm based on RMSE(Root Mean Square Error). The Covid-19 pandemic has lasted from December 2019 until now and is full of uncertainty about when this pandemic will end, so this research was carried out. In this study, the knowledge discovery database method was used by extracting data sets from Covid-19 patients from March 2020 to March 2021 for each province in Indonesia (Dataset from Kawal Covid-19 SintaRistekbrin) to predict survival during this pandemic as measured by the best algorithms include k-NN (k-Nearest Neighbor), SVM (Support Vector Machine), and/or Deep Learning. The measurement results using cross-validation and the optimal number of folds is 3 in the form of RSME, showing that the k-NN algorithm is an algorithm with RSME 0.101 +/-0.23 where the error rate is the lowest compared to the two algorithms above. Therefore, the k-NN algorithm was chosen as the algorithm for the predictive measurement of surviving Covid-19 patients.

Abstract

A journal is a special article in articles in several fields of science. The journal is used as a reference in conducting scientific work both by students and by lecturers. At present several institutions and associations which are the object of research have used the OJS-based scientific journal processing and publication system. However, its publication is still based on OJS Version 2.4.8. In OJS Version 2.4.8, it's still not optimal, one of which is in terms of customization that can't adjust the display easily. Therefore, optimization of the e-journal management system is needed by using OJS Version 3.1.0.1 which is more flexible and has an attractive appearance and is easily customizable using the CSS Bootstrap Framework theme. The research methods in this study include the method of challenge analysis, the method of analyzing the need for system upgrade, and the method of software development using the waterfall method. After optimizing using OJS version 3.1.0.1, publications are easier to do and most importantly can be customized using the CSS Bootstrap Framework so that it is more user-friendly.

Abstract

The Wedding Archive Management Information System at the KUA Sukadiri Tangerang is currently very much needed so that in managing the archiving of wedding document data for Sukadiri residents it can be more organized and easy to find. Previous problems occurred when filing arrangements related to Wedding Archive Management were not properly regulated, causing problems in the form of slow search of the required wedding document data until the data was scattered. The purpose of this study is to design and build a Wedding Archive Management information system for KUA Sukadiri Tangerang so that the arrangements for archiving marriage document data are well organized. This study applies data collection methods, PIECES system analysis methods, system design methods with UML diagrams, Visual paradigm, Black Box Testing, Laravel Framework and PHP programming language. The results of the research are in the form of a Web-based Wedding Archive Management Information System that can search wedding document data in a short time and has been implemented at KUA Sukadiri Tangerang.

Abstract

Issuance of Population Documents merupakan Penerbitan Dokumen Kependudukan, yang dalam hal ini terkait dokumen-dokumen kependudukan yang ada pada Kantor Desa. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Kantor Desa Budi Mulya yang berada di kabupaten Tangerang. Tujuan penelitian ini yakni untuk menyempurnakan penataan dokumen Kependudukan yang ada pada kantor desa Budi Mulya tersebut dengan membuat Sistem Informasi Issuance of Population Documents berbasis Website. Permasalahan saat ini yakni sering terjadinya kesalahan pada saat memasukkan data-data pada dokumen kependudukan sehingga menyebabkan dokumen tidak akurat, membuang waktu serta tidak efektif dan efisien. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni menggunakan metode PIECES, penggambaran analisa sistemnya dengan diagram-diagram UML, database dengan MySQL, Bahasa Pemrogramannya PHP dan Pengujiannya dengan Black Box Testing. Hasil penelitian ini berupa Sistem Informasi Issuance of Population Documents berbasis Website untuk diterapkan pada Kantor Desa Budi Mulya Tangerang.

Abstract

In the 21st century the development of internet technology has experienced explosive developments with complex threats in Higher Education. Cyber ​​security is a priority issue for all countries by using data and communication technology in various aspects of life. In order to advance and improve the digital economy in the implementation of a comfortable and reliable electronic system with methods of increasing competitiveness, cyber innovation also builds understanding and sensitivity to national security and resilience. Cybersecurity is constantly changing and learning providers often do not have the authority or facilities and capacity in various activities that connect students, in ensuring their knowledge and expertise. In carrying out the provision and validation of qualifications that are tried exclusively at the centralized management of learning institutions or employing institutions, these days have more ownership of learning experiences with results without risking safety, security and accessibility. This validation provision is not prolonged because learning is far more international than before and education continues to frequently use online platforms. Education providers offer degree internships that represent a new method of expertise and provide a route of advancement in increasing employability prospects. Blockchain is a digital and decentralized ledger, encompassing a set of interlocking technologies. Blockchain is designed to transform the centralized as well as validation model to a decentralized ledger from a secure database. These databases are shared, replicated, and synchronized for validation at universities, legal or regulatory agencies and industrial bodies across the internet.

Abstract

If an organisation has full, rapid, exact, and accurate information, it may perform better in terms of evaluation, planning, and decision-making. The essential information can be derived from operational data maintained in an integrated database by a university that already has an information system. This research looks at how to collect operational data into a data warehouse and then apply data mining techniques to analyse the data. This study yielded a comprehensive data warehouse with a web-based information reporting application. Furthermore, data mining techniques are used to analyse the data warehouse that has been created. The result of the application of data mining is the generation of characteristic patterns of students who take certain specialization programs.

Abstract

In the online accounting system based on a website that is very sophisticated and growing, complete facilities are certainly needed to support the smoothness and ease of accountants to apply to a company's finance. as in most other list facilities in the online accounting data master system is very influential in the ease of application consists of several features such as managing tax, warehouse list, changing product units, and terms and method of payment of the transaction itself. as an example of this tax regulating feature, it is very important, because it serves to direct and display a list of the types of taxes that the company uses for sales transactions to customers or purchases to company suppliers. then for the warehouse list is also important with other features in the master data facility that is to monitor warehouses or can be referred to as the branch of the company that you noted in your company's online accounting. To change product units can make it easier to describe the number of products available in the company, such as dozen samples, packages, boards, fruits, and pcs. the terms and method of payment in this menu function to create new and display the payment methods used by your company to your suppliers when making transactions. So, with the facilities in the master data can facilitate and provide work efficiency in shortening the flow and process on the features available in the master data facility. Abstract

In the economic activities of the company can not be separated from the name of the process of sales and purchases. Especially in the company's accounting system sales process does not escape become part of the system. That's because sales become vital to prosper the company's welfare. As a financial revenue source in the company the sales process must be analyzed and recorded in real time whether wherever and whenever. As an anticipatory action to reduce the crime of financial acts such as manipulation at the company so as not to cause big losses to the company and result in bankruptcy of the company. Use of Web Based Accounting Online System or commonly known WBAOS it can all be done easily. Starting from analyzing company sales to record sales. This is considered very effective if using an accounting system that is still offline and more efficient of course.

Abstract

This paper means to give a precise writing audit on blockchain innovation in training to offer a definite comprehension of the current situation as far as advantages, boundaries, current uses of blockchain innovation and future regions where blockchain innovation can be carried out in different spaces of schooling. A bibliometric investigation was performed for information in distributions, diaries, creators and gathered references, and checked by applying bibliometric measures. The investigation shows that blockchain innovation in schooling is as yet a youthful discipline, yet has a great deal of potential to help the training area on the loose. This examination gives an establishment to instructive organizations, strategy creators and specialists to investigate different regions where blockchain innovation can be executed, albeit this exploration additionally recommends some potential employments of blockchain innovation in different elements of the training framework, more applications can be brought into the schooling framework to exploit the capability of blockchain innovation.
